You strike me as a "natural" i.e. a guy who is naturally confident and good with women without studying pickup. A lot of pickup is trying to emulate naturals with varying results. I'm curious, forget about lines and techniques, what would you say are your mindsets you have when it comes to socializing with women and in general if I might ask?

Fair, but could you see how this might fall into the realm of playful banter? Perhaps a more extreme form of it though. I could see how coming in with playful energy and bantering about how awestruck you are of the girls beauty in a non needy bold way could get a positive reaction, no?

I'm not Asian, just short chubby Hispanic, but I've seen guys who were like 5'6" and shorter with stunners, namely my uncle and cousins and these girls were taller and very good looking. I've also seen Asian dudes with hot white girls and they were regular dudes, they weren't buff or ballin' as far as I could tell. Have you looked up Asian dating coaches like JT Tran, Giovanni the Coach, Michael Chief etc?

Damn things are looking real bleak right now but I don't think it's impossible to find love, just harder. Is true love like finding your soul mate though? If so I'm not too sold on it because I don't believe in soul mates, I think the concept just makes people too obsessive about a particular person instead of realizing there is a world of potential great matches for you. Sorry if I digress, but just open yourself up to the fact love isn't perfect, you won't find perfection in others or yourself…

Owen Cook did a YouTube video about this phenomenon I think. He mentioned how back in the day no one could say crap about pickup if it wasn't backed up with field experience, and if they tried spouting off untested theories as if they were facts they'd get shut down. Now thanks to YouTube tightening the leash on infield videos any marketer or chode can weigh in unchallenged. The 2000s and 2010s were the golden age for pickup but they'll never return.

Personally I'd try to find out what she's looking for, if she wants a relationship and you just want to hookup I would just move on. I want girls to be happy with their decisions to hookup with me and not feel pressured or tricked into giving it up when I just want to get laid and she's looking for something more. Make sure you two are on the same page and proceed at a comfortable pace for both of you.

Aren't SDL's simply about having high buying temperature and good logistics? And I've heard of old school puas like vin dicarlo talk about reverse supplication game which is basically the girl lavishes you with expensive gifts and vacations and the guy rewards her with sex. You have to know how to flip the script/reverse the frame to pull that off though.

Seems like you had a real attachment to outcome in all your interactions, being a good guy I think has to do with being non attached to external validation, having strong boundaries, honoring your values, and being vulnerable/radically transparent in spite of your fears. Just be who you are, stop worrying about how others see you.

Agreed, and for people with limited funds or lack of inclination to see a mental health professional there are some awesome self help books these days for anxiety and depression. Anything by Dr David Burns like his book Feeling Good or one of my new favorites Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for Dummies is good.

Just remember the mind creates all kinds of messed up loops, like If you try harder to be chill you can come across tryhard and potentially give off anxious energy because inside you're debating whether you are chill enough and making yourself nervous. I think vibe matters more here, all your inner beliefs coalesce into the vibe you give off, I think a bigger more physically imposing guy can negate any intimidation his size might cause by virtue of a more chill and playful vibe, or maybe it's just that a chill playful vibe is better for daygame

Look into Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (A.C.T.) self help books. A.C.T. is based on mindfulness techniques which teach you to accept the feelings in your body without judgement or trying to change them. I personally believe that traditional therapy techniques have a lot to offer in the realm of inner game.
