Well if you have settled to start a family, maybe family should come first you know. However promoting divorce is just not right. Men and women should work together. I have seen marriages where both parties had their personal space and took care of the kid in turns when one of them wanted to go out with friends. I'm in Europe, so not sure what the culture in the USA is, but. If she offers on splitting the bill I take it as a nice gesture and appreciate it. However never take a woman to a dinner date when you aren't in a relationship yet. Also you are not entitled to sex just because you invested in a dinner, you need to make sure she also invests in you, her time at least.
