Weekly Offtopic-Sunday Megathread (19 March 2017)Well guys I'm signing off for a while. I gotta get my head outta this pill stuff for a bit. It's been fun and I'll talk to y'all soon I'm sure | /r/PurplePillDebate | 20/03/17 04:27 AM
(Meta) There's a massive misunderstanding going on between BP and RP debaters here. The nature of interpersonal relationships and particularly sexual dynamics makes it difficult to study with our current academic methods Further they often aren't studied at all because politics makes it difficult to look too deep into sexual dynamics | /r/PurplePillDebate | 19/03/17 06:48 AM
RPW: do you agree that women are less rational and inferior to men?Do you agree that women are more likely to use flexible and equivocal communication styles ? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/03/17 11:40 PM
Q4ALL: Game. What are the games men, women, and all humans are a part of?In my world, when people talk about "game" they are usually referring to a subset of social skills used to flirt and pick up women Also this is different from the phrase "power games," nobody in my world would use those two interchangeably | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/03/17 09:07 PM
[Q4BP] What has Feminism done to help men?Hey sorry for being a little snarky there, let me ask you another question: I saw a meme the other day and it had pictures of struggling people from every walk of life (I think it even had a working class white dude) and it said something like "intersectionality: feminism is for all of us." So what gives? Based on the meme it sounds like intersectionality is just what "solidarity" was | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/03/17 08:32 PM
[Q4ALL] what argument swayed you towards Red/Blue pill?Wow that's really different For me all that stuff factors into how I'd view a relationship, but there's a physical side that is basically whether I'm physically attracted or not, I physically feel attracted to them if they are physically attractive | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/03/17 06:37 PM
[Q4ALL] what argument swayed you towards Red/Blue pill? How do you not realize that you're attracted to someone until that long after you've met them? For me it's an instantaneous yes or no. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/03/17 06:00 PM
[Q4BP] What has Feminism done to help men?Right but if you asked a white person "why aren't you a civil rights activist?" it would make sense for them to ask what civil rights activism can do for them. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/03/17 05:57 PM
[Q4BP] What has Feminism done to help men?Sounds like intellectual gobbledegook to me | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/03/17 05:52 PM
[Q4BP] What has Feminism done to help men?I've seen rah rah intetsectionality memes that basically turn it into "solidarity except feminists invented it" | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/03/17 05:50 PM
[Q4BP] What has Feminism done to help men?Hmm , I'm not sure about that. I don't really take their claims at face value. I've heard them claim it tho | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/03/17 05:07 PM
[Q4BP] What has Feminism done to help men?Isn't that what intersectionality is supposed to be? Helping everyone? Anyway, I've heard feminists claim that feminism helps men. I don't think it's uncommon to hear them claim that. https://www.google.com/search?q=does.feminism+help+men | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/03/17 04:57 PM
Q4RP: what is the difference between AFBB and wanting to have no commitment sex with sluts and then wanting to settle down with a submissive virgin homemaker?Yup, me too. I don't know anybody who's wealthy either, these guys are all making like 80k a year. The system basically exists to guarantee provision to baby mamas | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/03/17 01:18 PM
Q4RP: what is the difference between AFBB and wanting to have no commitment sex with sluts and then wanting to settle down with a submissive virgin homemaker?Your kid uses as much gas for "driving lessons" as my truck uses in a week I'm sure it's easy to spend other people's money | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/03/17 05:59 AM
Q4RP: what is the difference between AFBB and wanting to have no commitment sex with sluts and then wanting to settle down with a submissive virgin homemaker?I'm not surprised, women always come up with all kinds of shit that they "need" to spend money on. Give them money, they'll definitely find a way to spend it | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/03/17 04:35 AM
Q4RP: what is the difference between AFBB and wanting to have no commitment sex with sluts and then wanting to settle down with a submissive virgin homemaker?Having a tool in your toolbox isn't the same as using it. Knowing how emotional manipulation works isn't the same as manipulating people. Anyway, imo there are harmless things that we all do that are technically emotional manipulation. Teasing while flirting is a great example. I don't think anyone on PPD would object to gentle playful teasing, but it does screw with people's emotions a little bit, our natural instinct is to respond by qualifying ourselves | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/03/17 04:24 AM
Q4All: Does anyone here find Amy Schumer Funny? It's hard finding any Standup that isn't overly political or full of gender wars. Like I just wanna relax and laugh, not think about such heavy shit That said, Joe Rogan's special is REALLY good. He's got a good mix of bro and nerd, and he avoids super heavy topics | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/03/17 04:14 AM
Discussion: How many traits are there that are distinct, in terms of forming your aggregate attractiveness?Cuckquean / hot husband fetish is always a plus | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/03/17 04:03 AM
