People don't understand about law enforcement and military. It's not about running a mile faster than 15 minutes, it's about running as fast as needed to keep yourself alive or stop someone from hurting someone else. The test in this post is a minimum standard test that must be passed for someone to keep their job in law enforcement. So, it's matched by sex/age to show levels of fitness etc. Not every cop will be out in the field, so not all cops need to be extremely fit.

There's a job they CAN do, which is infantry support. ie: the admin/comms side of the house. Just as important and doesn't shove them on the front lines. It's not about them "doing their duty" it's about me trusting the person to the right and my left. There's no respawn homie.
