The media says yes? Does it really? Boy bands are specifically marketed to women and girls and they aren't exactly hypermasculine. These hypermasculine men are more often found in things like super hero movies, which are marketed more to men. That huge hypermasculine man is a male power fantasy, not the ideal of every woman. Some women may be into that. But a lot aren't

Have you tried offering an alternative? I mean, yeah you said he needs to lose weight and be genuine and stuff but he's autistic. For autistic people social interaction, especially in a romantic way, can be super hard. And the red pill advice is specific. They tell him what to say and how to act. I'm autistic myself and I love scripts. I have scripts for all kind of social situations that I practiced. The red pill gives him that. Specific techniques and instructions. Your advice won't do that fo…

I saw your comment and was also confused about the downvotes. I agree with you. It's a bad idea to try to force someone to wait
/r/ExRedPill27/09/21 07:07 PM

The trick is to not "make them wait" but to filter for a man that doesn't even try to initiate sex that early. If a guy asked for sex early, making him wait, even 8 months, won't necessarily help. But if a guy never even tried to initiate earlier and he waits without the woman "making him wait" it's probably pretty safe to assume he is not going to ghost afterwards. Worked for me at least.

I wouldn't even go out on a date with a man that first invited me to his house. That shows you his intention and its not going to change during the date. I immediately weeded out everyone who tried to invite me to their place too soon. Eventually I ended up with my now boyfriend who only invited me to his place at the 4th date. At his place he made food for me, showed me his paintings, his other hobbies and still never tried to get sexual. Only after a few months, when we were in a relationship …

I would try to explain the manipulation tactics to her, neutrally without necessarily making it about a specific boy. Then she can maybe recognize when they are being used on her. Besides that it would probably help to try to build up the girls confidence and self worth and to make sure she always feels like she can come to me with problems. This will make it harder for manipulate and toxic people to target her. I don't think that there is a specific thing to say to a girl in this case. It might…

The wall is a revenge fantasy that red pill men come up with to cope with being undesirable to women. They are angry at being rejected so they fantasize how the women that rejected them will be undesirable and he will be attractive soon and reject them back. When I look at the older women I know, I don't see them having any issues. When my mom got divorced in her mid forties she didn't struggle to find a new partner. Even my grandma in her 80s is a widow and still has other men of the same age e…

I usually never comment on subs like this, but since you asked.. The hate against porn comes from the treatment of the women in it. Women and girls being trafficked and drugged and then forced to endure more and more violent and degrading acts on camera is something we just don't support. And I could never date a man who gets off on watching women being beaten, choked, spat on and humiliated

I dont believe for one second that it can happen "accidentally". I mean, the only person I have slept with is my current boyfriend. It was also his first time and despite his inexperience he still never did anything wrong or painful to me. If that happens with a man, he either does it on purpose because the woman said no or he just isn't careful enough because he doesn't care if he hurts the woman

I totally get what you mean. So often, I get really disgusted at comments I see men make about certain anime and the female characters. Like recently with attack on titan. Of course men are whining that the main girl character Mikasa looks all strong, with a uniform and short hair. They whine that she's not sexy and feminine enough. She's a freaking soldier, she's supposed to be like this. Can they not just put their pathetic horniness aside for one moment and just enjoy the amazing story. Infur…

I agree with the other comments about taking steps to fix it vs. blaming others and denying it. I would also add that intention really matters. Does he do the harmful behavior because he didn't know its harmful or did he know in advance but he did it anyway despite that? Any behavior that is intentionally manipulating you or making you feel worse can never be just a flaw, even if he is working on not doing it anymore

True. I once saw a discussion of FDS being called sex negative and one of the FDS members commented to explain our believes and they started calling her a prude and making fun of her for it. And people like that call themselves "feminist"

Its not a bad thing to be a gold digger anymore. The definition of what that entails has changed so much that even the most basic expectations of financial stability will get you labeled as one. They will always call women that, if they have any standards at all. I've seen women called "golddigger " for not wanting a man that is dependent on her income and for not wanting a men that is reckless with money and piles up debt. I'd rather be a "golddigger" than deal with that

Because that's what they'd like us to be. They tell themselves that what we say doesn't matter because we are all fat, old, ugly women who are bitter that no man wants them. Imagining us like that makes it easier for them to disregard what we are saying when they don't have an actual argument

They think they are so tough because offensive jokes about women and minorities don't bother them. Pride themselves on not being a snowflake and not caring about feelings. But then when a much more harmless, less hateful joke is made about them they start whining about how oppressed they are

He shouldn't try to "buy" you. If he buys you unexpected, super expensive gifts, shows off with fancy cars/ house/.. or flashes cash you should probably get rid of him. Same with the other extreme, if he is exceedingly stingy and makes it a point for you to "prove" you are not a gold digger. Both of these show that he has an unhealthy, transactional view of your relationship

They spend their entire lives being praised for everything they do. Just look how people react to men doing the dishes or "helping" their wives with the children. Those are things that are just expected from women but praised if men do them. Everything they do is praised. so when someone criticizes them for once, they think it can't be real. The other person must be wrong. After all, look how amazing they are

True. I also had men tell me how I will always be bitter and lonely if I stay on this sub. Thats funny. I'm in a happy relationship while many of the men messaging me had posts whining about how they can't get a date. Tell me again which one of us is bitter and lonely 😆

They are so whiney. They always downplay misogyny and talk about how we shouldn't complain and that the women in developing countries have it worse. And then they cry like babies at the slightest bit of criticism towards certain groups of men. Its pathetic

Agree 100%. They can whine and complain all day about how unfair this is and they can call me a shallow bitch all they want. None of that will change my preferences and none of that will convince me to date anyone I don't find physically attractive.

The problem with this is that literally every man can achieve this. So they don't have an excuse. Its much easier to blame their dating problems on their height, wealth or any other arbitrary standards we apparently collectively have than to actually work on being a better person

Exactly. I very much enjoy being single. It doesn't bother me at all. In order for me to want a relationship the guy has to make me happier than I would be on my own so I am picky as hell. I was even told that I am too picky and that I would never find someone. Well, now I am in a relationship that does meet my standards and I am very glad I never settled earlier.

If they even lost the custody case at all. I know my own father was going around telling everyone how he would love to have contact with his children but isn't allowed to by the vindictive mother. The very first date I ever had. I was 14. He was 18. Should have been a redflag but i said yes. I already decided a short time into the date that I wasn't really into him. He was strange. We went to a small cinema in our village that only showed two movies per day. He asked me to pick the movie. I said either would be OK but he insisted that I choose one. So true. I have lost count of how many times I've seen men say stuff like "I can't put my dick in your degree" or some variation of that. Thats what they really hate about FDS. If more women find it and raise their standards, they might actually have to start improving themselves. But that would be too much work so whining and trying to get the sub banned seems like the more convenient solution to them.

Not necessarily a bad thing. I enjoy anime myself. Look up the anime that he watches. Are they for children? Are they misogynist or overly sexualized? What do the female characters look like? Do they look like regular women or are they presented as objects in revealing clothing with exagerated proportions or childlike features? If any of those apply its definitely a red flag. I think in many cases the desire to choke, beat or otherwise abuse their partner during sex might come from heavy use of porn. It desensitizes them and makes them require more and more depraved things to get off. The porn often shows the women as an object that the man has full control over and that he can use. If a man watches a lot of porn he will start wanting to do these things in real life, as he has conditioned himself to associate them with pleasure. You're right in not wanting that for y…

But he did regularly throw and knock over things in anger, locked her out of the house at night and took the keys for her car away so she had nowhere to go. MINT subjects huh? Nice to see a fellow German in this sub :) Also, he's absolutely sexist and treating you like a silly little girl, because that's what he thinks women are. You shouldn't have to have a strategy to put it off for as long as possible. If he is so insistent about it that you need a strategy to put it off, he's not an hvm. A real hvm would be perfectly fine waiting until you are ready. When I met my boyfriend he never pressured, never asked me when it's going to happen or why it hasn't happened yet. He was patient and everything happened at my own pace. If he is pushing you or has any firm expectations on when it should happen, it's a bad sign

The fact that any half decent man gets called a simp by other men just shows that most of them are shit people. If they weren't, men wouldn't come up with a special word to insult men that have basic respect for women

Saw someone say this about fds specifically. Like, "if they want to be treated like a queen they better treat their men like a king". I dont even take gold digger as an insult anymore tbh. They just put that label on every woman who has even the most basic expectations for financial stability. Apparently we are even gold diggers for expecting men to be financially responsible and not leech off of us.

She should be recovering in peace and enjoying time with her new child right now. Instead she has to stress about the bullshit that her piece of shit husband is putting her through.

I think we need to stop adding disclaimers like that to our posts. I see that all the time in 2xchromosomes and subs like that. Someone makes a valid point about an issue women face. Men whine about it and the women then add disclaimers. "I dont hate men", "but not all men of course", "Of course, that happens to men as well". Its so unnecessary. I dont see men adding disclaimers like that on their posts complaining about women

Great post! I was in an LDR for one and a half years as well. I am an immigrant in the country my boyfriend lives in and had to return to my home country for a long time to finish a degree and do an internship. I was worried that the time apart would be a big problem in the relationship and while we missed each other a lot, time actually passed quite quickly. We were both busy studying a lot and still had a video call almost every evening and visited each other regularly. Still, it's good to be …

Yeah I totally agree. They are all important! "That's just not my love language" is such a dumb excuse for not putting effort in the relationship. Everyone is good at giving gifts, if they just pay enough attention to what their partner likes. It's really not that hard. And usually the men who say that's not their love language will still expect gifts and acts of service from their girlfriend anyway

I found it because people on another sub were talking about how horrible it is. "Feminazis", "Female incels", "Misandry", ect.. I thought, if men seem to hate it so much, maybe it's a good sub for once

Yeah I saw that thread. And on top of that everyone was berating her for not paying for his kid too. Ridiculous.

Throwback to the time my mom asked my father to sign me up for math tuition when I was a kid. He signed me up for the wrong grade because he forgot how old I am. Didn't see anything wrong with that either

In my opinion it would be interesting to ask her what her opinion is on the way the me too movement has developed since she started it and also if the way it has developed is what she wanted it to be when she started it.
