Imo that's hard to not find IT effective, things like take care of yourself, get in better shape, accept being vulnerable are universal I guess. That's not rocket science or magic pill. Still good book though

Don't know his skills, but what he wrote here makes sense. Not gonna check all his videos just to prove my point though

His target are men who aro are too logical I guess. What he writes, was definitely my problem. There is a huge difference between reading the room and over analyzing. Not bothering someone when they are on the phone call is completely normal, being on a music festival and thinking 10 minutes if its okay to introduce yourself to a cute girl instead of just saying hi and seeing if she's interested or not - its a problem and complicating simple things. Where I am getting at is that he's right in my…

I mean, title is a bit clickbaiting, but the content is good. I think its one of the reasons for many guys here

Try affirmations at first. Just tell yourself you re good enough, even if you dont feel it in the beggining. All these negative thoughs you have been having for all these years definitely didnt help. It can be hard to tell yourself that you are fine and deserve women and good things in life but approach it as an exercise. You Just need to push it.

I mean if you're a true 8/10 that more than enough I think. Just make sure you don't give too friendly vibe when trying to seduce a man. Charisma and game is less important for women than for men of course, still important though.

Why some people are rude? I mean, thats not only women. The social interactions work this way. I also dont get why some people are rude when its not necessary but life is life, at least you know they aren't open for business, just go next ;P

Some got this, some didn't. That's all.

Idk, having standards is quite fundamental imo. You can settle for 3/10 but would you really enjoy their company? After all it should be pleasant not forced. I would rather say if you are 3/10 just level up to being 5/10 and date some 6/10 :P

People have hard time understanding that ,,ugly people'' are also attracted to good looking people, not the ugly ones. If someone doesn't find an other person attractive, why to bother with dating her? For sake of not being alone? That's stupid. That's not a job situation, that you have to do something to survive, even if its not your dream job. You can be alone and be good LOL

True, I remember meeting a really gorgeous girl in my late teens. She was one of those you rate 10/10 without hesitation: body, face, hair, style—the whole package. She was in the bar, and I knew one of her friends, so I joined their table and talked to her. The level of her stupidity and obsession with Instagram/social media was so horrendous that I literally fled from there with some silly excuse. That was the moment I realized that a lack of personality can make a 10 out of 10 girl a 4 in a s…

Oh, yeah, with that I can't really disagree. Not verbal communication is the key very often.

Well, didn't our ancestors use to mate within their tribes, so it would be rather an equivalent of social circle dating? Cold approach might have been quite dangerous back in time when every stranger was a potential threat but correct me if I am wrong.

Yeah, I feel as I was reading about myself. I wanted to try many things when I was a child and even was talented in certain areas but was just too scared of social interactions to even try :) Hope you will overcome your fears bro

Bro I used to be skinny af (similar body type to you). Tbh calories are much less important than workout. You don't have to eat that much, if you regularly lift weights your body will adapt and store some kilograms just to make lifting easier. This is how we are constructed. Ofc counting calories helps but train for 3 months 3 times a week with weights ( calisthenics is great too in terms of being fit, but you aint gonna get bigger that fast) and I promise you will be surprised with your results…

Sometimes I do, sometimes I dont. I am not sure, propably yes. Behave differently, but working on it. Explain this point with chubby girls, I guess some od them can be attractive too, but dont understand why u ask
