Stop watching porn. It used to be literally impossible for to get hard if I wasn't looking at porn.

I used to play video games to death but I think grinding to get to max level on WoW Classic really just killed my addiction after I realised that video games/movies/TV Shows/ were nothing more than a form of escapism made to intoxicate people so they can forget about the issues in their life. What also helped was treating life kind of like a video game. You start of small, insignificant, but through hard work, you can make something of yourself in the world. I realise now that 'Life' is the best…

It's your choice bro. If you want have the possibility of girls talking to you at the gym at the cost of not being able to listen to your favorite tracks, go for it. If not, then don't :/

I personally don't take steroids, however, I have no issues with others taking it. Taking steroids is not "cheating" and it's nothing to be ashamed of. The only people you will be upsetting are losers. That being said, you have to be aware of the dangers of taking anabolics as you are messing with the natural order of your body. This is the main reason I personally don't take it. And on top of that, I feel like at a certain point of muscle gain you end up impressing more guys than you do girls.

He should have a link to his website on his videos. You can call him on the phone which will cost you $33/min or you can send him an email and he will respond to you via a Youtube video for $250.

They're all blue-pilled betas who think that good-looking women are somehow a scarce resource. High value men are the scarce resource. Just focus on being the best you imaginable and you'll naturally reap the rewards.

Save up money, go monk mode in the mean time. Go backpacking across Europe, or the US or Australia sometime next year. The best way to be more interesting is to do more interesting things.

If the girl is way too ugly to be acting like that, sure but I'm not so desperate to be with low-hanging fruit anyway. If she is an 8, I'll get a bit annoyed, but wouldn't really make a big deal out of it. If she is a 9 or 10, then I wouldn't really expect otherwise.

TBH, day trading comes off as another one of those overhyped methods of making money which people do to try and find shortcuts. I’m not saying it works, I’m just saying it’s rarely worth it. Could be completely wrong though.

I don't know if a web host is really going to cut it. To make it work, it needs to be state of the art, not on the same level of complexity as someone's blog. Web hosts are more suited for businesses that are either e-commerce or brick-and-mortar based with the website being merely a glorified ad. Not really suitable for a fully online based service.

Absolutely what I was thinking. I was already looking in to joining signals (I could also imagine SF preferring someone in signals to join their ranks rather than a regular infantry. I got a mate who was in signals and has more job opportunities than some officers.

So what your basically saying that I should get on it right now and not sleep on it. Got it. I guess I know deep down that I do want to join the army for societal reasons, rather than for my own personal interest. If it doesn't go to plan, I could always just re-enlist. Thanks man.

Web 3.0 It's actually more revolved around privacy and anti-surveillance, something which would benefit immensely from Web 3.0. I've already seen a huge increase in privacy awareness in the past 5 years, especially within the last two years.

I'll check out rule #9 I do agree with you that it's a self-fulfilling prophesy I can get carried away with games sometimes. My skin is fine (I don't just play video games and drink monster lol) I'm already in the second largest city in my country (Melbourne, Australia) I'll probably just stick to this job for now as I'm planning on quitting at the end of the year to join the army and I can always just ask for a day off when I need to. Thanks for your advice!

The main thing when it comes to working out is knowing what you are working out for. For example, you shouldn't be running 10kms if you're trying to build strength, and likewise shouldn't be doing five reps on the maximum weight you can if you're trying to be an endurance runner. So what people are telling is correct for the most part, but I believe that cardio should always be intergrated somewhere in a workout routine. Since you're trying to lose fat, I'd suggest going for a run every, or ever…

I only use social media for what it was initially intended for; that is, I only follow people I know in real life and solely use it to communicate with those people. I'd suggest doing the same. Unless you're trying to build a brand on social media, this is the only way you should be using it. I only have two social media accounts: Instragram, to talk with friends and Twitter, to get caught up on world news. That's it.

I'm probably not the best person for advice in this topic, you may want to post another question asking how how get a team to work with you. What I know is that you guys are a team whether you guys like it or not and you have to work together in order to be a successful team. I'd suggest telling that how you feel. Tell them that you want to be on the same page as them, because you guys are teammates. But don't beg them for anything. You're not going to get any results from that. Don't get emotio…

Like u/capital_improvement_said, you're the star of the team, act like it. If they want to gossip behind your back then let them, Tom Brady has haters too. If they don't want to invite you to the mall then that's fine. What isn't fine and what is concerning is that you're claiming that you're sucking up to them. The only thing that you're telling them when you do this is that you're not the one in power.

Pornography was never a coping mechanism, it was a substitution for sex. You don't need a prostitute, what you need to do is get yourself out there in the world and talk with women (you'll embarress the fuck out of yourself the first couple of times and also be really anxious, but you'll get better the more you do it (just as you would with literally every other skill ever). The same thing goes with sex.

Yes, you should ignore dating for the time being. Dating and getting girls in general is really a distraction anyway.
/r/askTRP18/04/21 03:51 PM

You wear clean clothes that fit. You experiment with different clothes that interest you to see what you like and what you dislike. From all the experimentation, you'll naturally become more savvy in regards to fashion. From this, you'll create your own personal style. It doesn't have to be unique at all, it just has to suit you.

Why are you making it sound like men’s entire existence revolves around women? Women are a supplement, not a requirement. Hell, Isaac Newton died a virgin and he’s one of the most important figures in history. Women are a distraction more than anything else.

I’m not the one for the answers to these. I’d suggest speaking to a professional about this. Their careers revolve around this sort of thing. It’s probably worth at least giving it a shot.

You’re never going to be fulfilled from external things. It doesn’t matter how big your bank account is, how many friends you have or girls your with. If you’re not fulfilled internally, then all of that is pointless. To be honest, you’re never going to remain happy forever. You’re always going to go back to a state where you weren’t happy. The best you can do is minimise how often you feel sad.

How can you be fulfilled and empty at the same time? Are you speaking in terms of your condition? As in, you’re life seems fulfilling on the outside?
/r/askTRP21/03/21 07:48 PM
2

We’re always going to suffer. You can work really hard and sacrifice a lot of your happiness to get somewhere in life or acquire something and yet suffering will still be present regardless. Short-term gratification is merely a distraction. It will wear off as quick as it came. The same applies to long-term gratification. You’ll be satisfied for a while, maybe even a very long while. But eventually you’ll return to the state (mentally) that you were in before. Such is the human condition. This i…

The biggest change I feel like I'm going to take away from the experience is how I'm using social media now. It's strictly a place where I can communicate with friends. I unfollowed any accounts of celebrities, brands etc. because they're just posting what they're posting to sell a product, even if it's themselves.

This and this only. They’ve been taught since childhood that being a thug and having guns is considered cool. You don’t align with that view that they’ve been basically programmed to believe and so they ridicule you. It’s the same reason why people brought up in more “white” neighbourhoods don’t usually share the same view. They’ve been unconsciously taught to be behave a different way. /r/askTRP04/02/21 12:43 AM

Well, your idea of what a man and what a woman should do doesn't really go against the idea that it's normal for woman to go through the "slut" phase. If you think that women are just supposed to fuck one "top dog" then you should also know that we men produce sperm cells whose sole function is to kill other men's sperm in the women to prevent them from reaching the egg. If that doesn't show that it's in womans nature to "fuck around" then I don't know what is.
/r/askTRP03/02/21 11:22 PM
2

I never understood the hate towards women going through the “slut” phase when us guys do the exact same thing. Just seems kind of hypocritical and butthurt that women aren’t angels. Just take advantage of it and enjoy women.

If you’re not sure then just do the 3 year contract for now and renew the contract if you want to stay. Reserves is good if you want to just do for the reasons you stated (extra cash, staying in shape). I’d only recommend going full time if you’re going into a field which can be translated into civilian life. Currently 18 and joining the military myself. Best of luck man 👍

I agree with vazeline here. We're not saying don't follow your dreams, we're just saying that you should do a lot of research on medicine as a career before you stick to it. I'm 18 now and have just finished Secondary School. The biggest thing I learned about myself regarding deciding what was next for me was that I was only focused on making money. I really don't like reading books either. It's not that I can't, it's just that it's a big time investment. Audible is your friend. I'm not planning to just be a GI for a term and then go back to civillian life, I'm going to build myself but, both mentally and physically, to prepare for Spec-Ops tryouts. If all goes well and I get through, I don't really see how having one of the coolest jobs in the world would be a waste of time. Regardless, I appreciate your opinion, it's good to hear from someone who had a bad experience with the Army…

I have admittedly read little on the matter on the bad things in the Army. I have definitely learned about the cons that are involved with being a soldier, but I have never spoken face-to-face with someone who hated their time in the Army.

I understand this and I have been considering my options intensively for the past six months. It's what I want. Also, for the Australian Military, having a university degree is only one way of becoming an officer. Most Army Officers in the Australian Military go through the 'Royal Military College' which I can join after merely finishing high school.

/r/askTRP08/11/20 11:05 PM

No I'm trying to join the Australian Army. With the Australian Army, you may need a university degree for some officer roles, but not all. The only perquisite for all officer roles in the Australian Army is finishing Secondary School with appropriate marks which vary depending on what kind of officer you want. The Australian Army has its own "college" of sorts which is specifically made to train soldiers into becoming officers called the 'Royal Military College' (RMC).

It's not her fault she's deluded into thinking that anything besides getting an M.D. in life is a failure. She's just extremely ignorant. But thank you for the reassurance.

That's the main reason I don't want to go to University. I know that I will do bad in the courses because I will have no passion for the courses. I wanted to get a Computer Science degree before, but I soon realised that I would never excel in the field. On the other hand, I know that I have the potential to blossom in the Army.

If a woman flakes on you, then it's a sure sign that she does not respect you or your time. If she texts you an excuse, then simply give a flat response and move on. Only bring her back into your life if she engages you. Not the other way around. I also saw on another comment that it would depend on the reasoning. This is true. If their your friends, genuinely your friends, then I think that they deserve a chance. There has been times where I have acted egotistical and arrogant around my friends too and I could have really used someone calling me out. Quality over quantity 100%. I would rather have 2 - 4 real friends than 10 - 20 fake friends. Friends are different to dating. Friends should be supporting each other. Humans are social creatures and we require to be social to remain healthy. If you country/state laws allow it, try to get out into social gatherings and just talk with people, meet some guys and girls. If you country/state laws do not allow social gatherings, try to talk with people online when you can. This will not be nearly as good as talking to others in real life, but it does help. Virgin or not, if a girl specifically asks you to fuck her, well, the next step should have been a no brainier. You're also extremely overthinking shit tests. Again, a girl asking you to fuck her is not a test of your frame, it's a request to fuck her. I feel stupid for having to type this shit out because it is such a no brainier. How old are you? If you're in university then I'm guessing that you're still in your 20s. It's fine to not have a lot of money during this age, most women won't expect you to anyway. The only real con to getting a vasectomy is that you can't get a girl pregnant the "romantic way" by cumming inside her. Your body will still produce sperm, all a vasectomy does is not let the sperm get transported to your penis. Most importantly, you can still give girls facials, as you will still discharge ejaculatory fluid during climax. So really, unless you REALLY wa…

Unless you were born with a physical deformity, the only thing that you don't have control over, in terms of your SMV, is your facial features. That's literally it. You can get a good body, make good money and become really charismatic. You just have to put in the work. Looking at it from this perspective, becoming a "20% man" doesn't sound so hard. Find a different girl to talk to. You can only control your actions, not the actions of others. You can influence the actions of others, but it's impossible to outright control them. Best thing you can do is to just talk to another women. Outside of the immediate situation, try to improve your SMV as much as you can by lifting and working on your charisma. Doing these things will greatly lessen the margin for this to happen again.

I should have clarified that I meant MOST things could be learned with the internet. The only three topics that I believe require a university degree is engineering, law and medicine. Everything else can be learned online.

That's actually an interesting thought.

Do something you're passionate about. Your business won't grow if you're not passionate about it.

I started my journey when I was 16. I had a crush on a girl from school at the time and one night, when I was up late at night watching YouTube, I saw a video recommended for me with the title "Signs a girl likes you", or something along with those means. Yeah, that's right, I started my journey watching videos from Alpha M. and TMF. Of course, these only lasted for about a year. Although I wouldn't recommend watching these channels anymore, I would be lying if I said that they didn't improve my…

It really doesn't matter. It's unlikely that you will be in a situation where you will be confronted with this question before you lose your virginity. If it does end up being the topic of conversation, just tell them you keep your sex life private. Joke around with it too, tell them if they want your credit card details too, or something along the lines of that.

This might have been what I needed to hear. Thank you. What about the quality of your work? As a creative person, do you feel satisfied going to work everyday, at least more often than not? Is it fulfilling?

I guess I came to the conclusion that I enjoy being creative. It doesn't matter if I'm creating and editing a film, or creating a plan that a group of people will follow. If I'm creating something, I'll usually lose sleep and forget to eat because of it. That's usually a really good sign that I'm passionate about something.

Same here bro. My parents had a pretty violent divorce. Yet my mother still tells me how important it is to marry someone. Strange indeed.

Maybe they believe it, maybe they don't. It really doesn't matter. As long as you are doing what YOU want, there isn't any reason to worry about what your mother believes. Keep in mind that most current mothers come from a time, and some from a country, where marriage was standard. Marriage is still standard in today's society; but to a much smaller degree, especially in western societies.

Young people on this subreddit don't have a lot to worry about and SMV is much more important in the social hierarchy for teenagers than it is to adults. People lack goals in their life. I used to always think about women too, but now that I have real goals that I want to attain, I have subconsciously put women to the side.

Try to learn and try to find some means to have fun. If you still have internet access, then watch YouTube or Netflix. If not, then just try to find enjoyment with whatever you have available. You're in a bad situation, I wish you all the best.

Honestly, I would recommend deleting the majority of your social media platforms entirely. Having become a minimalist phone user and only installing the apps that I truly require on a day-to-day basis, deleting all of my social media with the exception of Instagram, I can say that my quality of life has improved significantly. This, and turning notifications off for all apps except for phone calls and SMS messages has made me no longer waste time mindlessly browsing meaningless content on social…

The biggest thing that I gained was confidence. I really do take it for granted now, but back when I was a scrawny 63kg teenager, finishing a workout and the feeling of my body being completely destroyed just made me feel like I was on cloud nine.

Nothing awkward about it. My mother always used to talk about me finding my "dream girl" one day. I would always tell her what I believed -- That women only get married for security and there is nothing gain for a man in marriage. Of course, she just brushes it off and tells me that "I'll meet a girl that I will fall in love with". It really shouldn't be awkward to say what you feel to your family, especially direct family, because more often than not, they'll always love you. Friends are a diff…
