The music just plays as a way of me finding something funny about it. This song to be precise - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NUIZvAe3RBg&feature=youtu.be&t=1m25s

My favorite is too say to yourself 'whats the worst that could happen?' then truly accept the worst things that could potentially happen like rejection, a slap to the face, being called a weirdo etc. Its a great brainhack to get you moving and not give a fuck about the outcome. Feel good because you did the approach despite the reaction. As RSD Tyler puts it 'Who the fuck would have the balls to do that and find something funny about it'.

Read Mark Manson's 'Models: Attract Women Through Honesty'. The core principle in this book is 'to build true confidence you must build yourself'. Own your masculinity brother. Become strong in the body, wise in the mind and developed in the spirit. I cant stress the spirit part enough. Meditation gets you out of your head and into your body. So to answer your questions. Society is based upon the mainstream narrative of people stuck in the 'durrrrr' phase that simply react and consume what they …

My favourite quote from the book - 'The only way to build true confidence is to build yourself'. This ties in with the core principle of 'You are enough'. This also ties in with what Elliot Hulse says about owning your masculinity by being strong in the body (exercise, working out), Wise in the mind (Reading, getting a range of experiences, getting out of your comfort zone) and developed in the spirit (Meditation, sensory deprivation tanks and training to be in the NOW). Approach girls no matter…

I usually want to go out so I dont experience this. Prior to going out I usually do stretches, meditate and maybe jump around listening to some hard rock. In your case I suggest you try and make friends with anxiety and see it as something thats happening for you not to you. As Winston Churchill once said 'If your going through hell. Keep going.'

'Models: attracting women through honesty' - 10 out of fucking 10. Point of the book is 'to build true confidence you must build yourself'. The philosophy of you are enough changed my life for becoming a stronger of myself.

Theres a strong correlation between me becoming a stronger version of myself and less time invested in video games. I still play video games about 4-5 hours a week but that still feels like time wasted. Games feel great when I havent played them in a week but the novelty wears off in hours then I generally become more irritable and less happy with the simple things in my day to day life. With alot of video games I just get bored because ive already swalled the pill and they dont provide that sam…

Embody how your feeling. Get out of your head and into your body. Ask yourself why are you not feeling it? find something funny and get addicted to a lower level of stimulus. Think of something you find hilarious and start laughing from within. Literally force yourself to laugh even if it feels awkward. The good emotions internally manifest themselves externally and then you will feel it.

Maintain frame and continue being who you are. Dont try to 'outgame' him. Have fun with him and her. As soon as you start treating other guys as lesser beings youve automatically treated her as a higher being. If you feel like making a move do that. As long as its bona fide and coming from a place of giving and not taking and neediness.

Neither. Dont view it as a 'competition'. Acknowledge that if your attracted to her go talk to her and treat her as you would with any other girl. Dont over value her and put her on a pedestal. Be self amused and give whatever fun energies you are feeling. If she likes it great. If not move on to and maintain frame. Have fun. There is no 'competition'. Viewing it that way is stupid. You are enough. That principle alone is the core of good pickup.

Sounds like you used to be a nice guy. You were so invested in other peoples perception of you than your perception of yourself. Theres nothing wrong however with being kind. Kindness comes from within but being nice is an external influence and so fucking fake. Ive replace it with strong body language and I feel better because Im genuinely listening to the person without being outcome dependant. I did it by practicing bioenergetic exercises like the 'breathe into your balls' video from Elliot H…

As a member of nofap I use it as one of many platforms to improve within myself. For me I feel like I have more energy which I can channel into working out, meditating and having fun sober. It certainly has its benefits. I dont think masturbating is wrong. I think porn is fucking up alot of peoples brain chemistry and I feel sorry for the future generations. There are alot of blue pilled people on nofap who put girls in crazy pedestals. I created a post on nofap with a list of subreddits that go…

This is gold however I dont feel like its right to memorize and use these phrases in the real world because its not genuine and it depends on the girl herself. I do think the physical push/pull would be far more effective. Especially the staring into her eyes and letting go.

This is fucking hilarious and a real paradox to TRP. TRP puts emphasis on building yourself and then you can attract girls through true confidence. However this guy hasnt built himself for shit. Hes a natural and loves pickup. Id say this guy is red pill. Hes effectively learnt not to give a shit about the distractions most of us are blue pilled with in life and press girls buttons better than some of us could in a week.

If I were the beta dude id honestly give the girl her bag and drink and say something along the lines of 'If this is what you want then fine but im not taking this shit anymore' and go game myself.

Be less invested in other people perception of you than your perception of yourself. In many social situations stop thinking what is the right thing to say to please them and make you SEEM like a nice guy. Put no filters on what your saying and accept your not going to get along with everyone. Stop jacking it to porn and get out of the house to do eye contact, go on runs and do anything productive like meditation, reading a book and going clubbing. Dont be a bitch every time you get rejected. Re…

Fairly important. Youve got higher priorities like confidence, being at ease in the environment, being less invested in their perception of you, having fun etc. I generally wear clothes that fit me well. Not too lose and baggy like im in some 90s advert but not too tight like im trying to flash my muscles. /r/malefashionadvice is a good place to go. Dont spend too much time on your looks though.
/r/seduction01/09/14 06:36 PM

I think you should put a fair amount of time into looking good. Mostly through working out and on the side spending some time to wear clothes that compliment your body and a hairstyle you feel comfortable with. Looking good is part of building yourself. The other part is building true confidence through honesty. One of the core principles of the red pill.

RSD guys and Russell Brand. These 2 I check out the most these days. I also like Elliot Hulse, Joe Rogan and Graham Hancock.

Its a fucking curse man. Theres this one girl who still pops up in my mind every now and then. The thing is it was such a great night with her however she moved on. I didnt. I was texting her onto whatever scrap of a 'get together' I could create. A couple of weeks after that happened it really dawned on me that I had to get over her. In my conscious mind I realise thinking about her is only putting myself into a downward spiral. I had a really intense dream about her a couple of months ago show…

On the flip side you might have shitty friends that do shit all to improve themselves and are addicted to crutches over energy. They keep you inside their quick pleasure seeking paradigm so in a way leaving shitty friends is good for getting better and moving on.

Being short is good because when you act alpha your showing your physical self is not a barrier to who you really want to be. You dont need alot of money. Theres a top post atm about the seven deadly sins of beta. Greed is one of them. As long as you have enough to keep you fulfilling a healthy and enriching lifestyle thats fine. Everyone has the potential. Never idolize someone to an extent where you think you cant reach their level. you CAN do it.

Great post man. I agree with your first 3 points but not your 4th. If your ignoring your insecurities they are still there. What I do is acknowledge them and try to laugh at them like im on my own roast show. When I sense myself locking up its because im insecure about something for example seeing another guy take a girl I was interested in on the dancefloor. However I look at myself from a new perspective and laugh at myself like its some scene from the inbetweeners. This allows me not only to …

Instead of asking questions I do a cold read approach. I think of the answer to the question. For example instead of asking 'Do you like pancakes?' Id say 'You look like youve got sweet tooth. You must be into the ultimate foodporn that is pancakes.' Statements work better than questions. Not only are you validating her but she will give an answer that leaves more social breadcrumbs to develop your conversation. Asking questions can have quite a closed answer sometimes and create a lul more ofte…

Try to get a wing man. Wing men make it 10 times easier and increase your incetive to approach. Going solo is alot tougher however it hardens you in the best way. Ive done it a few times and its payed off however its really tough shit at first.

Yeah man. Mark calls it polarization. Once you have built true confidence and you are being yourself without filters on how to act, speak or simply be you will resonate positive enery to those who are as you say 'the right women'

I got into porn at 12 as well. Its nasty shit. Totally fucks with the neuroplasticity of your brain and makes you prioritize sex above FUN with social interaction

Dude I completely agree with you. The key is to find not clubs but places like clubs that play the music you dig. The crowd will be smaller however you will stand out more if its music you like.
