Very inspiring post, lately i have been starting to excersise much more, i go the gym 3-4 times a week and take my bikecycle out for a 15-20 mile ride down to the ocean twice a week. Getting lean, stronger and all that is amazing and you feel really confident after achieving something you work hard for, and it also helped me tons with my social anxiety and depression i used to have.
