Hi everyone, my good friend introduced me to this post and upon reading i figured ive ran into like-minded gents. I feel alot of men are running into issues w/ women & self confidence. I was (at my heaviest) 220lb

I was getting curved by women like a madman, the thing was I had so much selfconfidence and positivity that once I took those L’s i just kept it moving never keeping my head down, even though my I was hurt deeply by the women saying no to my efforts. My thoughts on that where, I couldnt let them win by getting depressed.

Bad eating habits & drinking alcohol led me to that weight. I would kill 2 40oz. of beer & finish the night w/ either tacos, pizza, bags of chips, burgers.

I wouldnt consider myself an incel, but I definitely wasnt getting any pussy.

This went on for 4 yrs. and upon reaching the personal goals I have acheived (i.e. Purchasing a dream car in cash, working at a good company, and bachelor freedom) I decided that i would get in shape.

I always said that I’d definitely get in shape one day, and something snapped in me filling my head with nothing but the endzone in site, I was overflowing w/ Discipline and Willpower to go from 220 to 170..

Not to sound like a tough guy, but I am proud of my achievements. Now at my lightest ive ever been at 165lbs, the women that would never have given me the time of day. Are asking me to hang out and then some

Gentelmen, when a women ASKS YOU to hang out, just the two of you, its going down. But you gotta pull that trigger to make it happen captain.

I cannot stress how FUNDAMENTAL it is for every guy to exercise.

It brings your self-confidence up. So it makes you feel great and look great & a good sense of style & cologne will bring your attractiveness level thru the roof.

So all in all, exercising is the best thing to ever happen to me. Im no longer afraid of rejection. I like the way women look at me now.

Make yourselves regimented gentlemen. Life changes await for you.
