It is possible to fuck a girl or even LTR a girl with tons of beta orbiters. Although LTR would be very foolish. The thing is these girls are super damaged and very annoying. I agree strongly with sirnemesis and whisper on this one. Sounds like a keeper. I don't see warning signs here. Or rather warning only of something good. yeah there's lots of laws but i've never been to a strip club where you're not allowed to touch during a dance. i've been to hundreds in at least 10 different states. they're not allowed to suck dick or fuck either but almost all strippers will do that too, often they'll do it right in the lap dance area without paying for a vip room

start working out too. it's hard to deal with loneliness but if you start feeling better you can get out a little more and start tearing down that wall slowly but you can do it. sounds like you have a lot to offer someone so i'm sure you'll meet someone eventually! but right now focus on yourself
