Thanks for sharing. I've read about meditation before and tried it a few times but never really gotten into the groove of making it a habit. What would you suggest is a good amount of time to start meditating, and how should I progress from there?

How long did it take you personally to notice your mind changing, and when was the moment you truly felt like a confident and healthy person?

I totally agree with this. While we definitely should be happy without a significant other, there's no denying that having a good one is beneficial and makes for a fuller life. There's a reason humans yearn for partners; it's all part of the psychology that's kept us alive and reproducing.

He explicitly said that by "someone" he meant just another girlfriend. He never said they would be "the one" or perfect.

That definitely sounds like it'd need practice, at least for me. I'll try it and see how it works for me.

Can you elaborate on "grounding" yourself?

Holy shit, this is some vivid writing man. Good job. You should write a book, I'd read the shit out of it.

How often does this work? I feel like this goes against some basic social principles, like "getting people to talk about themselves"

Ive always wondered how not masturbating helps. Wouldn't it just make me more horny and needy in front of girls?

Is there any good method to learn to smile candidly? Whenever I smile it seems so forced and awkward. I have a little bit of "resting bitch face" and I think it would be more attractive to smile genuinely, but I don't know how on demand.

Can you elaborate on the arm touching? What part of the arm did you touch, about how long did you touch it, and how light/hard of a touch was it?

Think you can provide a link to said video? Sounds useful.

This looks so ridiculous when I do it. I either don't swing them enough and I feel kind of robotic and stiff, or I swing them too much and I look comically awkward.

Yeah, where can I put my hands, especially when I'm walking? Having them anywhere other then my pockets just feels so awkward and forced.

So you're basically saying just talk about whatever the hell's on your mind while you're in a good mood and comfortable and she'll respond well?

This seems like good advice, but how do you initiate or segue into these emotional fulfilling conversations? I think that's the hardest part for a lot of people.

Do you know the science behind it? Any sources about it?

So you just mix it and drink it? Any possible side effects?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
