I didn’t say anything. But I’m now keeping my eyes open even more.

Found a tracking device Thursday and put it in the trash can for Friday morning pickup.

My ex-wife is basically a walking meme. Bad oversized wig that doesn’t look natural, masculine, I don’t need a man attitude, can’t cook, doesn’t know how to wear make-up, and big eyes.

Damn right a CPS or Police call is always a move to get the other spouse out. Temporary orders will have you removed from the home and give you standard visitation. I had to up the ante and get a custody evaluation which my evaluator recommended 50-50 and that’s what the judge decided. Time to fight. That person who you knew will never be the same.

This!!!! I had a custody evaluator and a psychological evaluation done from the recommendation of my lawyer. He recommended 50/50 and the judge took the recommendation. Ex-wife was pissed.

This goes back to the term “men sacrifice happiness for family and women sacrifice family for happiness.”

I didn’t even get to have sex on my wedding night. I instantly got the cold shoulder hours after the wedding. She made me wait damn near a week. She rather hung out with her drunk friends than do the deed.

What kind of bs statement is that from the judge?

I would combat the injuries as “you noticed they were injured and you didn’t take the child to urgent care, seems like you were very neglectful.” My ex wife interrogates my young ones too and she was willing to take that into to court. Even the judge knew it was a waste of time.

Mine did it too, as I believe her lawyer coached her to do it. But I ended up with 50/50 custody and she pays me child support.

Awwww this brings back memories. First get cameras in your home. I used eufy at the time with 128gb SD cards. Don’t invest in wyze cameras because those are trash and the audio will make you go crazy. Get a pen camera and a recorder and record everything while in her presence. When she out of the home is when I did my best investigative work. My ex-wife was dumb enough to leave notes in her desk of her next move. As in locksmith’s, when to call the cops, getting a gun to use specifically against…

This is true. I bought a couple of pen cameras with the gold accent (painted the accent black to be less noticeable). They did a great job recording in my pocket pointed towards her, be careful of what shirt you wear, cause it could be a lot of feedback noise from the shirt rubbing against the pen.
/r/Divorce_Men22/05/24 01:53 AM

Besides the GoPro camera get a Eufy camera on Amazon and have it mailed to an Amazon pick up box. A couple of 128gb SD cards and place those cameras in different places of the house with continuous recording.

My lawyer left that firm and went to a new firm and that’s how I contacted my lawyer. Her old firm I never contacted because my attorney was at the new one. My ex googled my attorney and found where she came from (old firm that I never contacted) and contacted them to attempt to get the upper hand.

Since she makes more and you have 50/50 does she pay you child support to balance out the households?

Sir, we all know the answer to that. Is this question a sick joke????

I don’t blame you about the sex. It doesn’t take much to keep a man happy.

Distance yourself. Treat him as an acquaintance and nothing more. You don’t need that energy in your life.

She’ll take me to court when I don’t pay. She’s the type of person that if I take my daughter to a different karate class and not notify her I’ll get a tongue lashing on the parenting app that I’m not following a court order of not notifying her 24 hours ahead of time when it was a 1 hr decision. To her it’s not best for the children, it’s what’s best for her.

My ex is too narcissistic, aggressive, and masculine to apologize. She lost 137k and she pays me child support. Co-parenting with her is a nightmare.

Wish I was told this before my divorce. But I would’ve only saved $8k. Wife stole my bank account info and took it straight to her lawyer. All good I stole her government retirement plan savings info. She owes me 137k and pays me 600 a month in child support with 50/50 custody.

I’m not a lawyer but I would think anywhere you reside is the school district you’ll child will be going to. I’d be a$$hole and move 30 mins away.

This is it. She wants to claim more overnights which makes her primary custodian.

My mediation was a waste of $800 and 6 hours. We knew what we had from the custody evaluator and the state law. Ex-wife wanted to act snooty the whole time and refuse everything until we just called it. Went to court and got what I wanted which was 50/50 and a percentage of the house and her retirement. On top of that she has to pay me child support.

I wore a pen camera with the gold accents. Blacked out the gold and wore it in my pants front pocket facing her. Great video and audio but do not put a jacket over it.

I’ve been here right after temporary orders. Wanted to go out and jerk the wheel in traffic. Became a weekend dad and every time I saw my children it’s like they were growing up without me. Then some of the divorced men on here would say “Temporary orders turn to final orders.” Fuck that. Got an apartment close to my kids school. Used the attorney general’s recommendation of extended parenting time for parents that live within 50 miles of the children (<3 miles for my little ones) extended paren…

I would talk to an attorney asap. I would also notify local law enforcement to give them a heads up and get a case number of the incident. Always try to be ahead of the game.

It’s a dirty advantage they use. I’m glad some police officers are getting hip to the tricks. They’re watching out for the “divorce” word and it pings their radar of false report especially if no one is home. Remember whoever calls the police first has the advantage.

I would get the lawyer to possibly recommend a custody evaluator. Yes they are expensive but judges usually rule on the side of the evaluator. I got 50/50 and I got child support.

After she called the cops she never told me and I figured it out myself. She deleted the ring footage of the cop showing up to the house. I even have video footage of her on the couch next to me the same day, and text messages asking what are plans for dinner. That doesn’t seem like a person who is in fear of their life.

My wife tried to do the same. She called the cops while I was at work and stated she was in fear of her life. My iPhone text alerted her in a default message that I was driving even though I wasn’t because I was near my car and the Bluetooth was still connected. When the cop showed up she used all the key words such as; mental health issues, I take medication due to my depression (father recently passed) I have a gun (I have a concealed handgun license), I’m stalking her, I’m headed home right n…

More sex, no nagging, no going to bullshit broadway plays, more quiet, more peace, no listening to bullshit work stories that I don’t care about, no nagging (yes again), no requirement of getting my wife flowers quarterly, getting denied for sex. Come and go as you please, freedom is good. And I have 50/50 custody and my wife pays me child support. I can’t complain.

We lived the same damn life. And when covid happened she started working from home. At times I got hotels just to get good sleep from my night shift. God I was in such a bad place during the marriage.

I’m so glad this is circulating around this forum, I followed this as well as getting a custody evaluator recommended by my attorney and won 50/50 along with my ex paying me child support.

I recommend to all men going through a divorce to watch these YouTube custody hearings. You will get a feel for what works for you and against you.

I had the perfect female judge. She was totally for 50/50 and my wife ended up paying child support. What pissed my judge off was my ex refused to give me pictures of my deceased father. Looking at the judges face she was disgusted by my ex.

I’m in the 3% with you brother. My ex and I went to court last month and the judge ordered 50/50 and her to pay offset child support to me which the lawyer did the rough estimate to around 1.9-2k a month. Ex is a narcissist as well and the parenting app always has a dissertation size comment in it as she always sounds angry. Her lawyer even tried to make me feel inferior on the stand for not making enough and not being the “Man of the house due to making 60k a year while she makes 110k.” And she…

If you are removed from the home get an apartment within 2-4 miles of the children’s school. If there are two kids get at-least a 2bedroom apartment. Depending on age and sex the girl gets her own room which can be cheaply decorated. If you have a young son that can still sleep in a toddler bed get a high platform bed and a short toddler bed that you can slide under the platform bed to create space. Go to dollar tree and buy plenty of toys along with puzzles and games. Make your environment kid …

Get a lawyer, I would also let the lawyer know for the past 4 months you’ve been a stay at home dad and the household relies on her salary lately. Aim for max 100% custody and at the least 50/50 custody. Since you are not making any income the court will ask you to gain employment to support the children because you can’t live off child support. Get bank statements of the account to show her spending habits. Document the eating habits but that’s not much to stand on. Know the names of the teache…

I actually had to open up my wallet to the turn of $200+ for my wife to open up her legs. I’ve come to the conclusion that I married a heartless prostitute. God I’m glad that’s over.

If she files first watch out for her calling police and having you removed from the home.
/r/Divorce_Men02/09/23 01:01 AM

Watch out for that one. If she wants more you can seriously sit at a stalemate for hours and she doesn’t have to agree to anything. Usually the mediator will be like, “Look, these are the laws in Texas.” She can either take the advice or go against the mediator and hold strong. Mine decided to hold strong and be stupid.
/r/Divorce_Men21/08/23 09:11 PM

I believe you just go to court to agree to the terms the mediator wrote and then the judge just signs. Both lawyers need to definitively look over everything in that mediation agreement.

I’m also in Texas and went through mediation 2 weeks ago. What a f’n waste of time and money. It’s not mandatory but you’ll get sent there if you don’t go. Me and my attorney threw a ridiculous (take the bait)offer out and ex still didn’t take it due to her stubbornness. By the time of the second offer me and my attorney knew this was a waste of time. 6-7 hours of me and my attorney basically just watching each other.
