Infanticides or homicides are different bc once a murder is done, the sentence should be 25 to life bc it’s about the victim. What Im talking about is sentencing for preventative or rehab measures. I would also ask how often a false accusation leads to loss of job or reputation (Ive never seen that, but heard of in 3rd person). I dont know what data ur looking at that says women r twice as likely to be obese. But most recent data from US (NIH, statista, etc) show men more obese than women by a bit and then at age 60+ equalizes. For older ages, you might see women gain by maybe 1%. But men are more obese. I picked a random recent year on DOJ to compare murder stats by gender and found that for I think 2018 or 2019, 88% of men and 88% of women were killed by men. I remembered this bc it was interesting that that year, it was 88 for both. I did a few other years (not 2020 bc of pandemic), but it’s always about 90% men. Sorry the facts hurt your feelings. What I do think is that a lot of crimes, SA included, are truly about power. The more power and rights equalize, the more certain crimes will not be seen as a man’s crime or a woman’s crime.
