its framed to talk about why we should try to see past the physical and looks for more reasons to connect to each other. Not explained as such, but it really would have made more of a point if she actually gave one of these guys a chance. It ended up just proving that even jumping through every hoop, you'll still be rejected, defeat 100 men and be tossed aside. Good lesson

Wow, so her problem with MGTOW is that we fail to go our own way cause sometimes we talk about women, then her complaint about the red pill is that they encourage men to go meet women. Which do you want!? "I'm not going to argue here whether feminism encourages man hating. What I'm going to talk about is how those people who vocally oppose feminism because of its "anti-equality" blatantly ignore The Manosphere." Whats frustrating is she doesnt use the terminology consistently. If she can manag…

They certainly are capable, but if a man is ever present they will choose the path of least resistance and use the mans capabilities instead of their own. They will never grow this way, which is why they all act like incompetent children.

"girls need to be having a good time at all times, and if you aren't supporting that I'm going to go out of my way to make sure you aren't having a good time." Double standards much. Plus target audiences are a thing, and some games are made specifically to be sold to young men, yet we have to make sure that if a girl wants to play then drop everything boys, its hers now.

ha, from the article: > women are being hit markedly harder by the burden of student loans > A greater share of women attend college > take out more loans and borrow more money > they earn less than men and are slower to repay their loans > women hold nearly two-thirds of outstanding student debt > that debt to be around $900 billion, compared with the only $490 billion in loans carried by men > gets worse over time when coupled with the gender pay gap > women in college took on initial student …

I relate to this man, I've gone through suicidal thoughts, am going through a divorce, on a 1 meal a day budget, in a job where Im highly disposable, no family or friends, enduring failure after failure. Hell I even work next to airplanes. Its reasonable to assume a humble person wouldnt have much on their bucket list. He started a business, got married, seemingly crossed a lot off the list. Maybe the last item was to fly a plane.

A great read, my latest habit is "mix time into the equation" to get myself out of thinking about only just this moment, but how decisions can impact things down the road as well. Mix a week into the equation, a year, 5 years, etc. That seems mostly covered by the Bullet Journal you mentioned, which I googled and I really like the idea of. Thanks for including that. I agree with so much here, thanks for posting it. The only critique I can lob at you is on the social side of this. Not everyone is…

I wonder what agenda this is gonna push. Since its a war against the machines, seems like it would be pretty easy for them to push the inclusivity agenda with the narrative. Its humanity against robots, all of humanity against robots, so, accept everyone cause we need all the help we can get sorta message. The robots will still be all big scary men, this woman in the middle will be created by humanity, she is a human cyborg trained to fight skynet for humanity. This is the story of uplifting a w…

Glad to see more guys getting into VR. For anyone else looking to get into it, I say wait for the next gen vive to hit around the holidays. They did a full product generation internally, and skipped to the 3rd gen set. The Knuckles controllers are going to be amazing, with an increased resolution, inside out tracking, cable free, and everything else they've got going I think at this point its worth the wait.

Marvel has gotten better with their trailers, especially after age of ultron. That was borderline false advertising with all the dream sequences and hallucinations it had in it. Since then they've been good at only advertising using act 1 footage. Thor 3 and Gaurdians 2 were both well put together, using primarily act 1 footage, this seems similar. But yeah, its super annoying when you can work out all the major beats the movies gonna follow just from its trailer.

The new trailer essentially gives away all of act 1 at least. The symbiotes crash land somewhere in Asia, this might be a first responder to the aftermath of having a meteor hitting a city, she will likely be weak minded and completely be taken over by a symbiote. Since we see the two canisters being transorted, they must have removed the symbiote from the asian lady by the evil men to have put into the canisters and brought back to america. This isn't an asian lady looking at her symbiote arm, …

Im not disagreeing or arguing as these are just my thoughts and opinions. I find the terms we ascribe to our emotions to be really inaccurate umbrella terms that cause a lot of frustrating debates about semantics. I think you need empathy to be able to feel compassion, but maybe my definition of compassion and what its like to feel compassion are different from yours. Its naive to assume there is a single human experience. Clearly we use different frameworks to understand the mind, but thats not…

I read this and have troubles making the same comparison the author does. Somehow he is able to compare Today with The Past, but that feels like apples to oranges. Like, are we comparing the past decade? The past 25 years? 50? 100? And still, thats nothing compared to ALL OF HISTORY. To say "yeah right now aint so great, but are you sure you want to go back to 'the way it was'?" is deceitful because 'the way it was' is undefined and covers such a vast time period and so many cultures and civiliz…

I see it more of a distinction between sympathy and empathy. Empathy is a muscle that require flexing to get good at using. To empathize with someone is to put yourself in their shoes, to see the world from their perspective and gain an understanding of what their emotions are, but more importantly why they feel that way. It's a skill, a technique that takes practice. It takes effort and you have to choose to empathize. Sympathy is an emotion, its the negative-ish feeling you get when you witnes…

I saw this movie and I consider the bathtub birthing scene a major PLOT HOLE in the most accurate sense. Theres a hole in the storytelling, and we are left without an explanation to something that, by the movies own rules, should have effected the plot. Spoiler questions below: Every other character that screams in the movie dies, but somehow she gets away with it. The timeline doesn't line up for the rockets going off at the same time as her screaming. The monster was on the other side of an op…

Since going MGTOW my defaults have changed. I dont see attractive females by default as potential mates anymore. Their new default is "in the way" if I happen to look their direction. Though I'm open to one convincing me their worth more than that, I dont expect it. Its like taking the minimalist lifestyle attitude towards my mental health. I dont need a bunch of furtniture and appliance to clean, take care of and worry about, and neither do I need a relationship with women to add stress to my l…

I think to think about this stuff chemically. its like tinder is a little dopamine drip. Its an ego boost to get matched, its proof that person thinks your attractive, so even just getting the match gives them what they want. The validation. I dont know enough about opiods to be able to speak about it with any confidence, so I wouldnt even trust myself to have an opinion. I dont want to seem like a fool. iirc, theres a scene in this movie where she actually does oggle a set of shoes, but they never go back and whatnot to buy it or mention it again at all. Sounds a lot like "nothing to fear but fear itself" rhetoric. As if fear, or any emotion for that matter, is to be avoided, and anyone who experiences that emotion, or causes others to experience it, is at fault. This logic is how feelings get put above facts.

yeah this is not great. the way it ends. Work, even if you dont feel like it. Real men suppress their feelings and buckle down to get done what needs doing. I reject that, sorry. Sure I get demotivated and dont "feel" like it sometimes, but its much more valuable to learn WHY I'm demotivated, why i dont feel like it, than to ignore my emotions altogether and work anyway. Okay so the way this reads at the end scares me. nothing is stopping Samantha's partner from still having sex with the motionless robot, as she is unable to fight back, an arguably even more disturbing outcome. Sex doll rape convictions. Empirical proof on the sex dolls hard drive that she said no at 23:03 and there were 4 more confirmed thrusts after the doll said no. GUILTY!

You're proud of your hobby, you claim the rewards and show off the photos as trophies. Thats great, but a lot of us dont have women as a priority.
