Enlistment for women is necessary for equality.

I wonder what they would call "made to be penetrated" 🤔

It's just best to keep women out of business period. They don't know how to keep their mind off of sex & gender and how to keep it strictly professional.

Let it go brother. If people want to be scared of all men when the other 99% are just hard working people then let em be. Let them go dancing in the woods with the bears.

I'd be scared the bear might catch a SA charge

No matter how oppressed that women ever felt we always held ourselves to a higher standard and would even beat our own if we saw them laying an abusive hand towards a woman, but women do not have these same kind of social constructs in place that would protect men if we ever became completely subservient to them.

Thanks. I'll keep that in mind next time I'm wrongfully convicted of SA. I'm sure it will cheer me up.

Yeah I know... it still hurts sometimes.
/r/MensRights24/09/23 09:26 PM

I don't think so. This was in 2013 and she was a minor and I am pretty sure the state protects minors in sexual assault cases so whether I was guilty or not would not affect her standing with the court.

Try telling this to someone that is actively facing a false allegation not to someone 10 years after the fact. Your advice is useless here.

Never heard of it. I'll look into therapy. Thank you.
/r/MensRights24/09/23 04:52 AM

It's not advice when I can't legally do it. You can't sue an adult for something they did when they were a minor past the statute of limitations. It's not feasible first of all. Second of all "get revenge" is not advice. Get off your high horse guy.
/r/MensRights24/09/23 04:49 AM

You get it. Thank you.

It's fine. I'm working to improve my life. Thanks for the consideration.
/r/MensRights24/09/23 04:47 AM

Yeah. I was in Highschool and they didn't allow me to graduate and all my "friends" turned their backs on me and my family turned me away and I had to start living outside for a couple years and I've struggled to get to the point where I am today. I wish it had never happened but it is what it is.
/r/MensRights24/09/23 04:46 AM

Yeah I know. Half the people who responded to this post were pretty bitter and bitchy about it.
/r/MensRights24/09/23 04:43 AM

I know. It's very triggering to have flashbacks of thinking you could be close to someone that would do that to you. Makes you not want to get close to people again.
/r/MensRights24/09/23 04:42 AM

That'd be fucking insane and super awesome if we could all get together and take it to Supreme Court and get settled some financial compensation.
/r/MensRights24/09/23 04:42 AM

Yup. Can't afford to allow it to rent space in my head. Got too much other shit on my plate right now.

Why? I don't really think I need to be medicated.
/r/MensRights24/09/23 04:40 AM

I'm not quite sure I understand your comment.
/r/MensRights24/09/23 04:37 AM

Yep. I am looking for someone who is career oriented like me preferably and not into partying or drugging, etc.
/r/MensRights24/09/23 04:36 AM
1

I don't forgive her. Never have never will, but carrying resentment is exhausting so why should I try to exact revenge 10 years after the fact? I've moved on. I've accepted it happened. There's nothing I can do now to change it but live my best life even though I still have the fear of it happening again.
/r/MensRights24/09/23 04:33 AM

Gee thanks for the advice. Why haven't I tried just not worrying about it before. It never occurred to me. Thank you. All my fears and anxieties are suddenly cured.

The double jeopardy clause of the 5th amendment of United States constitution prevents me from being charged twice for the same crime. I already fought it and won. Moving on.

No I don't. I don't need to do anything I don't want to do. Why would I ever want to talk to any of those people ever again. Unbelievable lol.
/r/MensRights23/09/23 08:17 AM
3

I think I've talked about it enough to plenty of people but what I need now is some enrichment in my life. So I guess I could stand to talk about it some more, but now that I've gotten most my pain and anger off my chest I really do not know how to... let my walls down? Un-distance myself? Heal the rest of the way I guess and get back to being myself again to live a normal life. I want to be happy. Not bitter and scared anymore.

I love texting especially since I am hard of hearing. I'd love to learn ASL but I'd need someone to do that with since my attention is short and learning with others is much more fun. But texting is still great.

I'm not sure and never figured out anything about her during or after the trials. Since she was a minor they did not allow her to appear for the trials and I never attempted to contact her again because my fear and anxiety were too great. I was devastated. My friends and family began avoiding me, bullying me, trying to lure me into bad situations, etc. People would stalk my social accounts with alt accounts and say nasty things to me and photoshop bad images of me and pass them around. I was tre…

Thank you. No worries. I'm ok now but still troubled. Especially not having contact with my blood family for a decade. I think I'm ready to start getting back into the world now. Therapy is definitely an option. Edit: words

I think it's different for each state. You would need to research your laws. It's important to know the laws for whatever situation you're dealing with. Always research. It can save your life.
/r/MensRights23/09/23 07:53 AM

Nah. We were minors. Edit: Well she was. I was 17. You can't sue a minor. They are protected by the state.

I like video games and playing guitar. 🎸 Sometimes I make a grimey lick and do my growl vocals to let it out. It's actually very soothing for my anxiety.
/r/MensRights23/09/23 07:51 AM

Jeez. I know. I'm sure there's something out there.

Just always be honest with them and love them even if they make you angry and keep them close and never alienate them and teach them what caring for somebody actually means and what it does not. Best thing you can help is show them to love themselves so they know what is right and how to stay away from terrible people.
/r/MensRights23/09/23 07:48 AM
11

It happened 10 years ago. We were minors. I can't. I didn't know better back then. It's past the statute of limitations. I can't do anything about it now. Anything outside of the law would be considered vigilante justice which I am not interest in, but thank you for your consideration.
/r/MensRights23/09/23 07:46 AM
3

I know. I don't understand why people downvoted you. This happened ten years ago and we were all basically kids. (Teenagers). I am not bitter like that for it still. I am sick of the negativity and resentment and I want to enjoy my life again and open up to people and find new love but people are just using my post as an excuse to tell me what I should've done 10 years ago or as a way to express their anger about it which I am not asking for. I suppose it's understandable for them to not underst…

Be a single father? No way lol. Yeah I want therapy definitely and especially if I am in a relationship. My emotional problems are not something I'd want to burden my partner with or make them feel undesirable when I am cold and hard to reach or difficult to relate to.
/r/MensRights23/09/23 07:40 AM

Ahh gotcha. I get it now. Thank you.
/r/MensRights23/09/23 07:38 AM

I don't know. Really tired of living in the states tbh. I'd jump on top of a good opportunity to work out of country and learn and live to see more than the same old same old. I think it'd be a great opportunity to learn new languages and absorb myself into some new culture and get a different taste for life.
/r/MensRights23/09/23 07:37 AM

It's ok thank you but don't worry about it.

Good point. I have had several LDRs and I always struggle to open up or be less numb to them. Hopefully I can find someone I can open up to and who will be understanding to me.

Go now to the police or get a consultation from a lawyer now for public defamation before the statute of limitations on it expires.

They keep telling me to sue or get revenge or something. They've obviously never been in my shoes. This happened to me when I was a teenager. I was never ready or prepared for anything like it. Especially with 0 family or friend support. I did it and went through it mostly all on my own. I had no idea then I could sue for this or even how. I was scared and hurt and broken. It still fucks with me today.

/r/MensRights23/09/23 01:51 AM

It's been 10 years. I can't sue. Stop saying this.

Thanks for the advice lol.
/r/MensRights22/09/23 11:48 PM

No. Wrong. I did not accept a plea bargain. I fought it and won. They actually came to my home one night with a warrant and bust down the door and took me to jail. They never scared me into anything. I fought it all the way through.
/r/MensRights22/09/23 11:47 PM

Also I do not wish to be constantly reminded of that time of my life.
/r/MensRights22/09/23 11:45 PM

Lmao no. She is not the kind of person I would date. She uses too many drugs. I am glad she helped me out but it is also not the kind of person I would like in my life. I am a recovering addict and I do not wish to have hard drugs around me or in my life.
/r/MensRights22/09/23 11:45 PM

Yeah I think I have some degree of PTSD on it that I can't get over and I get so scared and nervous to be around some women especially when I know some of them can be so indirect and conniving. I only trust the women I've known for years in my new friend/family group, but even then it took YEARS.
/r/MensRights22/09/23 11:41 PM

Right..
/r/MensRights22/09/23 11:36 PM

Yeah I probably can. Not tue first time I've thought about it either.
/r/MensRights22/09/23 11:35 PM

I think so too. All this has made me much more conservative over the last few years. Especially seeing the regard to which western women hold men. Very low.
/r/MensRights22/09/23 11:35 PM

I didn't know anything about this 10 years ago. I was on my own.
/r/MensRights22/09/23 11:28 PM

At 17 I was on my own I didn't know anything about these things then. I was more focused on my own survival. Too little too late friend. Shoulda coulda woulda.

I just don't understand why ppl can't wrap their mind around it that it can happen both ways.

Russia? Seriously? Have you seen the way those women throw away their husbands into the meat meatgrinder for a Lada?
/r/MensRights22/09/23 10:15 PM

I'm not getting any money for it. It was 10 years ago.
/r/MensRights22/09/23 10:14 PM

Yes I remember Kangaroo court ahaha 😂 Yes they can hold you in county for up to the minimum of your expected prison sentence before they even find you guilty or innocent. Texas is nicknamed the "fuck you" state. One funny thing people say about Texas is "come on vacation leave on probation." 😂 Edit: I hope your brother gets the justice he deserves.
/r/MensRights22/09/23 08:26 PM
14

Yeah I've met alot of great women and made new friends and family since then. I feel like I'm getting better and more ready to open myself up to romantic or sexual relationship again. I'm wondering if there are any support groups, programs, or types of therapy that may be suitable for managing these emotions, or maybe what other people have done to help themselves get over false accusations as well. I'm hanging in there! Thank you!
/r/MensRights22/09/23 08:24 PM

Thank you for the advice.
/r/MensRights22/09/23 08:22 PM

They aren't. They have more rights than men nowadays. The only thing holding them back is the quality of their character.
/r/MensRights22/09/23 08:09 PM

Yes it was back in the #metoo Era. The investigator for my case and DA were both female.

I was 17 and emotionally distraught and homeless at the time because it caused so much drama in my family they excommunicated me and have not really spoken with them in 10 years. They didn't support me because most of them are women too. The way they treated and acted towards me was different ever since those days. I was too dumb and scared to know what to do.
/r/MensRights22/09/23 08:00 PM

Yeah... too little too late my friend.
/r/MensRights22/09/23 07:59 PM

Not ur fault. Don't be sorry.

Right. Thanks for the advice.

I have never heard of this. Is it like a form of CBT?
/r/MensRights22/09/23 07:57 PM

Not a bad idea. I want a simple life. Hobbies and nice home with a family..
/r/MensRights22/09/23 07:39 PM
19

It's not a money thing for me. I just want to be able to start dating and opening up to people again.
/r/MensRights22/09/23 07:18 PM
170

No. She was considered a minor then and I was considered an adult at 17. She was protected by the state and they placed the charges on me in her place and the law states that it is too late now for me to ask for compensation.
/r/MensRights22/09/23 07:17 PM

An incel by what definition?
/r/MensRights16/09/23 11:38 PM

Leave it. Fruitless tree.
/r/MensRights16/09/23 11:37 PM
2

"Guys or Girls" right? It can be either, right?
/r/MensRights16/09/23 11:36 PM
7

True. Good point about the distinction between the literal definition and it's colloquial use.
/r/MensRights16/09/23 11:34 PM
4

That is quite the assertion.. Elaborate?
/r/MensRights16/09/23 11:25 PM
3

Yeah. I usually quip back at them with the term "femcel". Seemed like the most appropriate course of action to me.
/r/MensRights16/09/23 11:24 PM
2

It's fine. 😂
/r/MensRights16/09/23 11:22 PM
7

Yeah. I would definitely like to hear more about the term incel from a philosophical and psychological/sociological perspective than I would from someone using it as a petty insult.
/r/MensRights16/09/23 11:21 PM
6

Good explanation thank you.
/r/MensRights16/09/23 11:20 PM

Fair enough. It's okay to be voluntarily celibate.
/r/MensRights16/09/23 11:19 PM

I see. That makes sense thank you.
/r/MensRights16/09/23 11:19 PM

R-tard word. It's fine. I didn't even know what incel means.
/r/MensRights16/09/23 11:19 PM

Thank you... not to seem ungrateful but could you separate your paragraphs next time.. that hurt my eyes. 😂

Yup seems about right to me. It's a buzzword now.
/r/MensRights16/09/23 11:17 PM

I've noticed that lol.

Oh. Makes sense now thanks.
/r/MensRights16/09/23 08:50 PM

Suffering is relative to the individual. It's not about comparison. It's about recognition.
/r/MensRights16/09/23 08:14 PM

Is that what an incel is? Someone who feels entitled to have sex with hot women??
/r/MensRights16/09/23 08:11 PM

No. It's not.
/r/MensRights16/09/23 08:08 PM

Yeah, no. I wouldn't do that.
/r/MensRights16/09/23 09:52 AM

No you didnt. The conversation I made this post about wasn't even on Reddit buddy. Chill.
/r/MensRights16/09/23 09:50 AM

Again... you don't even know what I said.. what are you talking about?

I can fault them for their reaction about it.

/r/MensRights15/09/23 10:30 PM

Yeah I can understand that.
/r/MensRights15/09/23 10:29 PM

You have absolutely no way of knowing anyhow. You could ask instead of being conceited about it.
/r/MensRights15/09/23 10:29 PM

I don't know. I use the word female to describe the sex of something or someone. I didn't think it was an insult.

Ok yeah. QoL was not the greatest then but to each their own.

You don't know the context it was used in.

Ok. Thanks.
/r/MensRights15/09/23 05:01 PM

Yeah. Some people give me very hostile behavior about it. Very aggressive and forceful. Name calling and all that. I'm not going to let some grown up bully dictate my vernacular just because of their own triggers and insecurities.

To each their own. I thought you were talking about the 1800s.

Should definitely fix their attitude before they try to fix the way that I talk. Maybe if they had been a little courteous then I would have been more receptive to their "correction".
/r/MensRights15/09/23 10:56 AM

Pretty sure that was still going on back then, but with much shittier quality of living.

3 Days Later on National TV: "Feminists denounce themselves as the word itself contains roots relating to the word female and insist that all men now refer to them as Womanists or else."

I don't know. People start losing their mind and saying incel and this and that being very derogatory whenever they read it in the comments.
/r/MensRights15/09/23 10:43 AM
1

You don't even know the context it was used in so how can you claim that?
/r/MensRights15/09/23 10:41 AM
2

No. Because I'm not going to modulate or change my syntax linguistics or behaviors for just any group of people that want to scream and cry when they don't get their way. Being louder and meaner doesn't make you more right, and allowing people to get away with that behavior sets the precedent that they can continue to act that way to get whatever they want.
/r/MensRights15/09/23 10:37 AM

Exactly what I was thinking that it won't even be relevant in 10-20 years.

They only want equality as long as they have more of it than everyone else except when it means that they have to be accountable for themselves.

Nice. Those got darned womanists are at it again.
/r/MensRights15/09/23 10:21 AM

Yeah. Made this post in the same fashion. Got scolded for choosing the word female over woman, but not in a normal fashion. They began to call me derogatory slurs because of it. I've always used the word woman and occasionally female sometimes I say lady sometimes girl. I like to use variety so getting such a visceral reaction out of such an impotent comment of mine kinda sparked what inspired me to make this post.
/r/MensRights15/09/23 10:19 AM

Yeah. The title was meant as sarcasm not that it actually is the new N word.
/r/MensRights15/09/23 10:15 AM

It's the ultimate gaslighting. It's all about accepting their sexuality, but you can never once mention their actual sex. It's all about the ambiguity.~

I don't know. Maybe you could do some sleuthing for me and call a couple ladies some females and see what happens.
/r/MensRights15/09/23 10:12 AM

Yeah. I'll pretty much continue to say whatever I feel is appropriate whenever I want just as I always have.

If they hate the word female so much why don't they just call themselves "Womanists" instead? Sounds pretty catchy imo. 👍🏻

Victim hierarchy lol. Nice.

I think it's all in their head. They find it derogatory because that's how they intend it to be when they say it like that to us. Like some pathological projection of their emotional insecurities becoming a perpetually self fulfilling prophecy or something.

Everyone blames women for thinking the way they do but in actuality we should blame the media and social networking for taking advantage of them and filling their heads with insecurities and rage that cause them to turn against men the way they do. Really both sides of the argument is largely influenced by the media and how they control and influence our reactions with the content they put out. They stir the pot on purpose and create intentional controversy to keep us mindless and arguing with o…

Well the standard is that men absolutely MUST financially support a woman's lavish lifestyle whereas everything a woman makes is for her and her alone.

Court Orders Man to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars a month to financially support a woman's lifestyle which may or may not go to the child.
/r/MensRights17/07/23 03:36 PM

90% of that should be mandated into an account for the child to have once they turn 18yo.
/r/MensRights17/07/23 03:35 PM

Why so much?? A child doesn't need $130,000 in support per month????

I rejected a woman once so she told her friends I raped her and her friends told the police and I ended up in jail for 8 months and spent 4 years going to court fighting the charges. Finally won but not without losing face with all my family and friends. Glad I have better family and friends now. I will never trust a woman again. Edit: I'm one of the lucky ones. My court appointed lawyer asked me to plea guilty for 15 years in prison and 45 years sex offender registry. I'm so fucking glad I foug…

You're so lucky. Mine went to trial, defamed me, had to spend 8 months in jail, 3 years in court, and close to $20,000 fighting it just to get it dismissed, and I only won bc she let it slip in text that she was doing it just to get back at me for not dating her. A time when a screenshot saved my life. The whole trial was heresay and she almost actually managed to lock me away for 15 years and 45 years sex offender registry because of it. What happened to her after that you may ask? Absolutely f…

Happened to me in High School. When I was 17 I hooked up with a girl who told me she was 15. Well she was 13 and they came at me with the law full force. A female detective knocked on our door asked me some questions regarding her and then I never saw the detective again. A few months down the line, and I was charged with a warrant for my arrest. The police come knocking down our door in the middle of the night and ship me off for jail. I was indicted for aggravated sexual assault of a child, an…
