Saw what you described when I attended a conference at a hotel at DisneyWord. On the bus ride back to the hotel from Downtown Disney a Mom was complaining while the two kids whined and Dad looked almost dead trying to listen to the complaining wife and comfort his obviously tired and cranky kids and this was around 10 pm.

Guy Pearce was terrifying and brilliant in this film and Edgerton's writing was very complimentary of MGTOW: real men honor friendship from human or animal.

100% agreed. Shallow people like spectacles and entertainment and to be noticed by other shallow people you have to be noticeable and entertaining. People who are worth knowing and interacting with will notice similar qualities in one another.

Bachelor, I work with a man who is a few years younger than I am, but he is red pilled and probably a level three MGTOW and is extremely discreet about it. I've known this person almost two years and it's only been recently that he revealed to me that he does not trust women and has no desire to be in a relationship with a woman, much less marry one. He volunteered this information to me during lunch recently and I just replied "you and me both, friend". In regards to your question, I would argu…

This happened to me last night. I was sitting at at able set against the wall and sitting at the table in front of me was a middle-aged man and woman. The woman had her back to me at first and after my food arrived, the woman turned her chair so the back of the chair was against the wall and so I'm facing her left side and her husband is facing her right. I don't think I'm exaggerating, but I could tell from her body language that she was "keeping an eye on me" probably so her husband didn't get…

An older man at the gym asked me this while mentioning that he has been married for almost forty years and wants to stay-in-shape for his wife. My response: "I'd rather work out than have to take medication". It's both sad and funny to see the look on a person's face when they literally have no idea how to respond.

I have a female co-worker who is incredibly competitive and incredibly nosy and she asked me once what my wife or girlfriend thought of me working late. I was a foul mood and quoted the HR code of professional conduct training that we have to complete every year that states that I do not have to reveal details about my personal life as that can be considered harassment. Never came up again!

I think the next level is Emperor Palpatine from Star Wars very coolly saying to culture and society: you have no power over me.
/r/MGTOW10/04/18 10:01 PM
1

I follow that rule exactly. When nosy female co-workers ask about what my weekend plans or what I do outside of work I have three responses: 1. I'm helping someone move, 2. I'm helping someone install an appliance, 3. I'm volunteering, still waiting on the details. It has to sound as boring as possible so as to not prompt further inquiry.

Find two or three other female students and have them join you in filing a formal complaint. Females are professional complainers and will know what to say and how to say it for maximum impact.

I thought I would try a bible study for "Adults in their 30's" at the church I attend and the entire hour was the teacher trying to teach the men who were sitting at the front of the room while the women sat clustered together in the back of the room texting and complaining to one another about whatever was going on in their stupid lives. After attending for a month (four classes) I did not return and when the teacher called me during the week I let the call go to voicemail. Had I actually spoke…

Not for the weak of mind or the weak of soul. One of my favorite film is 2001: A Space Odyssey and ignoring the silly sequel (2010: The Odyssey Continues) Dave is the one who travels through the stargate and evolves to another state of being. In the same vein as Rustin Cohl's monologue in True Detective: the MGTOW choice is to deny the primal biological programming and in making the choice to do so our lives will be different than those who don't make such a choice, but I will argue that the MGT…

An excellent response. It's upsetting to see a man who appears to be successful groveling before a woman and using childish tactics to keep her attention. The woman was attractive, but the disrespect and disinterest that she was showing this guy was obvious and sad. It seems like some people would like to hold fast to the illusion that at some point all things will fall into place and happiness will result. I refuse that illusion and create my own happiness and I've never looked back.

I seriously think that is what women think to themselves: as a woman with a vagina, the rules do not apply to me! The positive to all of this is that there is a camera pointed at the door to the secure documents area that records all entries and exits, so I have the best alibi possible: recorded video showing me not breaking the rules.
/r/MGTOW27/01/18 06:28 PM
7

Exactly. Women are all about bragging rights and I take joy in denying them that at every opportunity.
/r/MGTOW26/01/18 05:36 PM
1

I've also found that the best way to excuse myself from interacting with women is to always have something I need to be doing or someplace I need to be. This actually works to my benefit as women translate this into something important and emotionally empathize and I always have a great alibi.
/r/MGTOW25/01/18 07:35 PM

And it will happen. I don't favor or wish upon anyone the "learn by painful experience" but sometimes that is what it takes to dispel the fairy tale training many of us have received having grown up with a steady diet of television and Disney movies.

You did the wisest thing possible in a certainly shitty situation. No woman is worth getting into a fight over, so consider what you did strategic conflict avoidance.

I told this very same thing to my family over the holidays: when I'm dead any concerns I have for the continuation of the family name, the family tree or the genetic legacy of a group of people who I share genes with will no longer matter. And if that bothers someone, somewhere then that's their problem. I don't want to hear about it.

The good thing is that it will keep the annoying, ever victimized, over-educated white women away from places that men like myself like to be, but I agree and support your point, Hammer: no middle class working women allowed. It may damage morale.

I use headphones and coordinate that with having a video playing in another browser so I can maintain the illusion that I can't be bothered due to the importance of viewing the video. A lot of great training videos on Youtube. It works.

You have a turn it into all into a game, but that eventually begins to fray as the ability to tolerate idiocy can only last so long. I have mandatory technology training and I bring my tablet and read during breaks. I use the excuse that I'm reading the manual to further utilize my understanding. It's a game and it works, but it is a challenge that I don't look forward to.

All excellent points and I include obesity and student loan debt as serious red flags on par with high sexual partner counts. I've told women that I have worked with that men don't want to be in constant competition with a woman, especially in a relationship.

My department chair is a female and a very effective administrator, but some of the other female profs in my department that I work with I keep at arm's length so that they only leverage they have is that I'm a great colleague who stays out of the gossip loop. And it works.

Remember your classic X-Men films (not the silly, most recent one): Pyro: So, they say you're the bad guy. Magneto: Is that what they say? Pyro: That's a dorky looking helmet. What's it for? Magneto: This "dorky looking helmet" is the only thing that's going to protect me from the REAL bad guys. The dorky looking exterior isn't what matters. What mattesr is the keen, analytical intelligence behind it. Be a god among insects, OP. Never let anyone tell you different.

You are correct, sir, and your comment reminds me of Boxer the horse in Animal farm who believes that any problem can be solved if he works harder. Boxer is injured and the pig characters sell him to a knacker's yard, where old horses are slaughtered and the by-products are sent for rendering. Thirsty men try to solve problems by working harder and acquiescing to women's demands and they are eventually sent to the knacker's yard of divorce court and misery.

I agree and if he did this out of kindness then there is merit to that, but if he did this as a demonstration that "real men do still exist..." then he has a very rude and painful awakening awaiting him. We can also say "see, we told you so" when he comes to this forum.

I have a laugh track in my imagination that runs on a constant loop whenever I encounter any type of "what women want/expect/deserve".
/r/MGTOW13/02/17 06:05 PM
2

Can confirm. What's worse is that moms with young brats will use the brats as an excuse to make everything a show and woe betide the person (me) who is not amused. However, some women can and do act civil when it's clear their antics are more annoying than amusing and the crowd stops feeding the beast. That's a nice sight to behold: a woman being respectful and quiet in the presence of others. These things can and do happen, albeit ever so rarely.
/r/MGTOW13/02/17 01:39 AM

I have free will and I will not be shamed into doing anything. Nor feel guilty about those who suffer the consequences of shitty life choices. Nice try.

The only other worthwhile quote in that article was this: "they'll never accept that it's their life choices which have left them in this situation."
/r/MGTOW10/02/17 06:59 PM
11

Well said, sir and in my mind this goes beyond winning and losing. No man should have to live in a prison of gynocentric ideology just as no woman should be vain enough to appoint theirself as prison warden, but that may be asking for too much.
/r/MGTOW10/02/17 06:49 PM

Now that you mention it I have a female co-worker who always looks like she's a few days between showers. I always make it point to sit as far away from her as I can when we are in meetings.

Yes, and I hope younger guys realize that being able to laugh at post-30's women who are lost in delusion is worth it. It was worth every rejection, every mean and bitter word and I get to laugh about all of it for the rest of my life. Oh yes, it was worth it.

She does get emotional because she's too stubborn (and stupid) to realize that she's a walking contradiction: choosing to remain in a state of misery and then getting upset when others offer a solution that is superior to her own "choice". I refuse to even associate or be in the same physical space with women like that.
/r/MGTOW20/01/17 01:58 AM

/r/MGTOW10/01/17 06:04 PM

One of the mental health benefits is that you stop objectifying others in terms of the stress of comparisons and equalizations. True happiness and fulfillment is found when an individual embraces their individuality for what it is and accepts themselves as who and what they are. You then have what most of the world wants: confidence and certainty that you, the individual, are the one who determines your own destiny.
/r/MGTOW07/12/16 01:35 AM
4

Thank you for saying this.
/r/MGTOW19/11/16 02:57 PM
6

I think having a younger, prettier, larger breasted woman with you is the best sort of revenge a man can have over a woman. Well done, sir.
/r/MGTOW15/11/16 08:21 PM
1

Exactly and I have told other individuals who worry about the difference between alpha and beta that such things only matter if you allow them to matter. I always try to bring the conversation back to classical philosophy and I make the point that nowhere in Plato's allegory of the cave is there concern over alpha and beta tendencies. Men who think for themselves have better things to worry about.
/r/MGTOW14/11/16 09:12 PM
1

I agree. If you can properly direct a sassy, blunt woman they can be incredibly informative and helpful and used as weapons against other women.
/r/MGTOW08/11/16 02:05 AM

Thank you for saying this. I've come to see TRP as an oxygen starved echo chamber. No need to stay for long.
/r/MGTOW08/11/16 02:03 AM
2

Yes. The peace of knowing that I will never have to deal with any of it. Ever. And no one can stop me. I take pride in knowing that.
/r/MGTOW05/11/16 12:17 AM
3

On a somewhat related note: I made it a point to not acknowledge or compliment any women on their Halloween costumes. I used a conversation diversion tactic by masking the redirect with a serious question that is related to a mutual concern or interest. To see a silly woman in an even sillier Halloween costume break character to answer a question is hilarious, priceless and a damn good reward. Ha, it pleases me that I get to do this for the rest of my life. I never have to stop!
/r/MGTOW01/11/16 01:19 AM
1

Yes, the most powerful thing a man can do is walk away and once you've done it enough times it becomes an art. And, I would add, practice avoiding toxic conversations. Eventually people, especially women, will come to respect your silence and will dare not break it.
/r/MGTOW30/10/16 02:07 AM
7

Another spectacle is when women are starting at their phones and then realize that they a potential attention giver is passing by them and they scramble to disengage from their phone to pose for attention. It is, indeed, sweet to pass by such an attention seeker and give her nothing but the cold shoulder of disinterest.
/r/MGTOW27/10/16 09:06 PM
1

That is somewhat of a relief as once you can separate the mystical qualities from love, sex and relationships it becomes that much easier to walk away as those neuro-chemicals can be put to better use doing other things.
/r/MGTOW27/10/16 04:26 AM
-5

Yes. I also apply this principle in refusing to outright help women with anything. A great example: in the office there are two copiers and one was malfunctioning, but I was able to bypass the malfunction by setting the copier to use paper from another tray. A woman waiting to make copies asked me what the secret was. I responded with "just bypass the paper feed from Tray 1 to Tray 2" and walked out of the copier room and back to my office. The currency of courtesy and chivalry remains in my poc…

As you say, for better or worse, it could happen and as a MGTOW this no longer concerns me. My time on this planet is my time, it belongs to me, and when that time is over my concern about what happens int he future will no longer matter.

Yes. This. Laughing long and laughing hard.
/r/MGTOW17/10/16 01:19 AM

An excellent response. I would say "better late than never" for the author, but it wouldn't begin to compensate for the amount of damage she surely caused in her own life and the lives of others.
/r/MGTOW17/10/16 01:17 AM
2

Agreed. I compare it to a sporting event in which the only winners are the one's who are being fought over: women and the losers are men no matter how much sex they get they had to waste time and resources playing the game. The real winner is the men/man who walks away and saves his time and resources to do with them what he wants. That's winning.

/r/TheRedPill15/10/16 02:36 AM

This. It also allows for moments in which a MGTOW can laugh at how seriously some people take the feminized fantasy of relationships. So many times I say in the back of my mind: it looks good, but is not real and cannot last.
/r/MGTOW14/10/16 12:51 AM

I'm with EOTD on this one. At my local, favorite Starbucks I was sitting next to a fatty who kept asking me what I was working on. I refused to answer or even look at her and that seemed to send the message I wanted her to receive: if you're a woman, don't bother me...especially if you're fat.
/r/MGTOW06/10/16 02:18 AM

It needs to be repeated and reinforced again and again: don't get married, don't get entangled with women, go your own way and don't look back.

I compare going MGTOW to Plato's allegory of the cave: I've broken free of the shackles of illusion and I stand outside of the cave of illusions in the light of the sun and I choose to bask in its beauty. I will never return to the cave of illusions of which sex with women is a part of. The problem is that no illusion can last and this includes sex and women as no woman can truly satisfy the desire of a man's soul. All things come at a cost. The price of celibacy for freedom from the shackles an…

I work in higher education and I follow these two simple rules: Be incredibly nice, competent and hardworking member of the team to the team of women who can make me look good (support staff, associate deans, department chairs). Ignore, avoid or play stupid around all other women. This system has yet to fail me.

Technically you can make the argument that there is no legal obligation to tip female servers, however, I find that female servers offer the amount of female interaction I can usually stand within a given day and if leaving a tip means that interaction will continue to be friendly and attending to my overall experience I will tip for that. Think about it this way: you're supporting the restaurant and the free market economy and, as an added bonus, you're getting a female server who is attending …

Think of it this way: when your entire life is based in and around fantasy and illusion, eventually the ability and desire to accept and acknowledge truth is lose or no longer a concern. So many women choose to stay in fantasy-land as its easier than reality. Life is never hard or unfair if you deny it and many women are able to continue denying it with the love and support of beta males, a feminized society, a terrible government mother-lord, you get the picture.

Those who have nothing to lose are viewed as dangerous as they are truly free. Those who are still absorbed with chasing illusions realize the difference and want the same, but refuse to stop chasing illusions in the vain hope that one day, just maybe one of those illusions may come true. They don't. Being annoyed is a small price to pay for being free mentally and spiritually. In the film The Dark Knight Alfred tells the story of the bandit who had the bag of jewels and was dropping them on the…

The saddest part of it all is that women are not going to learn from their mistakes or the mistakes of others. Men can, do and will continue to learn from their mistakes or the mistakes of others and will prosper because of it. Women are either unable or unwilling to learn such things and they ultimately build their own prisons brick by brick. More simply put: it's not my fault that women are miserable and lonely because of their poor choices.

When you have a moment look up Plato's Allegory of the Cave if you are not familiar with it already. MGTOW is the passageway that leads out of the cave of illusions into the bright, light of reality. What's the first and most significant weapon that a woman can and will use against you: sex. It certainly will not be intellect or superior reasoning. Permanent removal from any and all equations in which sex can be used as leverage makes women truly powerless. And that, dear friends, is power worth having. Correct, and I would add that the ideology itself, the desire to improve something or someone at great cost is what makes men valuable, but the effort to improve the life of a non-virtuous woman is a misdirected and ultimately failed effort.

Imagine it this way: the only person you will be arguing is with yourself as you have so many options that you will literally need to argue with yourself as to which option you, the individual, want to take. It's a wonderful mode of self-reasoning and dialectic that is impossible to have with a woman in your life and, I would argue, women diminish a man's desire and ability to reason within himself. That, dear friend, is MGTOW freedom.

Joe Navarro's book is an excellent resource. First and foremost: your phone stays in your pocket until you're sitting down or standing still. My phone doesn't hold my attention. It's a tool, not a social lifeline. Sometimes I will purposely tell women to put their phones down and when they do I then ask them if I can borrow money for coffee. Of course I then laugh and say "you should see the look on your face..." Works wonders in disarming women and leading to a number exchange. In public places…

Agreed. I would also add that a man who is confident in his own goals and willingness to accept nothing less than the stated goals can generate a desire within a girl to aspire to those goals. The catch, and there is always a catch, is that a man must be virtuous enough to withstand the pressure of being such a leader that a woman would aspire to follow.

Understanding and accepting the meaninglessness of things is a huge step forward in the life of the mind. Some of the other posters don't seem to agree or understand the point you are making, but I do and I believe its important to cultivate the ability to act upon the most extreme choices a man can make: to willingly and knowingly refuse to participate in the sexual act. tgeda2015 has a point and I think it's important that you realize what it is and how it fits into the dialectic that is the discussion of the red pill: there is one approach (the red pill) with many methods. At the heart of no longer wanting or desiring sex is the reclamation of control. Mind over matter and I would argue that a man who has a great degree of control over their body is also a man who experiences a form of freedom that others do not enjoy. I often think of it this way: it's the difference between saying "I can't" and "I don't have to".

Well said, sir. I firmly believe that respect is the best foundation for any community or interaction and I respect my neighbors and they respect me and we respect our mutual boundaries. And that's the great thing about engaging in dialectic is that it's not about being right or wrong it's about discussing the truth and merit of opinions. If getting laid is your priority, then so be it, but not all individuals are going to use red pill theory just to get laid. As I have said several times, it's a toolbox by which actions and choices can be made, which includes getting laid and a whole host of other things.

OP, talk is cheap and I would rather act. If my action results in failure (I didn't get to sleep with a 9 or a 10) then I move on from my that failure a more learned person. I, sir, am willing to engage in a dialectic with you about the points you are making. Location! "In some areas, society WILL judge you harshly for being a 30 year old bachelor. Unfortunately this isn't your typical erotica novel where you can "be alfa and hold frame" against everyone living where you do. The evidence is always there, but the ability to look upon it and understand it for what it is required a process of blue pill failures and a slow recognition that women do not fundamentally change over the course of their lifetimes whereas men can and do. At 18 I still had a sense of scarcity and a strong belief in oneitis. One of the reasons for this was that I had spent the last 6 years (middle school to high school) with a group of people who I was familiar with.
