I did, it’s going to be a struggle for the next handful of years, but I wanted to keep some consistency for the kids and she didn’t want to keep the house. She moved out in Early Feb, but all her shit is still here. Will have to go to court in July to force her to get her junk.

I am going to talk to my lawyer of all possible scenarios. Especially since she represented herself today, hopefully she represents herself in a few weeks and gets swallowed by her sheer lack of hubris.

This seems to be the situation. She showed up for TRO hearing with no attorney and adding other items to the TRO, which the judge said she would have to amend with the police. I feel comfortable that the videos I have will exonerate me, but not having daily contact with my kids is tough. When proven to be a total lie, I will push for immediate removal from the home as it places my career in danger with more false allegations.

That’s horrendous man, sorry. How can people just lie and not have to prove it. I realize burden of proof is only 51% in these instances, but seems like the system really is broken and my eyes are wide open now.

I spoke with the police the day they gave me the TRO about them charging her with false allegations and false police report which they said could be a possibility.

That’s what we are agreeing to do, basically equalize what mine is and what hers is and determine how much I have to give her (I have a little more). But the number she showed me from a printout was way lower than I recall seeing it 2 years ago. I think she may have edited it to lower her number meaning i have to pay her a larger portion of mine. I am afraid to rock the boat and bring it up in court, if I’m wrong she may get pissed and I know how vindictive she can be. If I’m right however, well…
