NoFap is regarded as bs on this sub but I've been practicing it over a year now. Once I'm on a streak, my confidence is at an all time high and feel like I own every room I enter. In my short life experience, even when the women have an option of staying back to work more hours and get dat higher pay check, they skip. Not all of them, but majority (single too). And it's usually the men who stay back to get the job done (single and married).
