You’re right. I would have a moderate impact on my future pension. The loss of $50k COULD potentially be $1million 30’years from now. The 30% spousal support and 33% child support are based off of her monthly income. Which is about $8k after taxes.

You’re numbers are correct. What the plans is: split the pension by transferring the $50k into a new IRA for her. She also keeps the $7k savings. Child support in this state is 33% for our two kids. Spousal support is 30%. I’ve purposely avoid lawyers this far. But your input has me thinking I should be moving quickly.
