But if you at least put time into both jui jitsu and boxing theres no way someone will beat your ass. | 7 | Handling confrontationI've boxed for a 3 years and have sparred everyday. Honestly I think sparring is the real only way to prepare for a real fight in and outside the ring. And when sparring take someone who isnt an asshole and goes 100% everytime, find someone who's an expirenced boxer and spar with them and tell them to take it easy, spend as much time as you can fighting someone and the best way to maximise that is go 50% or 70% when sparring.
