Thinking about going to Aviation Electronics. What Jobs do you guys have?

So, I work in IT outside the states and I make very very good money mostly due to work locations in areas considered high risk.

BUT, I work specifically with aviation guys, like mechanics, electricians and sheet metal guys. All these guys make more than me by about 3 dollars an hour. Aviation will never go away.

My point is, pick something that can't necessarily be automated easily and go into contracting outside the states. Good money and you get to see the world.

I plan to retire before 40. I graduated college with a bachelor's like 2 years ago. I make more than my parents combined, and not a single friend back home makes what I make and has experienced the same level of chaos I have living in a second world country. Gaming chicks in a language you don't speak is fun too.

I outsource my work and work remotely.

Just go into investment banking. I'm a software engineer, I make good money and work is fun, but I'd rather do investment banking and make buckets of cash. Of course entrepreneurship works too.
