Excuse my ignorance; what is CBT?

This doesn't mean anything. So what if they look? It's not everyday you see a guy's bulge.

Straight male here. You are fucking manly and handsome. You are goals.

There has to be a purpose to your story, something tangible, entertaining, and captivating. Don't bother telling someone about your trip to Spain if nothing interesting happened there. Change your tone, make hand gestures, and switch up your facial expressions. Before you start a story, think to yourself, "What is the point of my tale?" If you can't think of a good reason for sharing, don't.

Google "The Rational Male" if you don't know about it. The site encompasses the vast majority of the essentials.

I suggest either radio silence or simply, "K lol." This works on so many levels. You show that you have options, you maintain frame, you show amusment, you sound busy with more important stuff, etc.

1x5 is actually what's recommended in the stronglifts program. Deadlifts are taxing on the joints.

One thing to note- A vast majority of the females on these subreddits and feminists in general aren't attractive. Why do I say this? Because the hot girls in the real world do not ever care or think about feminist issues. Attractive women don't think twice about these things because they've always been treated well. The less appealing women will notice that they aren't and talk about it much more.

Great post. If you have no interests or hobbies that a child would admire, you better start.

This thread is hilarious. I love GayLubeOil's twist on these things, and the comments are just as good. It's funny how the things we do can change so much about the people around us.

Holy fuck. That sub is complete shit (first time there). You can tell it's filled with white feminazis, white knights, and angry beta men. If their extremely liberal views aren't supported, they gang up on others to make themselves feel better. I just bet that post was made by one of us (pathetic, really) or a beta male sick of his life.
/r/TheRedPill29/11/14 06:24 AM

That's exactly what I thought. Why would she just come to a 'relevation' all of a sudden? Women rarely confess their faults and discuss them. On the other hand, the length and emotion in the post makes me think OP is either legit, or an extreme beta that is ranting.

Excellent post, would give you gold if I could. Bringing up information like this can change the game for a lot of people. I'm just typing this part in case my comment is removed for being too short.

For TRP noobs: Being alpha does not mean being an asshole. Do not insult women, make fun of them jokingly. Don't constantly push. You have to pull as well.

If an obese person is intimidated by mirrors and petty remarks, they DO NOT have the willpower to lose that much weight. It takes anger, motivation, and consistency to change one's lifestyle, routine, and image.

There are so many different anecdotes and beliefs in this thread. For some people, porn is detrimental. For others, it's no big deal. I think a good rule is that if you're spending more than 30 mins watching porn, you should probably reconsider.

You're probably right, but the heads of the organization may have forced him to do this.

I want to agree with you, but what if I want to have kids but the girl I'm with needs to be married before she can settle down? There are some financial benefits as well. A pre-nup can be ignored in court, and I want to protect my assets. What's to be done?

I feel like I hamster a lot; I try to justify things for myself, but not for others. I'm trying to stop it by remembering to stay quiet in those types of situations.

All they were looking at was height and status. They were not good looking or muscular, and did not even talk to the women. Furthermore, they put the women on the spotlight and made them choose from a distance. I've read many comments on this sub from guys that have attracted taller women. My friend has done it. I have done it.
/r/TheRedPill02/11/14 04:26 PM
2

Women ARE attracted to taller men. You'll see this in real life and in the video. In this case, what they say is what they do, most of the time. For example, "Only 6ft or taller" on OkCupid. However, if you're taller than the woman, have high SMV, and have good game, you can get laid. Hell, you can still pull it off even if you're shorter than her.
/r/TheRedPill02/11/14 03:50 PM

5'7" I just work out, look people in the eyes, and stand tall. I wish I was taller, but I can't control it so I just push it aside.
/r/TheRedPill02/11/14 05:34 AM
1

I'm only about 5'7", but other than that I have decent SMV. At the gym, I'll see much shorter guys and much taller guys. Yes, if you have "feminine" traits that you can't control (asian, indian, short, ugly, etc,) you will have more trouble attracting women. But what can you do about that? Not much. We're dealt different cards. Just maximize your SMV. Get ripped, make good money, dress well, do something with your hair. Add some game and you'll get laid.
/r/TheRedPill01/11/14 11:08 PM

Good point. Whereas a perfect man has to have height, money, looks, and manly characterstics, a unicorn has to be hot, follows the man's lead, and helps him.

Here's the thing: catcalling is annoying for both genders. It's flattering at first, but it gets old quick. The difference between men and women is that just like any problem men have, we don't bitch about it and start a whole movement to stop petty issues.

I think you're handsome, but next time be more blunt.

I agree with you to some extent. I've actually been on this sub since about a year ago, and after seeing the feminism video and recent posts I wanted to discuss it. After posting it, I realized that I didn't bring much to the table.

There are a lot of field reports and examples on how to behave here. "Theoretical" posts give you the correct mindset which also helps a good deal.
/r/TheRedPill26/10/14 12:52 AM

Agreed. Low SMV women will demand that they be treated like they're hot shit, but the second some low SMV male hits on them, he's a creep and doesn't deserve her.

Catcalling on the street is actually really annoying.

I'm not a feminist. Rape is rampant in India and many parents will make up rape stories to get money or revenge, it's not always the daughter's fault.
/r/TheRedPill11/10/14 08:48 PM

I agree. The conditions in India as well as the rampant trickery and manipulation make data like this unreliable.

This is like when women claimed that little girls didn't want to become leaders because they get called bossy. Yes, most men don't want to be accused of anything but the truth is that women are more nurturing and men just aren't that inclined to take care of kids everyday.

What's really annoying is how everyone on /r/videos dismisses this as poor blogging when it's a prime example of feminist bullshit.

Don't show that it bothers you. Just nod and smile, but go do something else like sleep or work out. Someone correct me if this is the wrong thing to do, but try to agree and amplify. "Yeah, he's pretty buff. Those veins pop." "I like his hair." "His teeth are so white."

Those are exaggerated. Sometimes when I looked at an object with a border some blurriness would appear. Back then when I tried to remember something it would take several seconds, whereas now it's much quicker.

I completely quit porn, started about 35 days ago. I don't even look at pics or videos with girls in bikinis. I still fap every other day, but have noticed a huge difference. No more brain fog. (That cloudy mind feeling). Better memory. Social interactions are easier and more fluid. Better vision. More energy. Better orgasms.

Just listen to him, nod, and see if he calms down. Try talking him down. If he attacks you, dodge his punches, duck and weave. Punch him if nobody is restraining him. Remember, no hooks. Just solid, direct, straight punches to the throat and nose. This is why I recommend pepper spray or some way to defend yourself.

I hate how everyone in the comments in that thread dismiss her behavior as just her being an unnapreciative cunt. Anytime there is a RP example in front of them, they claim the girl is just immature. None of them even consider that her behavior can be explained.

Most people come to TRP for a quick fix, but it's really all about hard work and manning up. Good for you. This is extra text so the bot doesn't remove my comment.

It's only unfair because of genetics. Tall women have trouble with this too. It's not a big a deal as they make it out to be.

Men and women can have all the sex they want. If a girl's been a slut for most of her 20's and wants a clean provider at 30, that's unfair, and vice versa for men.

I find that the best way to go is to find middle ground. Keep her thinking that you MIGHT be interested. Tease a little, show some interest, then tease again.

I started chuckling. It's so fucking RedPill and all the guys are like, "I don't know why women like that... It really bothers me." But everyone will bash TheRedPill. I actually, actually thought I was in TheRedPill reading female confessions.

So should I be amused at conflict with a girl? (Some buff guy calls me out) Or should I use the loop? (Quick, witty replies.)

As said by someone else: There are no hot girls, only girls with longer shelf lives. Eventually, they will lose their appeal. Keep in mind that most attractive women are either shallow or uninteresting.

Wow, I never saw it like that. I guess it's true because I only talk to very attractive women. Now that I think about it, most average looking girls can talk quite a lot. The hot ones are just used to being entertained and spoken to. Thanks.

Don't apologize to the women. I should have clarified that. They'll come and go, but if you've been a jerk to your close friends, you need to at least give an excuse for your behavior.

Hey, listen. I had a friend that acted this way constantly. Everyone hated him, even his close friends. He lied, exaggerated, and deceived others. He did attract some women, but for the most part everyone thought of him as a cocky lying asshole. TRP is more about being assertive. When I first came here, my instinct was to be a jerk to everyone. Its more of a push and pull. Also, you don't have to treat your friends any differently. People will get sick of you sooner or later. I suggest you apolo…

I practice shooting with air guns. They can use gas pistons, pressure, springs, CO2, etc. to send the pellet. I'm working on building up an arsenal. The equipment is much cheaper, and the shooting is safer and easier than firearms. However, it feels somewhat realistic. You can set up a box with phonebooks and print targets. If you buy a high powered rifle, you can hunt squirrels and birds. Pellet guns teach gun safety and marksmanship. It is manly, and very entertaining. You can purchase a basic…

This is great because if you ask them why they don't remove all men from the workforce, and they aren't speechless, the only possible response would be, "It's too small a difference." Which also proves them wrong.

These are my tips. 1) Save up. If you save a portion of your income every year, lets say 10%, it will add up and by the time you want to retire you'll have a bounty. 2) Determine what your wants and needs are. You want that new laptop, but do you need it? Is your current one working fine? A lot of millionaires reach the top by being frugal. 3) Don't gamble or place your money in risky places. Avoid drugs. If you want to buy a house, look into its future value. Be careful who you lend to. Also, n…
