David Wygant Women want authentic, someone passionate about what they do without regard about whether it's the in thing or not. During one approach I end up talking proformance biking with a girl who barely rode her walmart bike. She had no idea what a Sora shifter was, but she was eating it up like it was a gift from god himself. Thanks, David.

Ah. Well, easily ninety percent of anything you are ever going to learn in a bootcamp is the simple principal of learning to be outgoing. Like working out, that isn't a skill that you can throw money at and make better. You said yourself that you have a problem when you outside of your element, purposely extract yourself from your comfort zone and FORCE yourself to daygame. While yes, you've worked around whatever social anxiety that you possessed before, it sounds more an more like there are so…

It's been said a couple times in the thread, but just take the whole age concept and throw that bitch in the ocean. Forget about it. It's not there anymore. If you are going about things like you're racing a clock then you're doing it entirely wrong. Concentrate on making your life something that you would be proud to have lived when you are looking back on your 56th birthday. Overthinking things isn't helping.

So, should I just do the Hi my name is____ what's yours? Why not? You want her name, spending a couple minutes bullshitting awkwardly isn't going to help answer a question that could be solved in five seconds.

Rollercoaster of life. Ups or downs, it's still a great ride.

As I said, I don't live in an area with many people my age so I don't usually run into an opportunity to strike up a conversation. Talk to everyone. Your problem isn't specifically that you have a hard time talking to women, it's a problem with talking to people in general. The only way that's going to change is to actually work at getting outside of your own head and start learning to interact with people comfortably. Bullshit with cashiers. Talk sports with bartenders. Flirt with waitresses. S…

In my mind, it would be perfect if my dating life and my friends never met, until I was in an actual relationship, should I get to that point. You're just trying to cover up the inevitable failure by trying to do everything alone. Your friends are your friends, they have had the same turn downs and flakes that you have, trying to someone box that area of your life off isn't going to help anything. It might even end up hurting it in the long run if you keep turning down their offers to go out. Ce…

You have to get the approval of both of them, or her friend is going to cockblock you like the Berlin Wall. Play the interesting, charming gentlemen to her friend while directing the sexual overtones exlusively to the girl you are try to pick up.

Nervousness between two people tends to feed off each other, resulting in a conversation that is forced at best and reinforcing their withdraw at worst. What you need to do, as the initiator of the conversation, is to be totally and completely at ease with yourself and the other. You might have read the phrase "Outcome Independent" here, and it's a pretty decent social skill to have in this context. By getting out there without a care as to what others think of you are essentially turning yourse…

If you seem that nervous about it talking to her as you are asking it here, Yes.

what kind of tips seem like good ideas for high school relationships and what kind of stuff is high school exclusive or not for high schoolers? Talk to fucking EVERYONE. Don't aim for the Fclose, learn how to navigate conversations, be interesting, and most importantly how to be comfortable in your own skin. High School is essentially the real world condensed to the size of a fish bowl, learn the social skills to navigate it now and save yourself a shitload of awkwardness later.

You just need to think about it differently. It's not challenging, it's plenty of opportunity to shine with 22 other possibilities if you fuck up.

At the risk of sounding cliche, live in the moment more. Having a solid list of material possessions and interest is a fantastic things to have, but from hard earned experience I can tell you the best stories come from the most unexpected situations. And the unexpected rarely grows from the routine. Walk out the front door in the morning like it's a motherfucking adventure and see how much better the day seems. Give exactly zero fucks about where the day ends up heading.
