1	There's no need for 'proof' I'm getting replies that boil down to the same thing; there seems to be a large number of men out there who adamantly believe that there are swaths of women getting together to discuss how they want men to suffer and they can use the system to claim rape when they weren't...as opposed to large swaths of women who have come together over their shared experiences of being ignored, shunned and guilted when they come forward with rape allegations. -9	There's no need for 'proof' So, yes, like all crimes, suspects are treated as such while investigated. That's how this is supposed to work. However, that's not what most women are referring to...while there are issues of men not being appropriately sentenced after convictions, the issue at hand is how women who report this type of crime are perceived before any of the investigating happens.
