I usually make up a game of some kind and the loser has to kiss the winner. Amusement park and fairs are easiest of course. But are you at a flea market? Whoever finds the weirdest object wins. If you're at a park whoever finds the best cloud. It doesn't actually matter what the game is but it makes it clear that this is happening (if she accepts obviously) and it's happening at a specific moment, whenever one of you "wins"
