I agree, it don't exist. I think it's a trap lots of guys get into. When I studied game, I thought all that mattered was getting the number or getting the date. I'd end up with dozens of numbers that went nowhere or died within 5-10 texts back and forth. Text is just a tool, an extension that should only be used to setup plans or to answer a clarify something you should have asked in person.

If you were confident about the fact that you are ugly looking then it wouldn't affect you so either it's not the case or you haven't truly accepted and moved past it

Also not just who you approach, but when. A trap I'd get myself into is waiting till I was in the perfect situation or in the perfect mindset. I'd make excuses like "Well I woke up 3 hours ago, I need a coffee" or "I need at least a shot before approaching her" or whatever excuse. There's many different "shades" of you, under different attitudes, different substances, different times of day. You want to train yourself to be able to approach no matter the circumstance. That's where the 2 minute r…

True but sad story. I used to be really outgoing and have a lot of friends (Well acquaintances) in elementary school. People used to wave at me every day and say "Hey GetBenttt!" And they did this till middle school where I started becoming socially awkward. I remember one specific kid would say Hi to me everytime we passed in the hallways even though we hadn't hung out in years then eventually he stopped. It didn't occur to me until high school that they were the ones saying Hi every single tim…

People cling to the idea of ugly and attractiveness but in my experience, I run into so many classically ugly people everyday or fat or whatever who come across as great or even sexy based on how they carry themselves. All it takes is dressing with the right style for you, carrying a positive energy that motivates others, even a smile helps.

I do the same shit some nights haha. I'll buy some really good chocolate, a plethora of snacks, and maybe a cigar or fancy wine. Can't do it every night though

Anybody can, absolutely. And few do. Just like anybody can become rich if they tried hard enough to different degrees some more than others, but few actually do. It's about reaching your potential even if that means 5 out of 200 girls if you do everything correctly.

Damn you people are cynical. There's some truth to what the guy was saying. I feel we do all have some seductive ability as humans. It's our nature... it's just we have shit like fear and anxiety and we've been trained to respond in certain ways socially that often we screw ourselves over and it clouds our thinking. We end up overthinking things that should be straightforward. Idk...just don't be so harsh on yourself. I don't think anybody's anti-seductive

Lol no don't do that I can imagine some dude skulking outside a club waiting to hit on females leaving The goal is to approach people while out having a fun night regardless. Unless you happen to be nearby like smoking a cigarette outside a theatre I can't see a good way of doing this without being really needy

I've been there. There's a point you reach where you're just like "Well fuck it I couldn't care less what these people think of me". Your friend already knows you. It's liberating and is the mindset I strive for

You have to be unique. You may have seen plenty of great movie premiers, but how many trips to the movie do you actually recall? I have good memories of dates and seeing movies with friends where we snuck into three movies in one night or freaked out watching horror movies or when we snuck in flasks, and you remember those because they had things that occured that stood out from regular movie viewings. Strive for uniqueness

Ideally, sure. But it takes steps to get there, and you got to actually know how to do that which I feel like a lot of folks here don't know

When you go about your day, every action you take and situation you run into, you have habits of how to react to them. Sometimes their bad and continuously lead you down the wrong path. It takes effort but ideally you should try to approach everything objectively as if it was the first time and forge new habits.

Keeping this in mind, your appearance is still mostly under your control beyond the face you're born with. That's why you see fat and ugly celebrities and rich people but they still come off as approachable
/r/seduction26/06/18 03:07 AM

You're not taking from them though. You're exchanging their money for a product. In the end, it's their choice whether to fall for your persuasion/marketing or not. They don't end up with nothing in the end though, maybe something they didn't need. Don't get me wrong, there are predatory industries that sell things almost like drug dealing that degrade peoples lives but these are the exceptions

Great on you mate! I've undergone a lot of changes too. Wish I could get the meetup and OKC/Tinder thing going but I just lack the motivation to actually go out and do things and meet people. Great profile, got great at messaging people and plenty of likes...just hard to actually get out or setup anything. Too easy to be apathetic and go "Ehh next weekend"

Don't 'flock' to anybody lol. Just be the friendliest, fun dude you can. If the kinda ugly girl walks up to your desk fucking talk to her. You don't have to flirt if you don't find her attractive. If you go out of your way to approach the hot blonde girl like every other dude is doing you're gonna look like every other dude.

Oh I don't disagree, I think people who can make people laugh are generally wiser people but with self deprecating humor MUST come confidence. It can either win people over or make them feel pity for you

As long as you were totally genuine about the assertiveness, and I mean like totally dgaf realness, not forced or fake at all, than you did nothing wrong. Sometime they're just not into you, maybe your looks, maybe your personality, who knows.

You need to build rapport. I used to be like that after watching a bunch of YouTube pickup videos on all these different clever ways to collect numbers. Getting the number is easy, following through is hard and if there's no foundation you're gonna have difficulty

PS don't expect her to initiate anything. It's a guys job to initiate, it's her job to respond. If she doesn't respond to a bs text who cares, you shouldn't be doing it anyway. If she doesn't respond to a 2nd date set up, shes not interested . I think this seems about right. I think I should stop with the texting BS (That's always where I stumbled with girls anyways)

It sometimes bugs me but sometimes I don't give a shit. You could also say the same about tall people. Sometimes I wanna see the performer, especially if it's a rapper or something but other times I'm grooving out and dancing and don't mind if I'm staring at the floor or the back of someone's head

I can kinda understand that. I used to not like hitting on chicks in front of friends cause it made me feel stupid or corny...but that's just something you gotta get over eventually. Around parents as well, you're a human, there's nothing wrong with showing affection

Doing shit 'by yourself' is probably the biggest way to improve yourself as a person. I recently sung karaoke in front of a a crowd of like two dozen. I've done it before plenty of times, but this time was just me by myself friends ventured off somewhere else. You kinda gotta be like a cancer invading a system if that makes sense lol. Open ended questions suck, you gotta do the thinking for them...I hate thinking up a response for "What do I like to do" bleh. You kinda gotta zero in on what they like. Like "Hey you like Linkin Park?" "Oh god no". Okay so broaden out a bit "You like any rock bands then?". If not broaden out again then when you get a 'hit' "Oh I love this one rap group", you really zero in on it. Ask her if she listens to this other rap…

Try to think about how the other person is feeling rather thank thinking. You want to connect with a person emotionally. If you're talking about theme parks don't ask what her favorite ride is, ask what other exciting things she enjoys

Calling bullshit. It's a car salesmen's job to make you trust them. While it doesn't work on everybody it does work on plenty of people. Complimenting people on their choices does indeed make people feel good more than just "Hey you're hot" or "nice bod"

I believe there's definitely some substance to the idea that drugs like MDMA can 'show you how to have fun'. Like I feel if someone is constantly living a miserable day to day reality, they get use to that. Give em a pill and give them an amazing night and it breaks that cycle

Pretty much he's just confused. Like "Why did I come here just for some random weather person to talk shit to me exactly..?" You just gotta own shit like that. Maybe brush it off like "Okay." or "Cool". It's not about what you say exactly, it's about the attitude you display and the reaction you give. The less you learn to ngashit the better responses you'll think of

Wow. Very good post. This is actually something I just realized I do subconsciously when I'm on top of my game some nights. Generic bar vs Club type bar? Yeah, I'm pretty socially anxious. Problem is my friend is too...and worse. He's really the only guy who likes to go out, so that's the issue too. Guess I need to find some more friends somehow

Sometimes you just have to force it. I used to find myself constantly looking down when feeling a little awkward, but after a while I've gotten a lot better with it. You need to keep it up ALL the time though, with parents, friends, teachers, bosses. No exceptions for anybody. I actually found when hanging with some new people for the first time and I find myself staring out the window or the ground the first 10 minutes, things instantly got more fun after I wasn't afraid to look everyone right …

There are some introverts scoring more pussy than Brad Pitt out there. Yup. This hard. I met a guy once even weirder than me. The difference though was this guy always had a girl. He was an introvert, but when he wanted a girl he wasn't afraid to get out there and scoop one up, then return to his little bubble. Your problem isn't introversion, that isn't a problem, it's social anxiety like probably most of us here.

I never said to just "be happy", don't put words in my mouth. I said I encourage you to get out and try new things, regardless of if you're my age or a 70 year old man. It's never too late to shake things up. I thought it was for me for a while since everyone I knew was starting to finish college and I figured that's when everyone should have their shit together. Meh. I jerk it once a week at the most. Never really been a problem jerker like some of the folks at nofap. This is just negative thinking that reinforces itself. A guy does not necessarily have to have himself together in his 30's. Hell there's people in their 60's who still fuck up. Junkies, homeless people, cat ladys, thieves, idk. You can't change that you're in your 30's. But feeling like a loser is just a mindset. Feeling odd is just a mindset. Basically: How to meet new friends Because that's really how the game works. You're just looking for people you have things in common with...and both happen to wanna fuck each other. Join a club, join a sport, go out to parties, go to music/gaming/beer festivals, hangout in a library/bookstore, or hell just try to meet people at mundane places like the mall, a grocery store, while walking down main st. or such. Approach her like she wasn't a woman, but a cool person you met at a party wearing a shirt with the band you like on it. Except it doesn't have to be that, it can be anything interesting you notice about that person, or your environment, or on your mind that you feel they might enjoy discussing with you. And you should not be doing this with the goal of a number in mind. You should be doing this with the hope that you both sync up, and if that's the case than getting the number is just a natural…

I find that it is definitely possible to force yourself into a good, or at least a better mood. Lots of the time going about my day I'll find myself feeling sad or anxious or stressed out. You just need to stop for a second and ask yourself "Why? What's stopping me from feeling happy?" Count the things that make you feel stressed out and you'll find they likely don't mean shit or are gone in the past and therefore unchangeable This Sunday I was sitting in my room bored, sad that tomorrow meant b…

I've had friends I've taken on 100 mile drives before, there's nothing particularly special about hanging out with another human being. Her ignoring you, I wouldn't feel too bad about. but the only time we are in the same place is usually at a party or a bar, where conversation is often limited. Umm, how? That sounds like the perfect place to talk to someone you fancy. Scenario 1. Don't ask out girls who are working, such as waitresses. They are literally paid to be nice to you. They don't like you. This isn't always the case

Most of the time it's like this for me. Me and a buddy hit a party/festival. We separate for pretty much half the event lol. I think it's easier knowing you always have a friend somewhere out in the crowd. (Though honestly I think this is why it's worth going out TOTALLY solo at least once, it'd probably be much more beneficial)

I've been in this situation many times lol. When I first got into the partying life I'd show up flirt with every other girl I saw, drank, smoke, went nuts trying to have the best time I could. While there's nothing wrong with having fun, it felt rather shallow eventually and I felt like I wasn't really connecting with anybody in particular. For some people, the problem is much deeper than just pure flirting skills. For me it was connecting with people

You don't need anyone to be with you for you to approach. This. It's too easy when you're with your friends having a good time. You need to be able to do it when you most vulnerable, alone. That's when you truly start improving yourself.
/r/seduction05/07/16 10:59 PM

You need to get out and just talk to people, not just women. I have the same problem with my friends being kinda shutin anti-fun losers. But the thing is, losers hangout with losers. If you want to start partying and going out you need to meet people that like to party and go out. Maybe encourage your friends to try new things, but don't expect them to want to change like you want to

I kinda hate when people do this. There's levels to how annoying it can be too. I worked with an older guy who if you were conversing with him he'd go "Uh huh" after literally everything you said but in a sarcastic sounding way like you were annoying the hell out of him. Or when people just nod their heads constantly. Idk. Personally I will say things like "Ahhh..", "Oh ohhh kay", "Wow." occasionally but I'm not just saying "yeah...yeah...yeah...yeah...yeah..." where it can be so fucking annoyin…

Bad advice that's not always true. If it were a club/party, it's perfectly acceptable to join in a conversation amongst a group. If they're huddled in a corner of a library perhaps not

Either they're trying to reject you and all just happen to use the same line or you're attracted to the wrong type of girl and they all share some defining characteristic you subconsciously go towards also like someone else said it's a fad for lots of girls nowadays, I guess cause it's 'edgy' for a girl to be bi

Always bypass Facebook when you can. Just because she offers it first doesn't mean it's a bad thing either. A girl gave me hers, I offered numbers instead and she giddily accepted as well

How does not wanting to expose your privacy through Facebook make someone a privacy freak? If anything I respect those people much more because they did something I've yet to bring myself to do

So I don't get it...do you just show up to a random campus and just go to where a bunch of people are? I've always wanted to do this but I don't know where I should go or do without looking completely out of place or get known as a creep hanging out at colleges I don't go to. I once got called out by some dude for even going to a college party and living one town over (Not that I gave a shit but still)

Call me crazy but N20 does this for me and I have a feeling Salvia might. Sometimes I'll hit a whippit and afterwards it feels like my brain 'reset' it's mood. Especially good when combining with other drugs, you appreciate the buzz/high more when the Nitrous buzz leaves

I think you should only use drug to compliment good times. Like Cherries on a sundae. NEVER to bring you out of a low like you said. Sometimes we need to fall to appreciate the times when we're on top

Am I missing the joke here or is this thread serious? I'm all for the idea of men needing to take the initiatives in relationships but this talks about women as if they are objects...

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
