This article is way too biased and tries to paint unmarried men as eschewing marriage in favor of sexual success, sprinkled with a little MGTOW. What percentage of unmarried men are incels that women want nothing to do with? What percentage are "woke male feminists" who are respectful to women and are waiting their turn to betabux? What percentage are too afraid to interact with women and cope alone in their apartments? What percentage feel their penis is too small to make themselves vulnerable …

How do they define psychopathy and psychopathic behaviors?

Itd be nice if that article wasn't behind a paywall so we could see how they define the word aggression, because aggression can mean things other than being a bully.

I just speak from experience. I used to eat 6 eggs per day and everything was going fine for the first week or two. Then I started to notice I'd get irritable for no good reason, then headaches and sneezing with a runny nose. Eventually I figured out it was my egg consumption, so I scaled it back to 2 or 3 eggs over the course of the day, but I would still sneeze and get a runny nose. I had to stop eggs altogether for a months. It has something to do with all the glutamic and/or aspartic acids. …

You would need to eat 20 eggs to get the old recommended intake of vitamin D, and at least 50 to get 2000 IU. Your body would reject eating three or more per day after a couple weeks or less.

The only effective ways of getting vitamin D are through sunlight or supplementation. People will list cod oil and some other crap, but it's such small quantities of vitamin D per 100g that youd have to make major accommodations in your diet to make it work. The fact is that we're a species evolved to make use of the sun and we're supposed to be in direct exposure to its rays for at least two hours per day to keep our bodies functioning properly. Modern civilization denies us the sun exposure we…

A worthwhile read, but I dont thinknthis study broke any new ground. When more researchers start looking at the diets of tall and short people, i strongly believe we will hit the jackpot on why some people are taller than others.

My first photo is a shirtless bathroom selfie, showing off my tan and musculature. Convention says dont do that, but it seems to be working for me regardless. And I want to invite women over, but my living situation doesn't permit that, so it's a limiter on what I can do.

The first line I tell women is that I'm sexually interested in them, but I do it creatively. Maybe with 10 matches on Tinder in the last week, 5 have unmatched, a few have laughed, and one seemed like she was dtf and wanted to chat with me on the phone but circumstances didn't permit at the time. It's a wild experience because I've always wanted to talk to women sexually, and doing so gives me a rise. But to go from initial attraction to getting my dick wet has been the hard part.

In 34 and have only had sex 3 times in my life, despite being told I'm very attractive. I have no idea how to attract women or flirt or initiate sex. Seeing that the average male gets sex once a week, and that I should have had sex 1000 times by now, makes me feel completely disconnected from society. The only thing keeping me alive at this point is hatred.

Idk. I grew up in an environment where wanting sex was a punishable offense. I look around me and see people getting what I've always wanted, and with little effort, so I know that the people I was raised by were fucking whackos. It's still difficult to shake off that initial programming.

I'm in Tinder and I get a good amount of matches on a weekly basis. I want to be more provacative and sexual in my messages, but I'm worried about getting my account banned. I know that once you're banned, you have to use a new email address and phone number, which isn't a problem to make a new gmail and get a new google voice number. Maybe I'll loosen up a little.

If you disconnected the amygdala from the rest of the brain, you'd find yourself apathetic to things that threaten you. That means no fearless, warrior response, just indifference as you lose your job, become homeless, etc.

Yes, that's a safe conclusion. Edit: height is more than just getting adequate nutrition as I've stated above. Sure, women are probably predisposed to be shorter than men. The overall idea though is pretty sound. Your body's ability to grow is limited by the achievement of favorable growth conditions. Our (Westerners) access to nutrition via foods and supplements has never been so plentiful and diverse as it is now at this point in time, especially with Amazon.com. Nobody can say that other civi…

Yeah you'll get more respect. Where I'm at, I do barefoot running on the weekends also with my shirt off in a high pedestrian traffic area. My musculature is pretty decent and defined, so when I'm running around, many women look at me like they're raccoons in a jewelry store. I love it.

I do alot of walking in populated areas. I've noticed that women are much more likely to wave back at me if they see other women wave back at me.

There are three main components to testosterone in men: sun exposure, exercise, and socialization. Ever since the advent of the television, men have been spending more of their time indoors, out of the sun, not producing vitamin D from its exposure. Vitamin D is a necessary component to the manufacture of testosterone. Introduction of the computer and console gaming has only made this worse. The average man today is much less physically active then ever before. Regular resistance exercise causes…

Trial and error. You can test it yourself, just find a large sample size of women and gather data on days that have similar weather patterns (warm, sunny, cloud-free sky, etc.).

I googled some stuff on flirting and forming emotional connections, but none of it means anything to me. I might just be autistic or broken though.

If you have good face and clearly a good body underneath your shirt, you can get positive reactions from some women. But there's a big difference in women's reactions when you have a ripped physique, the downside is that some women won't talk to you with your shirt off if there are too many people around. If you want to find out which women are attracted to you, wear dark jeans (or running shorts if its warm enough), and a solid color shirt that fits, meaning the shoulder seam goes over your sho…

I can tell you from experience that women were much happier to see me when I had my shirt off, a good tan going (which is key), and a clearly defined and swollen musculature.

Dunno. I think that we know the factors involved in height, but alot of research overplays the genetic component. Ask someone who's 40 years old about all the factors relevant to height. Ask them what their daily macro and micro intake were in the 70s, how much daily exercise they got (going into approximate steps and reps). Expect them to have a perfect recollection. Now do that for 10,000 people of similar background so the study is relevant. We know from growing plants (like cannabis) that th…

I think you're proving my point for me. Genetics is a component to height, but the amount of building blocks a person gets is the other part of the equation. Anything else is a violation of the Laws of Physics.

If what I've said is true, then that would mean twins tend to lead similar lifes in terms of growth factors.

How rare is it that parents know specifically the factors involved in height and encourage their kid to play outside in the sun, and allow them to get the sleep they need? Pretty rare.

Researchers have already found 83 or so genes responsible for height. Their conclusion is that across all human populations, these genes account for only 1 to 2 cm in height difference, meaning the rest is diet, exercise, sleep, sun exposure, stress.

The thing is that if people keep using words the way they want, the definition eventually changes, because languages are defined by the people who use them.

Absolutely. I've been saying it alot on braincels, but all they want is to chant 'genetics, genetics'. Not that it should matter to them, it's still over. Researchers have concluded that protein, electrolytes, vitamin D, and vitamin A are the most important building blocks when it comes to height. Your mother's nutritional intake determines how well developed you will be as you're gestating and breastfeeding. That lays the scaffolding for how well you can grow up until the age of 25. After you w…

I ran out of patience after reading the abstract what's it say? Is there any chance the perception of increased IQ in more attractive individuals is a result of the halo effect? Was the increased IQ in attractive people a result of better childhood nutrition?

Some degree of this mentality is important, but completely disregarding the opinions of others is a recipe for failure. Even alphas have to self-censor according to what they think others find within an acceptable range. To be able to function within modern society requires playing by a minimum number of other people's rules.
