Should've left asap. Dont let your child suffer the consequences of your choice because you chose to marry that woman

Insane how evil women can be once they're done in marriage. I'm glad you had the right judge

A good lawyer wouldn't let this happen to you. Find another one.

Sounds like she's checked out a long time ago and I wouldn't be surprised if she's had an affair.

...and you're still here with her..?

Kinda around there. They were dating a year after after the divorce then came the engagement 6 months ago. So his relationship itself was still fresh.

I have no idea why you're engaged right after the divorce. You didn't give yourself time to breathe.

Your wife will lose this case. I'd go full scorched earth and stop any form of communication with her except the lawyer. I saw your other posts. Make sure your lawyer gets your phone records, emails and anything else with a form of communication to prove your wife wrong. And make sure your lawyer gets your wife's records. More than likely she's the one doing the cheating and is trying to cover her ass before you find out. I cant wait to see your victory shine.

I'd start looking into changing child support. That's probably why she didn't want to say anything.

Doing it for the kids is never a good idea. If she can find another man to take care of her, she can very well have her own place or stay with her affair partner. As a result, your ex wife has ruined a potential relationship for you all while having her cake and seeing the affair partner. But you can't see someone else? You're playing on her terms.

She should've been staying with her affair partner to begin with. No way I'd tolerate that.

Question, why are you guys still living together??

Dont be the back up plan. Stand your ground. Besides who knows how many more affairs did she have? You know of only one. Should've left the first time she wanted divorce instead of trying to make it work.

Cmon man...she might try to contest the inheritance and say she's entitled to it since you used it to put it in the joint account.

Nah, get out before you'll be on the hook for legally being the father from the baby born in marriage. You or her should have no kind of access to each other at all.

No alimony but child support is probably inevitable.

I'm curious to see how that ends. He's a fool for nor finalizing the divorce.

I hate that you put yourself in this situation. Imagine how easy life would've been if you walked away the first time after finding out about the affair. Your intent to "fight" for the marriage has led you here. Cmon man. On top of that possibly risking and endangering the kids too. Sunken cost fallacy is a bitch.

I will be there for the 4th marriage and 4th divorce. Cheers 🍻

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
