The advice you dont want to hear but it's the most truthful, time will do it all for you. Your kids mom will can tell whatever stories she wants in time though, your older especially will start seeing through it. I know how you are feeling and every fiber is telling you to take this one head on, tell her the truth of what happened and all that jazz but it won't help it's just going to confuse and upset her. I have 2 very good attorneys since the beginning, my ex also had a very well respected lawyer after it was finalized however my ex dropped that lawyer and got a new one who has little experience in family law and has made things a mess putting wild ideas into my ex's head. 3 months after our divorce was finalized and the ink was dry her new attorney filed a motion to have the entire agreement thrown out and the divorce nullified and re argued because his client my ex signed under duress

Yes the divorce is final, the clause was to precipitate motions to negotiate in the future for more parenting time and child support.

There was a custody agreement and schedule but we had the renegotiation clause in there as well

So we put a clause in that custody could be renegotiated if circumstances changes We also put in "the parties agree to revist parenting plan and husbands child support obligation when [my sons name] begins kindergarten in the fall of 2024"
