5	I am just too emotional, any tips? Don't get caught up in the past. If anything learn from it, remember what it feels like and do your best to not make the same mistakes again. Learning to control your emotions is difficult, but it's a great ability once you have it. Allowing other people and outside factors to determine your emotional state will put you into constant chaos. If you look at a girl to make eye contact and she is already looking at you, before quickly looking away, she is probably attracted to you and embarrassed that she was caught looking at you. I she is attracted to you AND confident, she may sustain eye contact with you for a bit. 1	A couple of observations I had about the book Models Awesome post. I used to go to therapy a lot but learning things from pick up books has taught me how to be more confident and actually enjoy myself more. I am learning how to attract women, but i'm not using it like an evil super power. The book that I really love is called "Magic Bullets". As far as who to approach, here are my ideas: If a girl makes eye contact with you for more than a second or two, (without a look of terror on her face) she is likely interested in you. 1	Can someone explain to me what it entails when a girl acts perfectly normal when she's alone with me but shit tests constantly around (mutual) friends?
