The only way to succeed at MGTOW is to let go. Let go of obsessive desire for female company, that's the child's step. Let go of the hate and resentment, that's the teenager's step. Let go of MGTOW itself, that's when you finally become a MGHOW. Being overly concerned with upholding a group, belonging to it, the content being coopted by others, that's attachment to a label you don't need. Just keep going.

I don't mind the way you split the hairs lol seems like we basically agree, it's just semantics. For me, I see lots of people define mastery as dominance, resistance, avoidance, or control. That's why I dislike it. I think whatever word we use, we both mean the same thing.

That's completely dependent on why you want to do nofap. Once a month, once every few weeks, once a month, once every few months. Nofap people attest to developing increased energy and thinking capacity, that comes from two things: Resensitizing yourself to dopamine, and learning to fuel your actions with sexual tension instead of just being distracted by them. That depends on what you're trying to accomplish with nofap. Nofap in general is good if you're doing a dopamine detox, but don't get overzealous with it. People turn it into a religion and then get really fucking down when they relapse. You don't go your own way by trying to cut women out of every part of your life.
