5	I spend 30 minutes a day reading this pdf on DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy). It's made me more confident, less of an asshole, and given me the ability to relate to women and see myself as an equal, and not as some chump. Can someone edit this down, removing all the unnecessary stuff (like the worksheets), and make it a less jarring font? I would do it, but I'm going to sleep.
