31	Who else didn’t know there was only one convention to stop men from being allowed to kill and rape women ? There's also the Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) from 1979, it's been ratified by 189 states. It's like a bill of rights for women. The U.S. has signed but not ratified it.. There's also an optional Protocol to the Treaty that permits individuals to lodge complaints to the CEDAW Committee. 5	Be Sure to Take Photos of Just Yourself Also, even if you don't like how you look in pictures, try not to be the person that never wants to be in a group picture, or wants to have their photo taken. Take pictures alone or with friends, take stupid pictures, nice, posing pictures. It's your life and your body, your face! Learn to accept them. You don't want to look back and see no visual evidence of your journey. That's a mindset shift I've had lately.
