Yes, you understand these type. I was a shell of myself in survival mode for my kids, for a few years after, finally getting back where I need to be. One child even treated me like his mother for awhile with the yelling. Had to put my figurative fatherly boot up his ass and show him boundaries lmao. Without yelling I might add.

Ex broke vows, wouldn't stop messaging some dipshit. Tried multiple times to forgive her for our childrens sake and I took my vows seriously. Caught her lying about messaging him multiple times. She is BPD btw. She got deranged somehow and went completely off the rails, made a gofund me for divorce with false abuse allegations. 4 Years later I'm sitting here in my house while my children sleep. Full custody, she pays some support when she can and lives an hour away. Thank God I have found Peace …

I had similar experience with my exwife. She was a SAHM with our 2 young kids and began talking to men online, there was one in particular that had a bipolar diagnosis as she does and they bonded over that. It started somewhat platonic but quickly turned sexual and they were exchanging pictures etc. Vows broken even if there was no in person physical interaction IMO. After I found out, confronted her, fight, apologize, I’m sorry it’s never going to happen again blah blah blah etc. I caught her l…

I had held off on retaining an attorney because I thought we were going to amicably settle things, she is insisting on alimony and I’m not going to let that happen. I’m also honestly afraid to see what kind of hidden debt she has but, whatever. If she keeps pushing we will just go to trial Im not even worried anymore. She made our family’s life an unstable hell for years.

Yeah my life has kind of been a living hell last few years. We would have a few weeks of good times but every other month or so some new catastrophic things blew up with her. I understand, don’t even know if the woman I married was a real person anymore

Yes exactly, her diagnosis was after his birth regardless, I was naive enough to believe vows or actually meant something. We were going to be together forever, this is our family.
