10	Paternity test established me as the father, my Child Support payment gets established tomorrow. I don't exactly understand how this is a men's rights issue, I'm not trying to devalue your situation, because having a child before you're ready is very scary. 2	Question about rape, thought I would come here as it seems most of you would be well informed: They're still just as severe, the reason they took rape out of the dictionary for law purposes in canada was for the exact reason to protect men. Because the definition didn't allow the possibility for men to be raped, and a man or woman sexually abusing someone without penetration can be just as detrimental to the others health and could merit charges just as harsh as rape.	/r/MensRights	13/04/12 04:11 PM
2	Question about rape, thought I would come here as it seems most of you would be well informed: Sigil1 has pretty much got it here: if a woman consents to protected sex and the man then takes off the condom making it unprotected it constitutes as rape. Which makes sense and it should be rape, but I'm just wondering if it's still considered rape if the woman lies about it being protected instead of vice versa.	/r/MensRights	13/04/12 12:37 PM
