Biden has tried to do this. Republicans have squashed it. Care to rethink your statement?

That's doesn't specifically exclude male victims though does it? Edit. Visiting the CPS website, DV is genderless. "What is Domestic Abuse? Domestic abuse, or domestic violence, is defined across Government as any incident of controlling coercive or threatening behaviour, violence or abuse between those aged 16 or over who are or have been intimate partners or family members, regardless of their gender or sexuality. This isn't a pass. The cyclist chose not to make a claim, the pedestrian did choose to make a claim. The cyclist also says he should have claimed. This is purely his stupidity for not making a claim.

This is men being assholes to other men. Other men could easily choose not to join a fraternity. They have the right not to join. This is not a Men's Rights issue.

Why is this here? This isn't a Men's Rights issue. This is a bunch of men acting like idiots.

Only women, children, and dogs are loved unconditionally, whereas a man is only loved under the condition that he provide something.

She wasn't claiming all men act at a woman's expense. Just that, is it female privelage, if the privelage is havded to a female from a male. In my humble opinion, yes. That's female privelage.

I hate the Daily Mail, but nowhere in the article does it say feminists wanting the tests to be illegal without consent or the mother. In fact the article says "In Britain, there is no such legislation currently being considered.".

"Start “mustering,” just like you found renewed courage and hope after your depression and period of promiscuity. You now have two other lives to consider besides your own. The innocent baby you’re carrying is entitled to a future no matter your past behaviour. You and your husband must find the integrity, responsibility and compassion within yourselves to assure this child is raised in a happy, welcoming home — whether yours or another’s." So basically the advisors advice is the husband must su…

Wouldn't that be like saying - "Here's woman A, she was raped but became CEO of a huge Tech company. Here's woman B, she was sexually assaulted but became Prime Minister of England. Don't ever fucking tell me that rape ruins a woman's life." ?

Yeah, that list of risks seems very sanitised. I mean, disfigurement of the penis and death aren't even on there and it really should be - Death attributed to circumcision.

He cites religious belief against meat and ergo the juices of it. I'm not sure what religion though as kebabs are Lamb. Plus you could argue that the note could be a fake, obfuscated by the grease.

I was recently accused of mansplaining something to a woman. She was claiming she had had a legal handfasting in England (there is no such thing currently). After I explained why she hadn't had a handfasting, but rather a wedding ceremony, I was accused of mansplaining her own handfasting to her. I accused her of ovaryacting to which she replied that she thought I was better than using a term like ovaryacting. I told her I hate the term mansplain, that's its exist and derogatory and I thought sh…

This bit of the article pisses me off, even the article itself seems to justify MGM. Female genital mutilation is when a female, usually between infancy and before puberty, has her genitals cut, injured or changed for no medical reason. The female tends to be from an African, Middle Eastern or Asian background. It is illegal in the UK. FGM generally falls into four categories: clitoridectomy, excision, infibulation and a procedure which could include pricking, piercing or scraping the genitals. …

So this should set a precident here in the UK now. If a fully grown but drunk woman cannot be considered to have the capacity to consent to sex, then an eight year old boy should also be considered to not have the capacity to consent to sex and as such, this shouldn't be sexual assault, this should be rape.

WOOHOO I found a non Daily Mail article. Some of the details seem to vary though. The Telegraph reports he threatened to call her mother, the Daily Fail apparently said he DID call her mother. The Telegraph said she won't be able to be one a surgeon as her name is in the public domain and attached to this, the Daily Fail seems to suggest she still has that option. telegraph

Hey folks. I know here in the UK a woman can't rape (this needs to change). I've just looked up the American legal definition of Rape, and it seemes that unless she penetrated his anus, or made him suck her clitoris, she legally isn't liable for a rape charge. Is that correct? Rape in the United States is defined by the Department of Justice as "Penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the…

isn't a sex toy for women. Um, I hate to break this to you but a vibrating cock ring is pretty much there to stimulate the clitoris of a female partner. Vibrators don't really do that much for men.
