1	How can we better cater to newbies? GOOD Field Reports can be great for new members. If they start reading real world examples with details of situations they may or may not have been in and can relate to; it can serve as an excellent example of what to/not to do. If they haven't taken the pill yet, these examples might make something click in their mind and make them ready to accept reality.
