Just guess 40 with a straight face every time.

If she is 40, no use sucking up to her. Tell it like it is. If she is younger, like 25 or 30 or whatever, just tell her 40 and you got your neg right there. If she is older than 40, you have a problem. Why are you talking to her? Adjust the 40yo age limit down as you see fit.

Any time they ask they are fishing for compliments no matter what. Don't give it to them.

I've never had that happen. Ever. However, if it came up I'd probably just say 40 like everyone else here is suggesting.
