We don't have free will. Everything is determined for us at birth. Both genetics and the environment we are born in have complete control over our lives. Hard work and willpower give an illusion of free will but your ability to work hard is determined by your genetics.

Just to be clear. You are talking about girlfriends and not friends who so happen to be girls? MGTOW is about not needing or focusing on women in a romantic or sexual way. This includes marriage and cohabitation. Girlfriends do not meet this criteria but female friends do. Your friend can do what they want, but they are not MGTOW by definition if they have a girlfriend.

Still literally just correlation, based on how much people say they've ejaculated. This isn't enough evidence, especially considering they don't even know why it cause it apart from a few guesses.

There's plenty of studies that come to the conclusion that there is no correlation (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15069045?dopt=Abstract). People do the same thing for wine and types of food.
