| 1 | Need adviceSolid advice. I've already started thinking about stashing away a little cash. | /r/Divorce_Men | 16/10/22 06:18 AM |
| 2 | Need adviceI hear you. I'm working on getting her there full-time. But, I'm not removing access to money at this point. To me, that would seem like financial abuse. But, I hear what you're saying. Yes, I'm involved with the kids. I handle all issues with the schools, Dr. etc | /r/Divorce_Men | 16/10/22 03:21 AM |
| 2 | Need adviceI will definitely look into this. She has been dodging work for 15 years. | /r/Divorce_Men | 15/10/22 11:21 PM |
| 3 | Need adviceFrom what I've read. It could vary greatly but in Tx if its court ordered it has to be extreme circumstances and is limited on the spouses ability to provide for themselves. Also, most judges walk in not wanting to order Alimony. I guess I'm going to use the rest of the school year to build my exit strategy. I have no intention of being difficult just to protect my self and my kids interest when they're with me and also when they're with her. | /r/Divorce_Men | 15/10/22 11:10 PM |
