Exercise , eat right, dress well - you should be good typically. There are a lot of unconscious things that go with attraction, and then those Mhc immune proteins they smell on us. And then if we express a trait they have repressed or fill a need they have, their subconscious gets attracted

Just to know, if a girl ever talked like that to me even once, I would pull her to the side and explain that 1) if there are real issue, I will always listen to her, but if I hear her speak to me like that again I’m out the door. I’ve had to have this moment in just about every relationship I’ve had, the prompt for me at least was when the girl randomly started getting frustrated about something and reacted in a bad way, it sounded too much like my overly negatove mother growing up, and I at lea…

I just recommend talking a lot about becoming an integrated man, that’s how I kinda define alpha. The other parts are necessary, but integrated takes further work and learning.

Where did “martial arts and shooting guns” ever come from, and to a degree as much as we are capable, fixing things to a degree often could mesh more natural to us, not that one can’t date a handy women, the engineer I dated for sure could fix thing way better than I, it happens. I think the point is to inso far as you can learn to, turn your self into a properly channeled aggression towards productive ends and learn to master your own mind and growth mindset so you can weather any storm. Life w…

I suggest also can mbatting feminism, Neither of these areas are all bad, but red pill matches up with feminism. I found the pua at girls chase to be pretty reasonable. I know red pill has a lot of deep analysis and m sure it’s got a few things wrong, like anything, it’s likley the tone and attitude of it. I’ve found it does explain a lot, but even the concept of hypergamous is more complex than it was explained. But it’s def real. I do kinda feel like one needs to step through the red pill at l…

If not straight money, they are at least attracted to ambition or afression cues in the direction towards a capacity to go out and produce, wheathrr its learning constantly to grow, or figuring out how to go out in the world and bring home bacon. I think subconsciously they respond to that type of stuff.

It’s not that we don’t want it, it’s the necessity of having to be her rock that often puts those needs to the side. Combine vulnerability, not neediness, with growth mindset so that you can completely fall apart in front of her if shit hits the fan, and then you can still turn to her despite the hurt, and say “I don’t know how, but we will get through this” Be aware of intrapsychic conflicts as people avoid growing and learning due to these.

Different motives, fears, big 5 traits, we are more disagreeable them more agreeable, also higher on neuroticism on average. Also we do look for things in each other a bit different. Plus are brains do operate a bit different from each other. Men tend to for instance be converge and women tend to diverge. I do believe from my experience and research that more of them anchor their decision making in feeling “I like this, let’s see if it works “. Vs us more often I think (at least me) anchored in …

Alpha = Integrated human I learned Eq right before discovering the red pill and that swift change in perspective def fucked with my head a bit. But we all gots to learn Eq , take big 5 , learn how brains, beliefs, thinking feeling, decision making work, also we do need to understand the barriers to love. I know some of the realities of the sexes are at times a bit morbid. But that’s the basement and we are reaching for the balconies. We do need a growth mindset too, it makes any vulnerability on…

The more I have made sense of the conflicting ideologies and the factors that underlying our politics and ideologies, it nuts, and a lot of it i genetic based. But also in politics, never assume you have reached an answer, because life is about minding the contradictions. Also in term of feminism, I learned its divisive because it rooted in what’s known as conflict theory, which is it primary goal.n It’s ignores science when convent. I think it’s partly that you have this idea that develops in your head that security in relationship is possible because humans have a habit of thinking in idealized terms based on an image because that’s how our visual intelligence tends to hold an image in mind and we self regulate towards it and when that’s broken certain people get stuck for a variety of reasons.

Also, attraction - one of the 3 things for how it works subconsciously is we seek familiarity. And if you grow up under distress you seek that out. Repeatedly. Oddly it’s why I’ve never worried about getting a girl if I wanted, I’m really low agreeableness and have worked on my self and my trauma but at least when I connected all that together it was like, “well I know where the basement is”
/r/ExRedPill15/05/20 12:38 PM

People who grow up under a degree of distress actually develop early and seek out shorter term relationships with the very avoidant men you speak of. Read a paper on integration between evolutionary theory and attatchment theory. Blew my mind, explained why 40% of kids are born out of wednesday lock.

I’ll say I agreee with you, but I do kinda feel for them because the more I invest in figuring that all out and everything, it’s not always a straight answer and can be quite complex. And life is filled with lots of traps too. And everyone else always trying to manipulate you one way or another.

I remember I tried lowering my attraction but need not by a lot but by a touch on Okcupid, I ended up with some magna cum Laude female engineer at Northrup Grumman that litterally wanted to be my slave. Not gonna lie, you still got to watch out for people who haven’t grow. Emotionally, but like shit, 1) I lucked out because she took shitty pics. 2) I’m thinking perhaps I should try this again.

I think a guy either way needs to figure out how to improve himself and lead that ship so to speak but I think it also matters how well the girl grows emotionally and learns about the world because to a degree life is one big unconcious fucked up game that we all blindly play. If you wake up enough, you tend to still want tingles, but you recognize emotional maturity to a degree as more mature and attractive at least. We still got to balance out the tingles part, and grow and improve ourselves, …

Their Limbic brain goes for it, but when they leave them suddenly or leverage that dominance past a certain point, they become hypervigiliant. Also anxious-preoccupied and tech fearful-avoidant attatchments are hypervigiliant to threat cues. Also, I’m betting the level of overall EQ in the country is rather low. Which just leaves room for abuses and traumas. There is also a evolutionary-attatchment related mechanism where women who grow up in environments of scarcity of warmth and other issues w…

For sure- I’m the more rare fearful-avoidant type. The first time I saw mine it was like a wave of anxious-preocupied following a very dismissive avoidant “f**k you” to the person. It was odd to find I didn’t even have an actual concept for fear. I had barley any emotion concepts but the fear one threw me because I realized I either come off utterly fearless, or I’m stricken. It’s kinda an odd mix.

I liked that, it’s a good guide to go after for sure. I think we need to seek out that level of awareness in us. I also find having a degree of trauma awarness and of attatchment styles helps.

I’m kinda curious how it comes off , both when helpful, not helpful, I some how miss cues to stop or more likley don’t know what to revert to on an emotional relating level perfectly yet. I’ve seen studies showing men’s ideal age is 22 regardless of the age of the man. That’s not far off of the teen category Her approach is mainly a self esteem issue. And she is basically approaching it wrong if she wants to have any kinda relationship with this guy. I got to this point because at my lowest point - after my freind has kicked my Ass and I thank him for that as we do need people to reflect back at us what is right about us. Everyone does. And to have some one do that to talk us into seeing it in our selves can be huge. It’s a learnable skill to do, but we never inspire on accident it’s always on purpose. We always connect on purpose too. Now Don’t get me wrong- this felt like the biggest “pass go, collect $200 - your have been right this whole…

Same as me— ha! Fearful-Avoidant = Anxious-Avoidant = Anxious-Prepcupied + Dismissove avoidant as an attatchment style. Guess what - we don’t have boundries- do recognize those are deliberetly made and def need work. We also don’t sense our own fear viscerally. It’s too normal to us. Look up thias Gibson on YouTube she has some great videos on us and like the best I’ve seen. Intamacy makes us anxious AF like unconciously. Marriage dosent hold the relationship together, but it does make you think at least twice perhaps 3 times before seriously bailing and creates the inscentive to fix things first. But what holds relationships- it’s how our attatchment style fits and if we are aware of any childhood trauma and healed from it and also just In general pursue growth and learn that connecting and intamacy is a skill. I have the attachment style that feels anxiety when things go right, so I am either likley to bail or …

You sound possobly fearful avoidant or preocupied. Take a Attatchment style test online and read a ton on it. Educate your partners always too. And have them figure out there’s. You also need to know how to spot them in the wild in action to be able to relate them to the feelings in your body.

You need to be educated on your Attatchment styles and your partner two and. You don’t know them until you 1 have determined what they are, and read a lot about them. One of the biggest crocks if s***t is that us know it alls even think we are logical. High EQ leads to 8x higher chance of success in life.
