Well, if they actually are and this isn't the parents forcing them - then I say leave them to it. They might grow out of it, they might not. It's none of our business.

Good on him for refusing to cut it!
/r/MensRights26/07/19 06:35 PM

Bodily Autonomy for one. Plus it's a huge sexist double-standard to expect boys to all have the same hairstyle. It's HIS hair - and good for him refusing to cut it!
/r/MensRights26/07/19 06:33 PM

And the guy with long hair is obviously portrayed as 'the bully', revealing an even deeper hypocrisy in the advert.

Feminists of the past created the Duluth Model. I'm pretty sure they've always been like this.

Lots of ways! Just making sure to watch the page and check back would help. As would writing up a section. If you want to pick a topic you like and write a bit about it, that would be really helpful. I'm going to have another go at it tonight or tomorrow when I have time. :)

Examples of things we could add include: Most acid attacks are against men Most proxy violence/white knighting is against men. Accusations are used to start this. Most murders Most assaults etc Be careful with phrasing to try and keep the feminists from starting an edit war.

It was to curb masturbation, but it's debatable if that was a religious thing because it may have started with doctors saying it. It certainly didn't take off for religious reasons (hence Europe). There's also a lot of it in Africa that isn't done for religious reasons. They say it's for cleanliness.

Not sure what you mean. Most circumcisions are secular.

I honestly think that feminists want women to be the dominant gender, and that's why they think we want that too. They're obsessed with power.
/r/MensRights23/06/19 05:59 PM

This sounds a little like a parody post. We already call ourselves MRAs.
/r/MensRights23/06/19 05:58 PM
2

Yeah, but then we'd never debate feminists. lol
/r/MensRights23/06/19 10:00 AM

I don't think moral standards are what MRAs are actually changing here. We're really just demanding that they be applied equally.
/r/MensRights23/06/19 07:37 AM

Yeah, I've noticed that people are very selective when talking about this stuff.

One great method is to tell feminists that being ambitious and outgoing aren't signs that you are an arsehole.

Yep. Something like 98% to 99% of circumcisions in America are for non religions reasons. Jews don't make up a big percentage there. Africa is the only place with a comparable rate, and that was mostly done because they thought it would help stop AIDs. In truth, we don't know if that's the case and there are studies showing it may raise the risk.
/r/MensRights31/05/19 04:54 PM

I like both. I'm tending towards the one on the left because it's amusing.

And the stupid thing is there are pro-life charities that will literally give a woman a flat if she keeps the baby.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say the aggression was probably due in part to frustration with a mother willing to have her son castrated.

It kills babies.Everything beyond that is justifications and attempts to humanise or dehumanise a developing infant. Not going to bother watching a video that puts Prolife in sarcastic quotes. I'm done here.

The head of your penis doesn't dry out and become desensitized and calloused. It feels a lot more pleasurable to have sex. You can feel pleasure while wearing a condom. The foreskin acts as a natural lube and defensive barrier, as well as containing thousands of nerve endings. A lot of circumcised men can't even masturbate properly. Circumcision has been linked to cot death, brain damage, and bleeding to death because it wasn't done properly. It is never done with consent, because a baby can't c…

It's not religion doing this. It's basically just assholes belonging to very tiny and specific group of American churches. Once you get outside of America you get a very different experience. The first person to realise I was gay was an actual nun, and she was very supportive. I didn't know I was gay myself at the time, but every religious person I've met has been wonderful about it. Meanwhile, I've met some truly horrific anti-religious people. So there you go.
/r/MensRights27/01/19 08:37 PM

A secular religion? You mean an ideology. Ideologies are a lot less forgiving. They don't have any of that 'turn the other cheek' or 'it's okay to disagree with me' stuff.

If I only had the ability to give one example that proved your point, it would be that Feminists wrote The Handmaid's Tale and they think it's basically true.

It seems like we are finally getting through their thick skulls. They've done a couple of articles on this it seems. Here's another one. Of course, this is likely just the result of an uncomfortable urge to not be seen as on the wrong side now that the tide is turning - after all, they had no trouble group shaming men before Gillette. In all likelihood, this isn't a sudden revelation on their part - they are just virtue signaling about things they already knew but ignored. We must beware of femi…

That's an incredibly interesting point - I've actually heard something similar about Brazil. I remember that in places like Germany the casualties where about 40% of the total male population. Would you let me use that on www.menarehuman.com? If you can cite any of the points that would be amazing - especially if you know what percentage was wiped out. I also heard that Stalin would just casually wast soldier's lives and not care. Like putting them on the sides of tanks.

Damn, that's not good. I hope you have a handle on it anyway. Makes me think that probably most people who balloon because of medicine or something else uncontrollable would see it as a curse - but, if you just overeat, you might try to justify it by saying fat is good and you are a victim. That's my take anyway.
/r/MensRights16/01/19 10:04 PM
2

I don't think anyone has! It's only really fat people who eat too much who'd say that kind of thing. It's only if you had a drug that forced you to be fat that others would be 'privileged'. And even so, that's the wrong way to look at it.

Yeah, the Publishing industry is basically squeezing authors out at the moment. You have to do all your own marketing, and so on. They do still hire professional editors for typos, but I think a new kind of publishing needs to arise or things look grim for them. I don't see why other types of writer would need one. Me either, but my brother was in publishing for a while (won't say where) and he knew of one or two authors who use them. It's pretty much all about creating a brand, so you'll get th…

I'd say once or twice a week is probably average. Maybe three. It's probably best to let your body decide when you are horny and do it then. You could ask no-fap, but they are mainly about breaking that cycle of porn that makes your more and more horny and enjoy it less and less because you get more interested in the porn itself. At least, that's my impression.
/r/Divorce_Men13/01/19 08:55 AM
1

Actually, it's for people with massive porn addictions. Most of them don't actually recommend going hardcore no-fapping. They just recommend re-balancing yourself and removing the things that are causing them to fap constantly. Or, at least, that was my impression.

Yeah, 186 years ago. And only of a subset of the population. Not basically the entire population. And we grew out of it. Podiatry. Few living podiatrists have ever seen a healthy human foot - aside from maybe a newborn's. Eh. What I mean is that they would have looked pretty foolish if they had agreed it was a perfect theory in the 1850s, and Darwin had turned out to be totally wrong. Evolution wasn't what it is now as a theory. They didn't have all the charting of fossils, DNA, and so on. So, like with a lot of popular things, the Church would have waited to see if it panned out. It's something that has served them well, and not doing it has always led to people berating them for not 'getting with the times'. An…

Pope Pius first mentioned it in the 50s. So yeah, earlier than I thought, but not by much. I think that's a very reasonable time to accept it, though I heard 1940s was the first announcement. It's a big theory to prove, and the Church tends to wait and see for things like that. So we can thank the church for that one, I guess. 'Santa' is not so vast the universe cannot contain him, so he is not omnipresent - and there are literally zero examples of him being omnipotent. The closest is omniscient - but even there it's not the case. Traditionally the parent writes the guy a letter or he spies on you with elves. And if punishing the bad and rewarding the good makes him like God, then the police are a way better contender for the role. After all, the police are everywhere all the time (omnipresent). No, social Justice as a religion does not make sense. You can't just shoehorn feminism and SJWs into the 'religion' category. If you want a better comparison, it is borderline identical to the Maoist cultural revolution. In other words, you should be looking at hyper-nationalism and tribalistic paranoia. Calling it a religion gives it legitimacy.

Every case I've seen involved them or a male very close to their heart being torn down, or having something else done to them.

I'd set the topic. Starting with "what do you think about the Harvard university study debunking the pay gap?" I'd then cut off her mic at exactly the ten minute mark, thank her for her time, and repeat that the subject was the study.

It's not a religion. It's a secular ideology similar to Marxism. And the Crusades were about turning back an invading army. Don't you know history?

Well, if you are genuine about that - and I hope you are - you'll like this one. There's also the egallitarian sub, but stay away from Men's Lib. I haven't personally seen your post, but we do get a lot of trolls and people trying to bait us. You may have activated everyone's ire with some badly chosen words. White boys can have long hair too, and I think it's becoming more common. Are you saying those boys would get to fight under this referee? If not then it's sexism because they don't make you cut your hair for women's competitions. It is racist too - but it is also 100% sexist. He had his dreads tied up tight, and he was willing to fight that way - and had been doing so. Loose short hair would be way more easy to grab than that.

I think we need an intervention. :p Lol, probably. I think most scientific theories were rejected by the church and they even sent some people to jail/sentenced them to death, like Galileo. Actually, when you go looking for scuffles over science you don't really find much, and what you do does just tend to come back to Galileo. That story is a whole debate on its own, but it's worth noting that Galileo was head of the Vatican's original Scientific Academy. If I remember, it was the Pope himself …

Thank you, and I will add that. Would it be okay if I did it like this, for readability? When I was making min wage, working 30 hours a week and getting predictably behind in child support (which was automatically garnished) I would have my drivers license, fishing license AND my security guard license revoked monthly. I had to contact the county agency each month, have them verify a partial payment, then reinstate my licenses so I could continue working. Each month I was able to make a partial …

Heresy is a corruption of doctrine - not a complete rejection of it. A heretic is one who (for example) professes to be a Christian, but doesn't believe in the divinity of Jesus. You are thinking of an apostate. Your source does not look reliable, but even if they are factually correct they don't support your argument. 75 people burned to death between "1500 to ~1700" is 2.6 per year for the entire Catholic domain spanning all the known world. Which would make it very uncommon - which is what I …

My ability to not respond is terrible, lol. I can stop any time I want, I swear! Good point. I don't think we can say for certain if religious people or atheists have the more blind and gullible people. However, I will say it's not a coincidence most scientists, etc are atheists. They may be more atheist than not (statistics do vary) but historically it's the other way around. There even used to be the stereotype of the priest scientist. I think it's hard to say that the atheism is linked to act…

Absolutely - she's a real piece of work. But you should look up the tweet in context. She's being absolutely awful to her critics and men generally, but the shoot all men part is sarcastic.

Majority of the dead during the genocide were male. Women cut up babies and children with machetes. http://citeseerx.ist.psu.edu/viewdoc/download?doi=10.1.1.424.6450&rep=rep1&type=pdf Note that there is still a tiresome lack of info on male victims. Most of the report focuses on women and girls.

You could take a look at some of the stories from the Men Are Human Archive. This is our very worst one, so far. But if you don't have the stomach for it, here is a more general set of accounts about sexual assault. And we have two about Gaslighing of men (check comments for the other one). False Accusations are also abuse. Hope that helps!

Since we're both trying to end this I'll try to be as selective as I can here, and mainly respond to the direct questions! But if (suffering is) necessary, why fight against it? I'd say to read 'The Problem of Pain' and see what you think. It's not a long book, and it addresses all of this from the perspective of a former atheist (and not with any unkindness). I think we'll probably eliminate the vast majority of it in this century, and humanity will thrive like never before. Humanity might hurt…

I think it's pretty relevant generally. Always read the study all the way through! I once came across one that 'debunked' the idea that running barefoot is more efficient that shod. The 'barefoot' people in the study were all wearing shoes with the toes cut off + yoga socks. And none of them had barefoot experience. Kinda got to read those studies properly, in other words.

Thanks a lot! The whole thing is very interesting, but this part especially stuck out and I thought it deserved special notice: Today, I decided to fully protest against men getting raped. All I see across peoples social media’s are “believe women” “girl power” and “no means no” but instead of the ‘o’ it was the female gender sign. This is where I had a problem. I think what's happening here is you have a lot of baggage left over from feminism that is maybe making things harder for you than they should be. We are mostly egalitarians who focus on men's issues. We fully support equal rights for all, equal responsibilities, and equal opportunities. You may also be noticing more and more that feminism is not actually about equal rights, even though it sells itself that way. Honestly, if you feel confused maybe you should call yourself an egalitarian for now…

There is some good understanding here, and I'm glad to see nuance. What they only touch upon are circles of initiation. If you want a good example of how a cult operates, there are three go-to ones I use to demonstrate them: Scientology (Alien spirituality) - Cults tend to have many layers of initiation where the members 'assend' towards the inner circle, thereby becoming closer to The Leader. The studies themselves are published on reputable sites, which means they are entirely valid. I'm not sure what posting them for a bunch of enthusiasts would achieve when they are already peer-reviewed. If I posted them on those subs I expect I'd get a few positive or neutral responses, and maybe even some actual feedback - and then dozens of militant atheists would brigade me from the atheism sub, all of them flinging ideological poo at me and screaming insults. They are entirely reproducible. I am the one with the citations. You just don't care because you have already made your mind up. Maybe they're ignored because it's complete bunk? Good grief. That's circular logic. You are saying that secularists ignore evidence, therefore the evidence is false. You are taking your conclusion and deriving your premise from it.

You do? Okay then. I guess if you are willing to ignore citations you can debunk anything. In that case - America doesn't exist. Don't bother giving me any citations, I won't look at them.

Does prayer influence the success of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer? Report of a masked, randomized trial. J Reprod Med. 2001;46:781–7. [PubMed] Lesniak KT. You cannot prove the existence of God because you cannot reproduce the presence or effects of divinity in any way. I literally gave you two studies showing that prayer works /u/Standard_Rules_Apply. Your theology is also pretty poor. Would you say that Abraham, Moses, and everyone else who met God in the Bible had 'no faith in him'? It's a meaningless distinction even if you say yes. If somebody has unmistakably proven that God is real. Doesn't it stand to reason that every person on God's green…

As to your arguments about God having automatic consent - they're irrelevant.Picture book' understanding of Noah's Ark. If you had any clue about the Bible you'd know that most Christians and Jews through history (up until Bishop Usher in the 1500s) saw the Genesis stories as largely metaphorical. St Augustine himself cautioned against taking them literally. Also: it wasn't two of literally every animal - it was two of every "kind" of animal they had locally. I admit it's really hard to read in that format, especially at the beginning - but there's a lot of heavily related stuff in there. Plus there's a bit about how cops see domestic abuse calls. But, much more than that, it's about how up to a third of police shootings could have been spur of the moment suicides - which opens u…

I'm not totally convinced that putting the blame on feminists will help and the majority of are problems are caused primarily by feminists. E.g. Higher work-related fatalities is much higher for men. Actually men are equally likely to experience all those things, it just doesn't get reported as much. According to the CDC men are victims of domestic violence at a rate that's higher than women, and when you count stats like 'made to penetrate', men are raped in equal numbers to women - and that is before you take into account the lower reporting rate and the fact police don't want to bother with it. As you might have guessed from the 'made to penetrate' clause, the statistics have been manipul…

I've been a bit busy setting up the new Discord Server and getting it going, so there's been a bit of a gap since the last article. We should be picking back up now though. Let me know if you have a similar story!

Thanks a lot.

I wouldn't end my friendship out of something so small as a disagreement, and I can support a trans person's right to exist without supporting the parental 'right' to flip your child's gender without their permission.

/r/MensRights04/12/18 08:30 PM

I'd dare say I sense a feeling of being afraid to directly confront transactivism as the problem and if so that's not surprising giving the tactics of intimidation employed. Well, I admit I have trans friends who hate the movement so this is coming from someone with mixed feelings.

Wow. That is toxic as hell. Please keep supporting him! In fact, how about keeping a body cam handy and logging everything she does? Maybe if you show them what she is up to it will help. By the way, would you let me add this as an article on www.menarehuman.com for awareness? I want to counter exactly this kind of emotional abuse. If you could keep a written log of more examples too, that would really help.
/r/MensRights04/12/18 02:38 PM
2

I have sympathy for her past, but that's emotional abuse. She's using it as leverage and a way to force you to feel bad for her and give her special treatment. She will hold that over your head until it doesn't work anymore, then find something else. I think she really needs counciling for it. Your own emotions are a natural blockade created because there's only so many times you can be battered like that. You should not feel bad because you don't react - your subconscious knows she is manipulat…

I'm itching to post this telegraph article, if you are taking suggestions: https://www.telegraph.co.uk/education/2018/11/16/boys-left-fail-school-attempts-help-earn-wrath-feminists-says/ I would do it myself, but for some reason I can't post anything in that sub. ;)
/r/MensRights04/12/18 12:07 PM

Thanks a lot for your interest! As others may have mentioned, suicide is a key issue - as is the lack of empathy for male issues. On top of that, you may face opposition - but don't let it get to you.
/r/MensRights04/12/18 12:02 PM

Others have covered this in more detail, but here is a prime example of the empathy gap in action: https://www.reddit.com/r/MensRights/comments/a2s51v/judge_offered_condolences_to_a_woman_who_lost_her/?utm_source=reddit-android

I have even more questions for them when you are done, lol. New account suggests permanent bans. I don't think OP hates trans, or should. They are talking about the movement, which does have some very toxic feminist leaders. Did you know they have started protesting gay prides?
/r/MensRights03/12/18 12:54 PM
4

Absolutely. There is a lot of nuance here and not every trans person is sane or saintly. If we could take the movement out of Feminist hands it would calm the hell down and more trans people would get involved. I know plenty who wouldn't touch it with a 20 foot pole - it's just turned so toxic.
/r/MensRights03/12/18 12:52 PM

I've heard about guys like this. Actual literal saints, the lot of them. I can't even be reminded about them without shedding a couple of tears.

A little bit too much bitterness for me, but not wrong when it come to what Feminists care about.

Yeah, this is all the kinda shit (secular) cults pull. I'd say they are ignorent or lying about their stats because the CDC shows men are abused more than women. Judging by the manipulation, I'd lean towards them outright lying.

One of the key nuances in this entire thing that gets missed a lot is definitely that part about transgender people not being the main part of the movement. Most trans people aren't in the movement, and the movement is largely Feminists and other similar groups. Feminists tend to toxify anything they touch, which is why this is such a messed up issue right now when it shouldn't be.
/r/MensRights03/12/18 09:17 AM
3

You get people who just don't believe in trans as a thing on every sub, but I don't think they mean it maliciouslly.
/r/MensRights02/12/18 10:44 PM

I think most of us are pretty much neutral or don't care that much. The ones who do, it's largely because of this issue where they make the make bathrooms gender neutral and leave the female ones female. Kinda ticks people off. However, one trans thing we are all very interested in is how you were treated before and after transitioning. Trans people's experience of society from both sides of the gender divide makes for some interesting perspective on how both men and women are treated. If you an…

Replace the word 'men' with 'women' and suddenly the tweet is suspiciously accurate, I think.
/r/MensRights02/12/18 03:19 PM

Absolutely. I meet women every day who aren't like that. It's one of 'those' arguments, I think - the ones made to try and make the reader as extreme as the writer.
/r/MensRights02/12/18 02:20 PM

Sorry, that was meant to come over as an eye-roll agreement. I got that it was ironic.
/r/MensRights02/12/18 02:18 PM

If you are sure. But you need to realise that talking about certain men's issues there in a way that doesn't attack men will get you banned. For example, try posting this news article.

Takes the tone that the cutting is a good thing, sigh.
/r/MensRights02/12/18 01:20 PM

Agreed. They call us alt right and nazis even though it doesn't make any sense. They call us homophobic, and then when one of us says 'I'm black and gay' they label them 'deluded self-haters'. Which just goes to show how much stock they put in the intelligence of other races and minorities.
/r/MensRights02/12/18 01:18 PM

Women do as well. They cover all this stuff up with rhetoric to make people think the process is 'harmless'.

At the weekend the man would be painting the house, mowing the lawn, fixing this or that, doing the dirty jobs, and generally helping around the house. Never mind the fact that he just worked a full week - back then men were expected to do both. This idea that men don't help around the house is crazy. Sometimes they BUILT it!
/r/MensRights02/12/18 10:32 AM

Ditto!
/r/MensRights02/12/18 10:29 AM

Well.... you can't get a man to go to the doctor when he's actually dying because he doesn't want to be a bother - but he gets a cold and it's 'Man Flu'. I'm pretty sure these two things are linked, but we avoid talking about it because a man's job is to be the hero to his family. Heroes don't tell people when they get sick, so any man who shows weakness is shameful. At least that's my take on it.

I think what he is talking about is the fringe theory going round that early university Feminists copied a handful of Marxist talking points (not Marxism itself) and basically started portraying women as the proletariat and men as the bourgeoisie. It's possible that their talk of men as an 'opressor class' came from that, but it's hard to say. It would explain why people who follow one often follow both - but I'm somewhat on and off the fence about it.

I'm personally happy with a 50/50 split as a step up either way. I think it should be the default, and alimony should absolutely be capped. Or at least means tested.

Hope so!

Not sure I totally agree with dramatic face guy's logic, but Feminists really are very sexist whatever way you look at it. Feminism certainly talks about women as if they were mentally incompetent sex-slaves in eternal need of affirmative action. It's pretty unflattering when you follow the implications.

The system is already rigged by 'positive discrimination' for women, including grants and provable discounts on the qualifications they need for jobs. The world cares more about their welfare and has done everything possible to try and advantage them. Even when self employed the wage gap exists. You are asking for even more equality of outcome over opportunity, and even more advantages and privileges. I don't think you realise how absolutely sexist that kind of thing is. I would agree if you ask…

If you'd like to write about your experiences, I'm looking for stories or articles from trans members of the sub for www.menarehuman.com. I'm hoping to get the perspective of someone who has seen both sides of the gender divide.

I scrolled down quite a way and didn't see it. Could you link to it?

Oh, I just was wondering if you would elaborate more on this change of law. If you would like to be anonymous that's fine. If you don't want to that's also okay. But I will need to have a few links to show that the law is actually in place and as you describe. Let me know if you are interested. You don't have to publish it on my website at all - not if you don't want. In fact, if you have a link I can sort something out by myself if you prefer.
/r/MensRights29/11/18 07:31 PM

I think that's really unfair and really harsh of you. Goodmod stickies posts to start conversations as much as anything. Also: making them watch the red pill would have to be step two or three after that. You have to open their minds before you even sit them down to something like that.

I'm not straight either. XD We aren't immune from it though! Gaslighting is about slowly making a person doubt their own mind, and it works best on people who are dependent or unsure of themselves. That makes vulnerable people the main targets of it, so it's hard to say if it would work on us particularly. I've seen it in debates a lot, and it's a particular tactic of unscrupulous people of all stripes. It's especially common in Russian politics. For example, when Putin blamed England and the Je…

Hello! Welcome to the sub. You are correct - men are forced to sign up for selective service (volunteer for the draft) to even get close to equal treatment. Women get a 63% sentencing discount due to pure unequal treatment. They are also suspected half as often. A lot of it isn't even defined legally; it comes down to guidebooks and codes of practice that favour women. Ultimately, our biggest hurdle is the empathy gap between men and women: https://menarehuman.com/nobody-cares-about-boys/ Some o…

Like Goodmod says, you could wear a white ribbon next to it in order to deflect that blame. People will be shames rather than angered by that. You don't have to be confrontational if it means your job.

Too right. This is why I say male Feminists are basically show poodles. They have no equality in the movement. If we treated female MRAs the way they treat their 'male allies', they'd up and leave - and they'd be right to do so. Note for new people - there's a big reason I said female members, not allies. Female MRAs aren't allies or helpers - they are fully a part of our movement and its leadership. That's the primary difference between us and the Feminists - equality is fundamental to us.
/r/MensRights28/11/18 11:31 AM

Wear a black ribbon instead. Tell people you are mourning the male victims of domestic violence and if they try to bring it around to women just show them stuff like this: https://menarehuman.com/sexual-harassment-men-and-boys/ Tell them the CDC says men are victims in equal numbers and you won't stand for them erasing victims of any gender. Use the phrase "male victims are not second class citizens" But use your common sense if it looks like this may hurt your job.

/r/MensRights28/11/18 11:17 AM

I think it's far more basic. Some will take that view that it's about female equality - but for the most bitter it isn't quite this. For the militants, women ARE feminism - and so to criticise Feminism is to attack women. It's part of the tribal pillar theory that says when you criticise a person's idology they often act as if you were attacking them and their entire way of life. It's what makes talking about any polarised issue really annoying.

That's why they say 'by a spouce'.
/r/MensRights28/11/18 10:52 AM

Abusers often use the 'firehose of lies' approach to attack a person. The idea is that the contradictory statements make you doubt your own mind and memory, pushing you to rely on the abuser. It's basically the biggest tool of gaslighting.

It's "I wanted a girl" syndrome. She doesn't care that her son hasn't consented, or that he can't, or that he is utterly opposed to it. This is a case study in how a good thing can be corrupted beyond recognition by a malevolent. This is not what transgender people wanted.

Andria Dworkin FTW. One of the founding mothers of feminism, and a nasty peado. Thinks it's okay to sleep with little boys (or rape men) as long as they aren't erect. Total creeper. Damaged goods. You have to be careful with people like that. The problem is you are dealing with somone who is using a hateful ideology to cope with an anxiety condition. /r/MensLib is not a mens rights sub. It is a feminist sub for men masquerading as a mens rights sub. If a feminist principal hurts men, they go out of their way to embrace it. They also engage in some really crazy ideological stuff and tend to deny a lot of men's issues. I do not recommend it. /r/MensRights is already pro female. Everyone is pro female. OJ was somewhat of a special case, and he has basically admitted it now. That said, for rape trials it's just as bad or worse in the UK. We had a recent scandal with the police trained to withold evidence to put innocent people away, and the Guardian has regular articles saying that the standard of evidence in trials needs to be zero or that every acquittal is a rapist going free. It's crazytown.
/r/MensRights25/11/18 10:46 AM

I think it's a lot more unfair to the men having to have a woman watch them pee. The women can just go in the stalls and hide. The men may not be able to if there is a line.
/r/MensRights25/11/18 10:43 AM

These courses demonise men. Did you know that gender studies teach stuff like this: https://www.nypost.com/2017/09/15/outraged-woman-crusades-against-dog-park-patriarchy/amp/ They aren't educating people. They are selling them a crazed ideology.

It's why men who get shoved into courses on consent go in knowing what it really is and come out really confused.

Let me guess why: it might make men nearly equal.
/r/MensRights24/11/18 02:30 PM

No. It's more likely because they can't take anything that contracts the narrative. Feminist subs that don't pre-ban people will instantly van you for disagreeing politely with them. Make a new account and go on twoX, then post anything even mildly critical of whatever anti-male thing is trending right now. Instant ban.

Self reporting is the only metric we have here - and that is what is lowering those stats. It's the same deal with domestic violence and rape - men don't lead the statistics because nobody really wants to count them (except the CDC, who show that they lead those stats). For example: nobody knows that my boyfriend has extreme anxiety and depression because he won't seek help - he doesn't think he 'deserves it'.

If you or /u/The_Tightest_Anus want to tell people about your anxiety and other issues, I'm willing to make an article about it for www.menarehuman.com. Absolutely no pressure, and you can be completely anonymous. I have it myself, so I do understand.

I'm sure you'll give me a thorough breakdown on how St Tomas Aquinas would relate this to his commentaries on Aristotle, or general morality. If not - pick literally any famous monk who was a theologian and any subject they covered. In other words: I think what you are saying is pretty silly.
/r/MensRights23/11/18 11:39 AM

In other words, this is literally them saying "don't you dare criticize us or say feminism does bad things". But, okay, it's 'enough feminists'.

Okay, I won't deny that something rather like Patriarchy exists there - but here's the thing. What you are missing when you see things like this are the men who get arrested for having lunch with a woman, and the women who go on twitter posting things like "have they no shame!?" in response to it. You have to realise that 'honour killings' are often organized like a coup. The mother is often involved. I've actually heard of cases where the mother 'forgives' the killer (that she and her family ch…

I've invited OP to share their story on www.menarehuman.com and was wondering if you'd be interested in doing the same? Trans members of the community have some interesting perspectives on gender and what it is to be male or female. Would you be willing to tell me a little bit about your experiences?
/r/MensRights23/11/18 08:32 AM

Hello there! We were just talking about trans members of the community on our new Discord last night. Trans members have a very interesting perspective on gender and I was wondering if you or any other trans members would like to tell me a bit about your experiences for an article on www.menarehuman.com? It can be entirly anonymous, if you'd prefer.

Honestly, if you want to see if they are really sincere just post something like this and see what happens. If they debate it honestly and say things like 'maybe feminism needs to change' then they are at least a little sincere. If they instantly ban you and delete it then they are totally insincere and you aren't missing anything. And if they don't ban you for that, maybe follow up with something like this.

I have a hunch that if reporting being a male victim of rape or DV was totally normalised, we'd probably eclipse the reports by women. That's purely based on how normal it seems to be for women to hit men.

A lot of us help, others are here for emotional support. The problem here is that feminism actively fights against us - they are our main opponents for achieving equality, and they leap into the debate whenever we try to get involved. We don't ask them to - they just turn up to our protests and make anti -male laws. They are behind the Deluth model and they do things like this: www.telegraph.co.uk/education/2018/11/16/boys-left-fail-school-attempts-help-earn-wrath-feminists-says

Men hide their mental health because they get attacked for it. Often by women. I trust the suicide statistics to prove how much worse men have it.
/r/MensRights22/11/18 12:07 PM

Yeah. I saw this coming from the trailer. I was pretty excited about the film too. It's hilarious how the Feminist princesses are almost all characters who have been saved by men.... Feminism is literally gaslighting, which is a kind of emotional abuse. This film is abusive.

Thanks for telling us. Would you let me repost this on www.menarehuman.com for awareness? If you can expand on it that would be really helpful. I've known Argentina is bad for a while, but I didn't realize it was this far gone. You aren't alone, believe me.

That's not accurate. Science didn't exist in the same way and there is nothing at all to suggest that the world ever hunted them down. Feminists, however, are gearing up to do exactly that.

Have you ever read up on 'Nudge' theory? Tech companies like Google have been applying it for years. They don't have to de-list anything - they can just tweak the search ranking. You should also realise that women support what goes on in India, Saudi Arabia, and most of Africa. More than that - those places are highly repressive to men. They aren't patriarchies. They are tyrannies. Patriarchy theory is made up.
/r/MensRights21/11/18 05:23 PM

I think this is likely happening because feminism hasn't had time to browbeat every man in the country into submission so they are basically on equal footing with the Indian MHRM.
