I think the advice is good, but I think I'd actually dislike talking to the "good example" guy. I'd probably be thinking "Oh, I look like that type of person, huh? Thanks for making assumptions about me." Interesting. I haven't heard much of this perspective and I'll definitely take it into account. In my experience, most people use my assumption as a way to jump into something that is true (either by feeling the need to correct me or agreeing with it). However, if doing this sort if guessing is…

That could totally work. As long as you do it playfully enough. Another fun name game is I'll force the girl to remember my name when I'm grabbing her number just to stir up some drama: Her: "Ok so what is your number?" Me: "Wait, what my name?" Her: "uh..." Me: "Wow... really? If this is just some random thing to you. We don't have to do this at all. I don't want be just some other random guy to you." Her: "No no, it's ok. What's your name? I'm sorry." However, I think that if you still don't h…

I really wish people would read "How to Win Friends and Influence People" Great book. There's even an audiobook for those who didn't want to commit download read it (go download it people!). One big thing this article left out is being very animated. People really dig that because it shows you, yourself, are invested in the conversation and the other members. It shows you have positive energy and you're willing to invest it for them. Yeah I didn't include anything related to being positive or ha…

I wrote this for a non-seduction blog; I figured I would throw it up on my own and share it with you guys!

You just discovered a real world application of a psychology trick known as the Ben Franklin effect! I also use this to great effect in coffee shops. It doesn't have to be limited to college :) Simply put, if you get someone to do a favor for you, they like you more to resolve cognitive dissonance: Ben Franklin Effect

If you want to make the moment feel more special: "You know that awkward moment in the beginning when two people are trying to figure out how each other kisses? We totally didn't have that."

From a psychology of happiness course I took: Social comparison, either comparing yourself to people better off or worse off than you, will leave you more more depressed and prone to anxiety. Being happy for other's success, especially a friend's success, not only helps your mood but strengthens your relationship with that person. A portion of the class on relationships actually mentioned that this is a CRUCIAL aspect to successful relationships. A lack of clearly celebrating your partner's succ…

You Only Live Twice - approach and open so many girls you accidently open the same girl twice. This has happened to me multiple times through day gaming. It's one of the funniest things ever. Ended up burning a bridge with a girl I went out with once... woopsie :)

It's possible. She was certainly down to have sex; I couldn't have pulled off what I did if she wasn't already ok with the idea of sex or if she had a bad logistical situation. The cards were in my favor at the start and I used that to my advantage.

Ha. Yeah it might certainly be the case ;) I usually get compliments on the pants, but, of course, people who like them are the ones who will tell me. They're definitely polarizing (as evidenced by yours and other comments). I think the two most important things when dressing are: 1) Congruence with my personality - I'm an over the top, eccentric person in general. Wearing ostentatious apparel isn't for everyone for sure. I'm loud, my sense of humor is loud, and my clothing is too. 2) Dressing t…

Is making your clear intentions (relationship/date/fun, whatever) known, actually that bad? No, making your intentions known shows a lot of confidence. You might screen out a few girls with that style, but I like girls who are more comfortable with sexuality anyway. In fact, that is a big part of my particular style. The usual approach I do during the day is very direct: "Excuse me. I was just walking by and I saw you and I thought you were absolutely gorgeous. You have this confidence in your w…

Take a 15-20 minute power nap before you go out. It can work wonders. Or red bull. Also, your diet, how much you sleep, how much you exercise, if you're getting your vitamins, etc can all make a difference in your energy levels. You can also just day game if that's when you're most awake :)

I'm a good looking guy, but was absolutely terrible with girls until the last couple years. What helped me was hanging out guys that were good with women, and practicing talking to people for years. It was only after that happened that girls started telling me in person that I was really good looking. When that happens I usually make a joke out of it, and do the female role reversal: "I'm not just a piece of meat you know. I have brains and emotions!" Acting humble and not full of yourself about…

This. Even without IOIs I just assume they're going to be attracted to me soon anyway, and it doesn't matter. Don't over think it. Just approach.

There's nothing wrong with being low energy. I do a lot of daygame and that is particularly suited for a lower energy interaction. Though nighttime there are situations that it is better to be full of energy, I wouldn't say it's absolutely necessary. What's important is matching the energy level of those situations you are interacting with. For example, you're going to look like you're on coke if you're fist pounding non-stop in a quiet bar. Alternatively, no one is going to hear you or notice y…

What I've found to be helpful is getting into the routine of always trying to get the number. For now an easy way to get the number you might try is qualify, then ask for the number. An example would be "I'm really happy you're into X. I feel like we could really click. I'd love to talk to you more over coffee." Emphasizing the word "talking" instead of saying "date" also eases it up a bit. Eventually you'll come up with more ways that you like to number close. The most important thing here thou…

Courtesy of Adam Lyons: He wouldn't be able to get same night lays really, but on his day 2's he would go to a video store with a girl. They would just peruse and he would find one that she hadn't watched/they both hadn't watched. Then they'd buy it and he be like "Here I'm giving this to you for safe keeping." Then every time she sees the DVD at her place she'll think of you... it's devilishly powerful. To get the date to go watch it you just say "let's watch it, you provide the cinema, I'll pr…

Really, the best thing is to learn how to do a partner dance such as salsa, swing, or tango. If you find a girl who can do it with you, even if you don't want that girl, every other girl on the dance floor is watching you in envy. I've seen this happen many times before. In the short term, here are some strategies my friends and I use: -Being a silly motherfucker. This is my general personality so it fits me perfectly. One thing I'll do in a more crowded dance floor is go up to a girl and tell h…

I have to second this sentiment. My one critique of this post is number 1. For some situations, yes, showing up on time can work wonders in the way OP mentioned. However, it can be beneficial to show up late as well. One example would be a party with many of your friends being there/people you know there. You get social proof when they all are happy to see you (especially if they're already a little drunk and are overly happy to see you). Additionally, there's the situation that ulyssesss mentio…

This is a great example of something I learned in a psychology of happiness course that I took called Hedonic Adaption. Essentially, it is the idea that (mentally stable) humans adjust to their baseline happiness level after a given period of time, no matter how amazing or terrible an experience was. People who get married/get into new relationship only show increased happiness for a period of about three years before returning to baseline. Widows who had their spouse die only showed decreased h…

I did this many times with girls while drunk. I'd say it only work positively about 20% of the time, with the rest of the time girls just telling me that "You're really drunk aren't you." To be fair, when I did this I was usually not particularly sober, but this always seemed to prompt them to say that.
