Did you think a lot about sex during that time? In my case, when I totally "forget" about sex, the longer I abstain, the easier it gets and the less interested I'm females, getting sex etc. Conquering primal desires is the most MGTOW experience I had so far. Very liberating.

Everything starts with thoughts. Sexual thoughts are the most treacherous during longer streaks. Meditation helps the most. (many claim that 20 minutes is an optimal minimum and 1 hour is perfect, if you have so much time throughout a day). Conciously choose not to look at female butts/tits etc. with lustful look, because sooner or later this lust will haunt you and make you relapse. Clear your mind and be aware of appearing thoughts.
