I agree with that I see what you’re saying. I did not mean dread in a manipulative sense, I meant if the conversation doesn’t go well, then he should know in his mind that it’s over and he should withdraw attention and be aloof until she’s finally moved out. Yeah. Find a vocal coach and take vocal lessons. You don’t have to take that many. Tell them what your goal is, and take a few lessons to get started. I know this is a short term fix but instead of Xanax if you need something to have every once in a while just in case for anxiety, a script of beta blocker’s work well and seem to be a lot less addictive and harmful than Xanax.
