So you are pro the system that benefits those who are already winning. If you are a victim of the single income life style then you should just go away and die alone until you can change the world in your economic favour. Just lift the world atlas, some people were born able to do it.

Most single men are struggling with rent and career. We have spare cash for a gym membership. Most men can't afford this. Pop your head out of your bubble from time to time

You realise if things keep trending this way economically that single men who cannot get a long term partner will end up homeless in 5-10 years if they earn minimum wage or close to. It's not just about feeling lonely and touch starved it is also about being able to save for the future

He's refusing to allow anyone from the old regime on his ranks. That's good enough for me. Sod off you actual looser and come back when you have an idea for actual change that dosnt involve voting for the people who scuppered the country to begin with. Out of interest did you get dressed with relative ease this morning or was that a bit of a hurdle to overcome? I don't rate you too highly. It's not about ethnicity. It's about nationality and disliking enclaves and remittances sent abroad untaxed. I'm an Arab and ill be voting for him. Because even if his party is "a pack of lies" it's at least a party that will be moving in my direct interest and has a better shot at actually changing things than anything else. So you are saying I ought to start pleasing women. Unless you are a nobody that is I suppose that's a bit of a loop hole. Women have all the space in the world get out of her with your rubbish. Here is my shorthand code for patriarchy theory and it's implimentation: Hereis a thing Does thing directly prioritise/benefit women? Allow me to oversipmlify decades of issues and conflict : Women belive they have it worse, whilst by any form of measurement they have things better. This wouldn't be a problem but women are holding the power getting upset over smaller and smaller issues in the name of their equality. Any attempt to reason them into a different opinion is met with blocks, bans and suppression. Meanwhile discarded men are suffering with problems that will never be addressed whist being told by the same women who …

Dismantle it? No not at all I'd just take steps to change our social framework with it in mind. E. G. Benefits for younger men so they can keep up with their female counterparts economically, death to all dei and push a pure meritocractic society. Shame women for engaging with hookup culture and bring back traditions like virgins getting married. I think dismissing gynocentrism as just blaming everything on biology is a bit short sighted no? I too think there could be a solution, but if you think it can take a form women will oppose, you'll be swiftly corrected. We need to acknowledge and accept that the default position for people will always be pro woman. What wrongs we right from this standing point is another matter, but as I said before, there is nothing to learn from women. They didn't consciously come to this position, so why are …

There is nothing to learn, Feminists are not some hyper social servants playing society like an instrument, they are just pulling at our biologically programed behaviour of putting women first. Any men's rights group who copy feminist tactics will just fail, due to the simple fact that they are not advocating for women. We can learn from their mistakes and eventual downfall, but make no mistake we are held to far higher standards than they are. It's not the same game

I think it's only natural for wanting a traditional masculine role to live by when it's no longer a viable option socially or economically for most men. Grass is greener n all that. As for men not being held as disposable, I don't think that is a reasonable expectation to assume we can change that. The mentality of women and children first is as old as human society, it's hard baked into us. Personally I'd be happy with respecting men for taking the brunt of the hardship as a solid compromise be…

Feminists have been doing crap like this to enrich themselves ever since the weak men of our past let them into adcedemics. Gay rights had public support here in Britain. So did feminism. We have had 70 years of men are evil and deserve nothing and the only MP I can think of who agreed somthing needed to be done did nothing during his career because he was just shut down. You want to actually make change? Keep holding evil women to account publicly at the risk of your employment. Keep doing the right thing as they call you evil. But don't expect the world to change, or it's systems. They are inately human.

25% of men are planning the rest of their life alone because they don't believe they will ever find love. One in bloody four! Holy mother of ra this has gotten bad. I feel like I lost brain cells after reading that... Men have always gone and done their own thing. Hermits and scholars, acolytes and travelers. The only difference to the lonely men of the modern age is that we are aware that we are alone because we have fallen short of what was expected of us. Quite a few good questions here, but each is quite dense as a topic. Getting the easy out of the way, naturally all of my post is my opinion, but more importantly I belive it to generally all be true, not because I want it to be but because it explains behaviour, social patterns and most importantly a path for men who want to have healthy long term relationships. I disagree, the marriage statistics are showing that women are very much not settling at all. They are chasing after someone who meets or beats the best qualities of all the men they have slept with. Some settle for a weak man they can dominate, but most refuse to settle and just keep sleeping around and adding additional criteria to their partner requirement list. We used to shame women for this behavior, engaging in it used to have consiquence. Now? It's a damn paycheck.

Bullshit. I've exclusively dated down. I'm sure many men can attest to the same thing. Men don't care what you do or how much you make or what kind of life you can offer him. Go pull your head out of your ass, you're living in the upsidown. The only men who can "refuse to date down" let's call it what it is, selection and having options, are the attractive guys that most women are going for. "dismantling" gender roles got us to where we are today. Mainly because women, as usual, only wanted liberation for themselves while still demanding more from men. We are in a post gender role society as a result. But no one is going to be happy with it. You say you want this but I bet a cursory look into your personal behaviour won't back it up. Men dont much care in my experience. It's usually women who shame older men for dating the younger women they find more attractive who give the stigma to age gaps. Don't let the opinions of the post wall harridon who can't keep a relationship shame you. They want the same men as the younger women and have to compete to get them, the shame is part of the stratagy. It depends on the demographic you are looking at. I can't speak for all MRAs, but I tend to focus issues on suicide prevention. The first group that has been the center of the movement are recently divorced fathers. Why? Because they tend to loose their entire worlds all at once. In the heartbreaking cases loosing children too. Respect is the least of their issues, the family court are telling him how much money he should be earning then stripping him of the ability to live off of that labour. T…

It's a weak attempt at "men should be feminist allies and keep putting us in positions of power, you know for your own benefit" but in reality the benefit never materialises because patriarchy theory is at best a discription of our evolution as societies and at worst a justification for taking tax money and puttion it exclusively towards women's causes. Truth has never been a neaseary component to this rubbish.

Online ragers in games are the worst. And they do chimp out at women using mics. That said calling them sad incels is an overcorrection of the problem. I have an idea, ima gender flip this and see if it stays up, hold my beer...

Respect is an interesting concept. It's fully possible to respect an enemy or opponent when in conflict and in turn be respected even though you oppose each other. But all women do not have the ability to do this. All men don't either. That's my main point of rejection of the respect all women phenominon. I stay polite to everyone because it's who I want to be, I don't see a path forward where being rude to rude people makes anything better. That said, I do still call out monstrous behaviour whe…

If they are not perceived to be the best thing for everyone they can't keep making changes to society that benefits them and keeps their bank accounts nice and full. So it's not quite pretending to care, it's about lying about the aim of their actions to benefit everyone when only women ever gain from feminist legislation. If too many men notice they are voting their way into second class citizenship, the tide could turn against them

I just say something they say about men, but turn the word man to woman and wait for the accusations of mysogony to fly. Then remind the the suicide rate have been climbing for a reason, and that skews heavily male

The Boomers really have life good don't they? Houses families and plenty of peasants to look down their noses at who must not be working properly or else they would be where they are. Anyone else laughing at the treat of being ignored? Stop complaining about the state of the world or we'll pretend you don't exist even harder 🤣 Lord have mercy these people be stupid...

A true patriarchy would not stand for men being homeless, killing themselves or raising children of another man's lineage. A true patriarchy that placed the father of a household at the center of its worldveiw would not tolerate the disrespect required for any of these to be as prevelant as they are in our culture. For patriarchy theory to hold any water, we have to ignore pop cultures depiction of the father for like 60 years and half the issues plaguing men today. Only feminism benefits for do…

A minority of people speaking here. A growing majority of millennial, gen Z and before too long gen Alpha men who feel sidelined in their own lives. Men's issues will never be as accepted as feminism, but how much do you really want to end up like them? Chugging record numbers of anti depressants

Nice to see the youth asking interesting questions. I hope the weight of the answers you are after are not too heavy. You wade into dark waters young lady. Yes actually, mostly it's younger women who tend to put themselves in front of me, outright ignore me or sneer at me like I'm somthing they've trodden in. The treatment I get from women I don't know is like being punished for weaker men's crimes, it's not a good feeling I was personally always interested in the feminism vs mra debate, first a…

I do really wish we'd stop communicating in terms like patriarchy, even if it's to make a point about what "dismantleing" it has wrought. I do think the power hungry nanny is becoming a problem, the Karen boom a couple years back highlight how much some people get off on abusing systems in place to be used with good will for the benefit of providers and consumers alike. Now it's here to yell at a dude for cycling without touching his handle bars because it makes people feel unsafe. I think the b…

Hey I am a becon for many communities in my little world, still as touch starved as your average incel. Having a community isn't a substitution for romance and affection. Even if you are valued in those communities.

So I've been working in a finance role for the last 6 months. The majority of the new hires are women. The position is fairly entree level, so we get a lot of mothers who are providing that second income for a family. We have hired men too since my time here I'd say the split is around 65/35. The individual conducting the interviews is a woman witch may be part of the bias. I the UK white collar work is in a glut of workers employment is stupid hard right now. I'd have changed jobs if I could fi…

Older women want to control who you are allowed to date so they can hold onto a first place that has long since vanished. If they are an adult, forget everything else. They judge you to feel better about themselves

I think the more productive way to view it is that women have access to any kind of life they could want to build. They can choose monogomy, marriage, family or whatever, but they choose to chase after that 1% life style and whine when they get passed up for a prettier woman. I don't not care about genuine issues like SA or open discrimination, but when what's being complained about is effectively "my life isn't perfect" it's hard to muster up any sympathy when your own life is devoid of a futur…

It's almost like men a women used to grow together at one point in time... How odd. I've been trying to communicate this for years now. You can work on yourself for years and the excersise can keep a load on the depression. But when what is demanded of you is near perfection all the time, the touch starvation and dating frustrations begin to add up until you are using food or alcohol as a coping mechanism. Feminists like to simplify the loniless epidemic to perverts just want sex because it remo…

Easy for the UK. Number all the feminists in my house of parliament now number all the MRAs. Now ask if a generally patriarchal society would permit that strong imbalance. The only way it makes sense is if you change the meaning of what a patriarchal society is to suit your narrative or purpose. It's a tool to push a feminist agenda and nothing more. Truth is not a neaseary component
