yea for me meditation has seriously stopped the clatter in my mind when I'm in conversation.I can just enjoy the presence of a fun conversation without any ojectives in mind.However I wanted to run it by guys who have been doing it for a long time of thier method.At the moment I just do silent meditation for 25 mins trying to focus on the present moment and breathing but I've seen youtube videos of guided meditation on self esteem and confidence.Should I replace mine current sessions with those …
