You have responded - in a bitchy defensive way - to nearly everyone who commented. You went out of your way to try to establish credibility and like you knew your shit in the OP when it was clear you don’t have a clue. The only person in this entire forum that thinks you have frame is you. What are the chances we are all wrong and only you are right?

Zero frame. No wonder his wife is encouraging him to get it elsewhere. She’s sick of him.

You need to read Silently Seduced by Ken Adams. It sounds like your mom manipulated you emotionally into filling needs from a young age that should have been handled by a spouse/partner, not a child. That fucks a kid up, big time, and ingrains some awful mental models. It’s called covert incest and is extremely damaging. Common results include massive rage, significant shame and self-sabotage, and a loss of a developmentally-important phase of childhood. This is much more common than is popularl…

Being attractive is much more than just physical fitness. Fitness is the buy-in for many guys… but that’s about it. Social status, personality, humor, $$, and frame are all key components after passing the appearance test. And frankly there are guys who kill it enough on those things that their fitness “buy-in” is lower than some schmucks who aren’t rich, etc. The key though is frame. It always comes back to frame if you want to get past about 12 hours with a woman.

You put your focus on the most important thing in life (to you). Your focus is on your wife. It should be on yourself: specifically bettering yourself and defining/chasing your mission. Women (who aren’t cunts) don’t want to be their man’s mission once they are in the established relationship. That’s needy, gross, and smothering. She wants to be a sidekick on the adventure in your life. You sound needy and boring as FUCK.

Go outside. Find a heavy object. Pick it up. Repeat. Find a slightly less heavy object. Pick it up and press it over your head. Repeat. Find a way. There are ripped guys in plenty of 3rd world countries w no gym/AC/car who find a way. Are they better than you?

You are talking about kids with a woman you have dated for 3 months and her minor period irritability is enough to set you off. I’ve ID’d your problem and it’s that you are a gigantic vagina.

You are the Captain. It's your job to bring the fun and excitement. It's her job to bring the relationship. Fun is a combination of You + Activity. For guys who are awesome, they basically bring the fun just by being them. I doubt that's you now but it could be someday. Think about that. So now you need to bring the Activity. You suggested one but mommy said no so you didn't. Go fucking do it anyway! Go be awesome. She might join you, she might not, but either way you are being awesome. You are …

When you get the lab back, the results will give a massive range like 250-950. Note this range is not age-adjusted at all. Do your own homework to find out what an average mid-40s guy should have with T and then decide if you want to be average. Average sucks.
/r/MarriedRedPill11/02/21 11:59 AM

Something’s wrong - maybe with you - with those numbers. Your bench shouldn’t plateau at 140 for a set of 5 if you are mid-30s and 5’11. Possible factors: - you are actually a woman (possible) - you aren’t eating enough (not likely if you are gaining weight) - your form is ass (probable) - you have a bad case of fuckarounditis (probable) - you have a hormone imbalance like low T that affects muscular growth (possible) - you aren’t pushing yourself hard enough because you don’t know what that’s l…

Good on you for having the balls to post such shitty lifts. Rooting for you. Stick w StrongLifts. Best thing you can do though as you get stronger is get plugged in to something that you like which is going to force you to lift. CrossFit, Strongman, Powerlifting, a gym buddy, something. I’m a huge fan of strongman. It usually has novice divisions as well where no one gives a shit if you zero every event (plus the weights are way, way lower than the open events). It’s fucking awesome.

There is a 99% chance that someone who doesn’t post their lifts in OYS is in fact a bitch. You are not the 1%. Ask yourself why you didn’t post your actual lifts but instead threw up a paragraph of defensive justification about tempo and program and nonsense. No one gives a fuck about that. If you can only squat the bar, then fucking own it and say it. Ask yourself if this is symbolic of the root problem found throughout the rest of your whine-filled post. The answer is yes, yes it is. How exciting is your life? Maybe you aren’t mentioning it but it sounds fucking boring. And it sounds like your wife is bored too. Do you wear socks with sandals? That’s what your post sounds like. Do some fun shit. Bring her along occasionally if you want. Why is your bench 305 and your hex DL 355? That’s way too close unless you are truly injured (1%) or just an arm bro bitch (99%). What’s your squat? What’s your conventional deadlift?

You answered your own question. You want to stay with her because you want the kids to get what you didn’t. If you fuck that up, you will regret it. I don’t know how much. Regarding attraction to your wife, ditch porn. For many reasons. One mainly because it’s a pussy way to get sexual gratification). Another being that it could be causing serious issues in your ability to be sexually attracted to a real woman.

Good work. Be careful not to associate your improvements with her responses. Good chance this is a short-term improvement from her and she will revert at some point. Make sure you don’t. Front squats suck. Key is to get elbows up as high as possible and shove the bar into your throat. If you can breath comfortably, the bar is too far out. It should feel like a BDSM session for your throat.

You’ve got a couple of kids already so hopefully this analogy hits. Remember when one of those kids was an adorable 3-4 year old, stuck somewhere between toddler and little kid? Cute as hell at that age and funny too. Suppose it’s their birthday and they go bonkers all day. They have friends over, party, ice cream, the works. By that night, they are cranky as hell. But still cute. And normally they are really well behaved. So the exhausted but cute kid doesn’t get what he/she wants when it’s tim…

Size-wise we are pretty close. I’ve got a post up from a few months ago showing what a cut from 250ish to 225ish looked like. Keto works for me but everyone is different. Might be helpful for you. The accessory exercises are good but keep the focus / energy on the main compound lifts. Of the accessories though, I got the most bang for my buck as a former - can’t do one pull up fatty fat guy - from negatives. They suck if you do them right but they work really well. I can knock out 10+ strict now…

Your problem is that you are using reason with a pregnant woman. Even women know that's a dumb idea. Her emotions are going to be out of control until about 6ish months post-partum. Deal with it. It's a reality. My advice would be to decide to do the best you can, tell her what you are doing where reasonable, and then if/when she bitches, give zero fucks with a happy attitude and march on. Bonus is that you will have a ton of shit to tease her about after she gets some sanity back. You give too …

Progress is progress. Keep moving forward. Regarding the shit test, how you would handle it if the intern at work talked to you like that? If you would have used positional authority to squash it ("hey, you're the intern, I can get you fired!") then the analogy is pointless. The biggest reason she talks to you that way is because you expect and allow her to. Figure out why. Reframe your mental point of origin and position as the man in the relationship. This can take a while.

Two things: Your bench, squat, and dead are way too close to each other. You have clearly avoided the effort that developing a decent squat and dead take. Stop being a gym bro and get that fixed. Your legs, spine, confidence, and future self will thank you. The rules of the game are simple. Get up early; work before others even wake. Lift heavy weights 3+ times per week. Avoid worthless food. Take risks at work or find a place where you can. Save more than you spend on non-necessities. Be good to others but set strong boundaries. Read 1+ book a month that will make you a better person. It’s simple. The difficulty is in doing it consistently. Sounds like you are a bitch who needs a kick in the ass.

I was hoping someone would ask about this because this was the biggest revelation for me. MRP vets, chime in please but I’ll give my two cents too. You believe you can’t consistently control your actions when they don’t line up with your feelings. You are deceiving yourself. I think DEXA is the gold standard and even better than hydro but I had done hydro at that location before (most recently being 6-8 months before the start of the 75 Hard program) so I had a baseline to compare to. My best guess is that I went from 19ish% to 13.7% based on prior readings there.

This is going to sound self-contradictory to my point on Actions-Feelings-Thoughts vs Thoughts-Feelings-Actions but if I were to talk to me 2 years ago and try to "shortcut" it, here's what I'd tell me. Read Mindset by Dweck, Grit by Duckworth, and Atomic Habits by Clear. Listen to all the YT stuff put out by Andrew Huberman. There are multiple ways to measure body fat. The most common 'accepted' way is the scale you can stand on that has handles to grasp. It supposedly is pretty accurate but you can game it by a few % points by what you eat beforehand, your hydration, and just by flexing. The hydrostatic method is supposed to be more accurate. You get in a dunk tank, exhale as much as you can, and they measure the volume displacement, weight, etc. to calculate body fat %. A gym about 30 miles from me has a guy who h…

Women care about results, not effort. Get that through your head. That means that women don't give a shit about how strong you are until a) you win a competition [and then only for the day of], b) your neighbor's wife comments to your wife how strong you are, or c) you lift a car off someone in front of her. When in doubt, abs don't lie.

For the multiple women in here saying nagging isn't an issue (currently the top several comments), look at it from a different perspective. Suppose a man wants sex from his wife. There are plenty of studies that show that sex is a normal part of a healthy relationship. But she doesn't want it. Insert whatever reason you want. Should he nag her? /r/PurplePillDebate04/04/20 02:00 PM

You asked a question and then answered it yourself. Preferences are acceptable but that swings both ways. You can’t assume that having a high n count won’t affect your future dating options at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/04/20 01:58 AM
1

It’s interesting that you find it difficult to believe that you might meet someone who is a “perfect” fit for you in the future in terms of interests, career path, personality, humor, activities, gets along with your family, likes the same types of animals you do, etc. and yet might have a distinct preference for a woman with a low n-count. And to be clear, maybe I misunderstood your sentence regarding “people want other people” to act a certain way... but I frankly don’t care how you act. It do…

Who says they aren’t good options?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/04/20 10:56 PM
1

Ok. That’s not the point. Try to address the point. Present actions have future consequences. Adjust present behavior to avoid negative future consequences is key. That’s why people exercise, save money, don’t speed, etc. The same principle applies to dating behaviors.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/04/20 10:46 PM
1

I’m not sure I understand your point. Sure, in a monogamous relationship, you have one partner. But vetting out the right partner is critical and the more options you have to vet against, the better your chances.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/04/20 06:33 PM
1

Perhaps. Perhaps you are also discounting the possibility of high quality men, even those who have slept around, will have the ability (and desire) to choose relatively low n-count women. Both sides have choices in the matter.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/04/20 06:32 PM

She could. But she is still limiting her options unless she lies. That’s the point OP is making. It’s her choice to make, of course, but she will have to deal with the consequences, good or bad or neutral.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/04/20 05:54 PM

I don’t think we are seeing eye to eye. If a girl sleeps around with a ton of guys when she is 18-22 and then decides to settle down at 25-28 but the best possible matches are guys who don’t want to deal with that type of history, her past could negatively affect her marriage prospects. Of course, she could lie to him but that’s not exactly the best way to start a marriage.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/04/20 04:20 PM

You do realize that values typically change and evolve from 18 to 28, right?

Men are made better through certain types of suffering. It toughens us, focuses our will, and prepares us for future adversity. Lifting is suffering when done right. Squats are perhaps the best example of it. Guys who spend all day lifting arms and occasionally throwing in a set of shitty ROM leg presses miss some of the best “gains” the gym can provide. Same with guys who quarter squat because “they have an old football injury.” Fuck that. And fuck you too, Mr. I Don’t Do Any Challenging Cardio…

How well are you leading? Chances are you are a shitty leader and she is just following your lead. That’s actually good to a degree because it shows she is willing to follow. It’s also bad because weight gain and lousy sex are apparently ok with her. Regardless of what you choose, you need to fix you. Otherwise the quality of the girl won’t matter.

Break society down into four buckets. Attractive men, attractive women, unattractive men, and unattractive women. 3 of the 4 get sex. And for women, the standard to go from unattractive to attractive is “wash your face and hair and maybe don’t be fat.” I get it, the majority of men complaining are whining losers who would rather complain than work on it. However, there are reality-based differences between the genders in the SMP just like there are reality-based differences in the genders in rep…

The responses here are a bit across the board because you are too much of an autist to be able to read the situation well enough to give us the information we need. OP, whether or not this works has much less to do with the actual idea and much more to do with you. Are you a capable leader who knows his way around the gym? Heavy compound lifts generate hormonal responses in men such as increased test that have a variety of important benefits. I’m not aware of any other exercises that pack as much punch in this regard.

You didn’t have a point. You are clueless as to how men think and process on this issue. Why? Because you aren’t a man. /r/PurplePillDebate13/02/20 02:42 AM

For sure. Tons of guys take it way too far and there is certainly a point where you lose SMV by adding muscle.... but 95%+ of all guys who step foot in a gym don’t get close to that point.

Look at the “There is a disconnect” thread from 19 fucking hours ago. This pops up almost every day. Men talk about the importance of lifting for guys in the SMV. Women - at least a vocal minority - counter with “ewww, I like skinny boys.” Guess what chicks, the gains from lifting aren’t just aesthetic, hence the RP focus on lifting.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/02/20 11:35 PM

It’s entirely self-evident. Look at the fucking “There is a disconnect...” thread that you commented in from less than 1 day ago. There are plenty of women in that thread who dismiss lifting by pointing out that they like skinny guys. /r/PurplePillDebate12/02/20 11:34 PM

You are not talking about what I’m talking about. I’m saying that lifting produces mental gains that are specifically helpful to men in SMV via increased confidence, better stress relief, etc. I’m not making any claims on eating, positive or negative.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/02/20 11:13 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate12/02/20 10:16 PM

Bingo.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/02/20 10:08 PM

Why is that a cringe reason? What’s the difference between a dude going to the gym to improve his appearance so he can get laid vs a woman spending a ton of time on hair and makeup so she can get male attention?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/02/20 10:08 PM

You didn’t address the point. The point was that women often miss the most impactful portion of working out: the mental gains.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/02/20 10:07 PM
2

Fair enough but I don’t think you are in the majority on this. Do you think most guys who lift experience mental losses?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/02/20 09:24 PM
5

You are not talking about what I’m talking about. Does RP teach “go lift”? Yes. Why? There are plenty of reasons. Each of those reasons are talked about at length because it’s such a fundamental tenet to RP. What I’m talking about is that while there are sexual strategy benefits to aesthetic improvements via lifting, the most impactful benefits to a man’s life, including SMV shit, are the mental gains. And I’m saying that women here on PPD who discount lifting entirely as a sexual improvement st…
/r/PurplePillDebate12/02/20 09:23 PM
2

I’m not arguing that getting in shape / more muscular doesn’t impact your chances of getting laid purely due to aesthetics - it does. I’m saying that if you were to rank all the benefits of lifting, the most important - from a sexual strategy perspective - would be the mental gains, and that’s what many women don’t understand.

/r/PurplePillDebate12/02/20 09:11 PM

I don’t understand. You are saying that your confidence was lower because of #metoo and that somehow invalidates the benefits of lifting? Help me out here.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/02/20 09:10 PM
3

Lifting has a better carryover than running to generating a sense of power and control and accomplishment. Running can certainly be good at this but nothing beats lifting from what I’ve experienced. Those feelings translate directly to better confidence, etc. As a final straw, the aesthetic differences also play a role at this level.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/02/20 09:09 PM
14

Sure. Because it’s easier to sell a fat slob on “do this shit, you will look better and get poon” versus “do this shit, you will feel better and have more confidence.” One is tangible, the other is not (or at least not as much).
/r/PurplePillDebate12/02/20 09:07 PM
2

This is a fair point but I do think women underestimate the difficulty / time it takes to get a “normal” body. Stuff like your average male leading man in romcoms (or certainly action movies with male eye candy) takes time and effort, in the gym and in the kitchen.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/02/20 09:06 PM
5

It’s entirely unreasonable if the point is self-evident. The problem is that someone who asks for evidence for something so self-evident is also the type of person who will nitpick every example and waste time. Such as an anti-vaxxer or flatearther. Or are you saying, as a mod, that you don’t see women frequently echo the comments I just imputed to them?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/02/20 09:04 PM

It’s a ridiculous request. She is acting like she represents the majority of women when she is RP and clearly does not represent the majority of women. Most female comments on lifting here that are upvoted fall along the lines of “lifting is so dumb and pointless, I like skinny guys, I don’t like a ton of muscle.” They are posted every single day in every single relevant thread. I’m not going to play a stupid game if she is going to take a stupid position.

That guy is in the top 1% of the top 1% of physiques and a clear steroid abuser. Most guys aren’t aiming to look like him. Most men in these circles recognize that most women do like men - within reasonable levels - with more muscles than less. Plus, girls who are into fitness tend to be even more into muscles than the average woman. Those girls are fit and hot and thus many guys want to attract those girls more than most. Finally, look at most women’s romance novels. These clam flick books are …

How old are you? This just doesn't match with reality. How many married people do you know? Ok, but at what point does the ridiculousness of the issue become an impediment? For example, if a guy defines success as bedding 10,000 women by the time he is 25, that's just dumb. It's not feasible for any except 1 in a million or even less. It's like someone saying that success in football only means being as good as Tom Brady. So I'll punt to you. Where do you draw the line?

Fair. What do you mean when you say successful? That word means different things to different people. Some might say successful is good sex 2x a week with a HB7 wife with the occasional starfish but mostly high quality sex. It's not binary. You guys act like people are either chosen from birth to be chad or they are the dregs of society. Your comment on marriage is hilarious. Men who have sexless marriages, in general, caused it themselves by either vetting horribly or by no longer being the type of man that attracted the woman in the first place. Your position has zero grounding in reality. It's as close to real life as 50 Shades of Gray or Twilight. It's just nonsense.

Thanks for proving my point. Cavill is definitely on gear and the fact that a woman like you can see his physique and believe him natural is symptomatic of the issue. The problem here is a matter of perspective. Roids are a bit like plastic surgery (except you have to still have to continually workout to see the benefit). The issue is that most people can look at a pair of tits and tell if they are fake or not immediately. Sure, most people also don’t care but that’s not the point. Most people can’t look at someone and tell if they are on roids or not. So guys like Hugh Jackman, Efron, Bale, Cavill, etc. can all dope up like crazy but don’t get the “roids” st…

Most of the top answers miss the most impactful reason. Men need struggle to develop as better men. It gives us confidence, value, and frame. We need to earn, fight, win, conquer, succeed. They have the same basic needs. Food, shelter, social pairing, etc. However, what meets those needs and how those “whats” are obtained are both radically different across the sexes. In terms of sexual issues, which we are talking about here, there are such overt and subtle differences that generalizations which promote sameness are worthless at best and misleading at worst.

Who are you hunting? If you are hunting 20s on Tinder, sorry but your physique is going to be compared to gymbros. However, the 37 year old single mom is probably going to think you look great. Thanks. Nowhere close to my goals. But my goals are also not aesthetic. For example, I don’t hardly ever do bicep curls. Why? That being said, if a guy is trying to improve his chances with new girls, they don’t give a shit how strong he is. They just want to know how strong he looks. And that’s a combo of h…

If you want to get into the 1,000 club and beyond, your squat / dead numbers need to come up a lot. Why are they so close to your bench? You probably have some serious form issues or don’t brace properly. At 25% body fat, I agree on losing that first (get to 15ish or lower) and then focus on strength after that. Contrary to popular opinion, Crossfit doesn’t have to be gay. I would actually keep that up until you get to the size you want - as long as you add in 1 PL session per week of bench squa…

To answer your question, you know if you gained muscle by a few factors: you are significantly stronger, you can see the larger muscles, and/or you paid to do a decent before / after for BF% such as a hydrostatic test. The Good: You are getting stronger judging by your OYS post. You are tracking macros. You are getting your T levels under control. You are measuring your waist size consistently. Most guys dead 10-20%ish more than they squat. Most guys also don’t have an absurdly long torso. I’m 6’1 with a 31 inch inseam. That’s poverty leverage for deadlifts but excellent for squatting with the right hip joint mechanics which fortunately I have. Also, we probably have different standards on great. You are completely out of touch with reality if this is what you really think. Have you heard of Instagram? How about Sir Mix A Lot. How about women’s beach volleyball. How about Crossfit chicks. Jennifer Aniston. Jessica Biel. The list is endless. A more feminine physique is a slimmer waist, a muscled ass, and decent tone everywhere else. That’s all 100% gym stuff.

A great bod? I hit the gym 5x a week, squat 500, dead just under 500, and bench 350 and don’t have a great bod. A good bod, yeah, but girls don’t thirst over a good bod. Guys don’t magically walk into the gym and have girls thirsting. A slim chick w no muscle will get dudes thirsting. Not an even comparison at all.

You don't understand STFU if you think it's "not a strategy for growth or communication." STFU, when done correctly, generates & conveys mystery, OI, frame, abundance, power, etc. It's one of the most important, potent tools in a man's arsenal. Mastering it is far more important than AA / AM and - fortunately for OP - much more accessible than those other tools. You need to shut the fuck up because you are talking when you should still be learning. You aren't worth any more of my time.
/r/askMRP22/12/19 12:58 AM

Good points. I'll leave it at this: the advice I'm giving is to save the man, not the marriage. I think that if he tries to push back against her right now, take charge, implement some AA / AM, etc., then she is going to smack him down like a little bitch and then he'll conclude that this MRP stuff is bullshit anyway and live the rest of his days as a sad little man. Think of it in weightlifting terms. Maybe you want to squat 405 but only squat 225 right now. You don't go out tomorrow and try to…

He's already tried the "babe, I've got this." And she blows up, he crumbles, and the pattern goes on. She blows up because when he pushes back on her, she sees a faggot. Let's review. He's an admitted weak faggot with 2 decades of being asleep at the wheel in a relationship with a ball-busting, pee-standing-up wife who is probably dominant by personality. And the advice is for him to "take her to pound town" and "take the lead / start taking charge / stop walking on eggshells." That's fucking horrible advice for him. Four suggestions because what you are describing is not normal behavior for a healthy 21 year old male. First, check your T levels checked, especially if you have used Accutane in the past for acne. I have no studies / proof but anecdotally and personally, there seems to be a connection between teenage Accutane use and low T in the 20s. Note that T levels are on a bell curve and are not adjusted for age. They take all men, 18-95, and cut off 5% at the top and bottom to assign the "range." The …

You do realize you are talking to a 20 year beta who is likely married to someone who is a naturally dominant personality, right? This advice is basically "Go Rambo" given his context. It won't work or be effective because she is operating off 20 years of beta as her reference point.
/r/askMRP21/12/19 05:45 PM
5

Here's the immediate take away. Other than STFU and OYS, there's nothing you can do or expect for months as far as interactions with your dominant wife. If you aren't willing to accept that, then either go back to being beta or move on from her. If you are willing to move through that experience to see what's on the other side, then keep doing what you are doing and don't expect success now or soon from a "she is treating me differently" perspective.

Except with the right man, they are much closer to male sex drives than society wants to admit. The major barrier that women have much higher standards for the “on” switch than men do because - from a biological perspective - the potential cost is so much higher. If anything, men should be the ones with lower sex drives now if evolution worked on a generational basis instead of an epoch basis. Most men have more to lose now with less control than most women due to child support vs abortion.

Unless your wife is mentally ill, then you are a shitty leader and probably an autistic asshole who expresses emotions poorly. Bad relationship with your dad and/or your mom? Pretty robotic? My guess is yes, given how you write. She's a grown woman. She's smart enough to be in a masters program. You have separate finances. You are clearly tight with money and it's an issue with you. She took out a cc in her name to "pay" for it. All of that points to someone so desperate to make shit work that t…

Married for 15 years, a bunch of kids. My wife is a SAHM who is a fitness trainer on the side. She's honestly a HB9 for her age, I'm a recovering not-as-fat faggot. The short answer is that marriage, in my opinion, can be a significant value-add if you have excellent mate selection and you are the man you should be. In other words, for the vast majority of marriages, it's a fucking awful idea. The long answer is that I was accidentally somewhat alpha (D1 athlete) and married very young to a …

Girls were presented to be above the impurities of sexual desire whereas boys' sexual desires were presented as crass and basically gross. Boys are attracted to looks. So if girls are presented to be so much better than / above boys, why should we believe that girls are really attracted to looks when society spends so much time telling us that looks are so unimportant to girls? Pretty obvious really.

OP misses that mental health isn't just fixing what is broken. That's addressing the negative. There's also addressing the positive. If you are trying to gain weight / add muscle, move leg press and lat pull downs to accessory work (i.e. done after your main lift of the day). So? You mean to say that women don’t think of whether or not a guy is attractive, successful, etc? Bullshit. That’s ridiculous. This argument is incredibly stupid. It’s the exact same as finding words in German that describe attractive qualities in men, saying that women in the US don’t use those words (ignoring the fact that most women in the US don’t speak German) and therefore those words must not apply to men.

Women care about attractiveness, success, popularity, income earning potential, etc. These are all alpha qualities. Lifting makes a tremendous difference but it’s a long, drawn out process. These guys who bitch that they lifted for 3-6 months without girls throwing their panties at them can go fuck off. It’s a marathon. Years of work, focus, trial / error, and discipline in the kitchen. And ultimately, it needs to be about you and not for her. The funny thing is that the confidence this builds plus the discipline it shows, when combined with the aesthetic improvements, is generally very appealing to girls.

Part of this is tied to a woman getting more comfortable with a man through the course of the relationship, thus letting herself relax more and enjoy things a bit more. Here’s an easy example - my wife didn’t like vibrators when we first got them because they were so unfamiliar. 15 years later, that’s definitely no longer the case. Wrong. Being an asshole is highly correlated to being attractive and successful so people treat you in a way that makes you feel superior, hence you become an asshole over time. Plus, asshole behavior is often conflated with confidence, or at least overlaps confidence, in the eyes of women which is extremely attractive. This shit isn't hard. Be attractive. Don't be unattractive. After that, do whatever you want. Bonus points if you are a real human who gives a shit about others.
