This doesn't work for me. When sober I talk about science, engineering, world events, economics, etc., basically all the things girls are typically bored with. When drinking I can usually have fun with girls and become interested in the kinds of things girls talk about. I really need to learn how to do this when sober.

The book The Six Pillars of Self-Esteem has helped me because it has exercises to help you accept your body. But you know what, most girls are insecure about their appearance. Whether flaws are real or imagined, it doesn't matter. Girls will probably feel comfortable around you after you become comfortable with yourself. Sean Stephenson is in a wheelchair yet he picks up girls and teaches guys and shit. It's all in your head man, just believe in yourself.

I'm INTJ too and understand what you mean about exhaustion and needing to recharge. However, my inclination is that you're not treating this like a game as much as you should. Have you felt exhausted by any games you've played in the past? Probably not, because knew they were just games. I think what you (and I) need to internalize is that socializing is really just a game.

You're probably right about the root of the problem. But doesn't masturbation simply reduce the motivation to pick up, even for psychologically healthy men? I remember Mystery talking about a no fapping rule as a strategy to get yourself out more.

There's a difference between fapping often and being addicted to it. I don't imagine the "naturals" have the same psychological issues with it because they've always felt worthy of beautiful women. At least for me, fapping reduces my confidence that I could please such a woman. I feel your pain OP.
